Staff has been excellent ever since I was looking for an apartment at Kingsley. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live.
Love the area and staff is very helpful. This area has a lot of shopping and restaurants. Can't want to experience the summer events. Bands, music, fun.
I could not be happier living here. The location is fantastic with tons of shops and resturants close by. The complex itself is 10+ out of 10. Very clean, very well kept, and the staff working here from the leasing office to maintenance staff is the best I have seen.
Maintenance and office staff at Kingsley Apartments are fantastic. Anytime I need help with anything they are friendly and respond very fast. Can not be any happier.
My experience with my life in my home has been nothing but the greatest. It would be a challenge to have the same pleasant experience any other place that offers me all that I need at this time of my life. The facility is well maintained, well manicured grounds, excellent dining, excellent and well lit walkways and pet friendly.....my kittens Jackson and Avery concur. Very safe neighborhood!!
I really liked the environment and the neighbourhood. I work at LPL Financial and Kingsley was everything I needed. I am new to the state and hope to get acquainted here.
I love it here. Office and maintenance staff great. Love my apartment. I took off a star because I think current renters get a little screwed by renewal rent increases. Last year, the same apartment on market at same time of renewal was $175 /- more in an elevator bldg. Wrote a 3 page letter with comps to mgmt company and got $400 off for the year. so, I guess $33 a month is better than nothing. Thats why I took off a star. Overall, great spot to be. I'd encourage any new resident to do a 15 month lease to limit the steep increases.
Overall the leasing process was very easy and very pleasant. Krista made the entire process painless and answer all of my questions promptly.
Living in a community that cares about their residents is top priority for my choice of apartments. Kingsley earns their impeccable reputation every day.
I absolutely love living here. The staff are phenomenal and always willing to help. It’s nice to come in and be recognized by the staff. My dog loves the dog park and the apartment is super spacious. Any issues we have had, maintenance comes and immediately helps.
I have lived in the Carolinas my whole life and Kingsley is by far the best place I've ever lived I love it here!
I have found a few odds and ends things since moving in that I wanted to have looked at by maintenance staff before I did anything. I have received nothing but the best, quickest responses from the front office staff as well as everything of concern or curiousness was addressed within hours, not days or weeks but hours...hours...I couldn't get my last place to respond to communication in a timely manner nor maintenance reviews within days which is why I moved here to Kingsley and they have been nothing but spot on with the front office and admin.
Beautiful grounds, amazing amenities, and kind/helpful front office staff! The walkable nature of the complex to all amenities and to a quaint downtown area makes this place so unique - it’s like it’s own little community inside the town of Fort Mill!

Kinda smells like trash sometimes and neighbors dog won’t shut up.otherwise pretty decent. Maintenance responds to orders relatively fast and pool is nice

There is no other place I'd rather live, Kingsley is hands down the greatest. Between the amenities, staff, atmosphere, walking ability to restaurants, nail salon and my gym orange theory! I never want to leave!
Everyone in the office is so pleasant and friendly. They made the move-in process super simple for us, and they are always there when we have any questions or need anything. The apartment grounds are nice with great amenities and extremely convenient access to shopping and food close by. Highly recommend!

I've lived here for almost a year, and recently moved into a larger apartment. The leasing and maintenance staff are always so friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and I love the layouts. The location is perfect for someone like me who likes convivence.
Not only is the location amazing, but the apartment is managed so well. The amenities are new and clean, the apartment management is easy to contact, and the maintenance crew promptly fills requests. I cant say enough good things about Kingsley!

It has become noisier and pricier now, but still a wonderful place to live. A very walkable community and the location can’t be beat. The staff make it great and they are very pleasant. Maintenance always takes care of things in a timely manner and they are great people.

I love living at Kingsley! Everything has been great since moving in about 6 months ago. The grounds are kept clean, neighbors are friendly and courteous, staff are helpful and responsive, and the apartment is so cozy. Having so many restaurants in walking distance is also a definite perk!
We are so happy with our experience with Kingsley Apartments. From the application process to move-in everyone was so kind and helpful. We were approved Tuesday evening and had furniture delivered by Thursday thanks to their referring us to AFR. The apartment was clean and move-in ready. We haven’t found anything at all to be concerned about. Looking forward to our time here in this lovely community.

Amazing place. Great location and beautiful apartment. However, the only thing is the neighbors upstairs are loud every night and the apartment will not do anything about it.
Kingsley is a great place to live. The fitness center is great. The grounds have always been well kept. My dog loves life here! Rent has gone up a lot, but that doesn’t make Kingsley any less nice or safe. Walking distance to Starbucks is unbeatable!

Kingsley is a beautiful apartment community in a great location. Being able to walk downstairs and go to restaurants, shops, and the adorable pond is so nice! The apartments are very modern and spacious as well as very quiet. I wasn't sure about being in a third floor unit, but our building has elevator access!
Kingsley is the most welcoming community that I have ever lived in - it just "feels like home". I intend to recommend Kingsley to all my friends when they are ready move into an apartment where they settle in for several years.
