the pictures do not look anything like the apartments. they are rat infested (you can hear the rats running in the walls)have found several dead rats inside apartment, and rat droppings everywhere, they are Roach infested, there are potholes everywhere, the pool is disgusting and is not in service, the laundry room is disgusting and reeks of marijuana, the mailboxes are always open, garbage disposal never works, ac leaks from the floor so it always floods when the ac is turned on, dishwasher never ever worked, slide door window cracked and damaged, and slide doors does not lock completely, and the rent has been recently raised. these apartments need to be completely removed and rebuilt.
My boyfriend and I have been living here for 2 years and I swear I were at the point were we want to just pay to break the lease and moves it's not just rat infestation its roaches as well. I put in for a work order 2 months ago for my stove and none has come in to fix it, my bathroom faucet is dripping which is cause my water bill to go up, kitchen faucet is. Broken put ina work order for that 2 weeks ago and still none has come. The leasing agents are polite and try to be attentive whe. You go in but they never do do what you ask. They need to be torn down and rebuilt.

The community itself is horrible. Its trash everywhere, they clean it up when they want to. They dont pick up the phone when tenants have a maintenance order, they fix it when they want to. We were with out a/c fr 2 days in a row before someone came and fixed it. Its alot of wholes in the road that aren't covered up. I've heard the kitchen stove in apartments werent even warming up. Its ridiculous and I been here for 2 yrs.

I have been a resident here since november of 2017,since i have been here the service in the rental office as well as maitance is the worst,my a/c-heat unit has never worked properly,during the months from november up til feb of 2018 me& my kids were in a cold apartment,because the heat didnt work all because they claim to be waiting on a part,they gave us 2 small heater fans that did not work,when maintaince finally tried to fix the a/c in feb what ever they did cause my ceiling to leak in my living room where i had to move furniture around to avoid water damage& still was not cooling the apartment,maintance came back & cut 2 large holes in my ceiling that not only show mold so bad from water damage,that when i told maintance they would have to replace those floor boards because thats mold& i have small kids,the maintance guy reply was that will take time,that was in feb,its now june& no work has been done since,i had to buy fans to somewhat keep cool,on top of the outlets do not all work,my bathroom toilets stay backed up due to low water pressure ,all the work orders that are pit in they never come fix anything,when you call the office they never pick up the phone,when you walk up to the office they have a line of people waiting while they in their office having conversations til someone has to get rude& say hey can someone help,i would advise against moving out here,til they get better management& maintaince,its so bad out here im considering calling one of these news stations so they can come out& see just how bad conditions are with not just mine but others out here with similar if not worst conditions then mine..this place gets no stars
I've lived on both sides of the complex, the townhouses, and the regular apartments. In the past 2/12 years, I have heard several shootouts w/one resulting in a bullet in my door post and a bullet in my tail light which disabled the car from shifting out of drive.The office staff is nice, but employee retention is weak. 3 different property managers since I've been here, with multiple different leasing agents. I knew someone that used to work here personally, so I never had an issue w/maintenance until he left. I am moving out in a week and they came in, cut through my roof to get to pipes upstairs, and left the hole open for over 24 hours. It is still open and I just saw a rat walk out. I am disgusted, I can't wait to get out of here!!
Absolutely the worst most disgusting Apartments I have ever been in. I have mold in my unit because they hire contractors that don't know what they're doing and I have pictures and proof do not rent here!!!! Bad neighborhood
I live at this complex. My air conditioner has been broken for over a month, it hasn't cooled correctly since I moved in. They told me ohhhh it is just hot outside so I have to deal with it. The maintenance will not fix anything. They tell you they will be right back and never come back. My ceiling in the living room has a huge hole (From air conditioner) that leaks and now has mold. The air will not turn on now at all. Also, there is a lot of crime. I have heard gun shots and seen them as well. Have had to to call the police - and they never show up. My car has been broken in and small stuff was stolen from it. I do not even have anything in my car to be stolen! They took a car charger and rummaged through my stuff. Took a wire to hook phone up to stereo, a flat tire was even stolen! If you call the office, it always goes straight to voice mail and of course the voice mail is full. The front office is always locked and closed. Horrible nightmare and can not wait for my contract to be finished!

I love where i live dont get me wrong. The cost is a little to high for the area its very convenient to shopping,family and also my job..
Maintenance and the office is great. Always come when I have an issue with the apartment. Been here for almost two years
