Property Ratings at Kingston
Kingston South End is a beautiful new building with amazing views, truly walkable location, and some nice amenities. There are some design flaws that keep it from being a perfect fit, such as undersized water heaters and awkward door openings, but it's the best option we've found in Charlotte.
Moving to the Kingston was the best decision! Anna and Marissa made the application process feel seamless, and the entire staff has made me feel so welcomed. I would recommend living here to anyone!
