Separated from Downtown Toledo by the Maumee River and bordering Lake Erie, Oregon is a picturesque suburb with terrific water views and beautiful parks. Pearson Metropark, located in the heart of Oregon, covers 624 acres and protects what's left of the Great Black Swamp, a forest that once covered most of Northwest Ohio. The park also features fishing areas, a playground, ball fields, tennis courts, and areas for ice skating and sledding. The historic Johlin Cabin, a cabin built in the 1800s, is also located in the park. On Lake Erie, Maumee Bay State Park covers 1,336 acres and provides a lodge, cottages, a golf course, and a beach. Activities in the park include camping, boating fishing, golfing, swimming, hiking, and biking.
While life in Toledo revolves around the lakes, river, and parks, the city also offers a strong economy for those who prefer to live, work, and play in the same city.

Property Ratings at Kingston Court Apartments
I’ve lived here for quite a while, almost 2 decades, so its worth reading this review if you are looking to stay in these apartments. There is black mold on the wall of the bathroom, there is mold on the window seals and windows. I told the office about 6 months ago to come clean this up and they have not contacted me or said anything. There are cracks in multiple ceilings and at a corner all the way down the wall. There are cracks in paint all over the bathroom. Now about the management. The management basically sucks, if you contact them, they’ll probably reply and then come in to look at something, but generally it takes them an absurd amount of time to actually go and fix the problem. Basically, just don’t even waste your hard earned money and time. May I mention, the basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, have grass growing through them. There are never nets on the volleyball and tennis courts, so no one can ever use them. The apartments are not kid friendly. Old people will be waiting to come up to your apartment and yell at you because your kids are being too loud in the middle of the day while you’ve been yelling at your kids to stop, and you just can’t control things sometimes and you are trying your best. The floorboards in a lot of the apartment are broken and a bit shaky. In the hall they are so deformed we had to put a rug over the carpet for it to stop making noise and feel weird every time we walk over it. Honestly, these apartments are not the best, so to whoever this may concern, please don’t waste your hard earned money and time in these apartments. Thank you for reading my review.
Black mold, stuff left behind when we moved in, terrible manager, they said that they had a room available for me at a certain date apartement number and everything and when I came back to talk to them about it they said it still being renovated but I didn't find out and wouldn't if I didn't ask!!!very important very unprofessional at a very short time notice when I already had to move out at a certain date and then they told me and other people as well that they had other apartments available at an earlier date basically swindling me and being dishonest and forcing me to be homeless or take their poor excuse for an apartment that I was stuck with for a whole year because they lied to me and not only that didn't even reach our to me about it because they knew what they were doing was and still I'd wrong not only that I have spoken to many neighbors to have the same story to tell and along the way little lies to certain ones such as you have a cat so now we can't rent this to you when in reality it is them renovating and lying about what is actually going on UNPROFESSIONAL and MANIPULATIVE lies if you want to deal with some b s come live here
Management sucks! You can do whatever you want, smoke weed, ignore the parking rules, make as much noise as you want, let your kids run wild for hours at a time, throw garbage on the balcony below you, this has all happened to me and they do not care. They actually sent out letters saying it's ok to do all these things. They say everyone else should just remember, this is an apartment, that people will be disrespectful and make noise so just get used to it. Sad place to live, I'm out as soon as I can...
Whoever is in the leasing office. I pray she isn’t the leasing manager. She is very rude. Every time I went in there she was always yelling on her phone. Using profound language and very disrespectful.
I moved in here two months ago I told them that they have floorboards loose under the carpet when I moved in and weak spots in the floors. The apartment manager says she knows. They have a cement floor under them. In my bathroom it is lower in the center of the room to the point of almost stepping down to it. I have received two noise complaints. The first one came a week later after the complaint. I asked the apartment manager about it and she could not find it and said she gave me on. The second notice came after a lady from the apartment below me came and forcefully pounded on my door. As soon as I open it she said yelling at me you have one choice cut out the noise that your kids are making or I am going to tell the office. I said tell the office and shut the door. I was not going to argue. A week later I get a notice telling me one more time and I will be evicted. I talked to the apartment manger about it and told her the kids were playing wii where you move around and you got loose boards. She said I know but if she complains again we are forced to evict you. I told her about the woman from down stairs and two other people. They don't care about that. They have people that sit and wait for you to break a rule and tell the office on you. You could find a better place to live than Kingston Court of Oregon.
My apartment is a tight squeeze for me and my boys but we manage. The apartment is nice it works for what we have. We aren't picky.
Kingston Court Apartments are very nice, quiet, and family oriented. The apartments are spacious and very clean. I have been living here for the last 7 months with no problems. The office and management teams are always helpful and send out fun and informative newsletter every month. IThe landscape is nice and always clean. Beautiful flowers are planted all around. The apartment complex is in walking vicinity of any and everything you may need. I would recommend it to anyone. The neighbors are very nice as well. You won't be disappointed.
Been here a month and I love it! My 2 bed apartment is spacious and bright and smells fresh when I walk in. The staff has been wonderful so far. Maintenance really needs to clean the hallways more often, however the grounds are very well taken care of. Glad I made the choice to move here.
