Hamilton is a suburban city in southeastern Ohio, about thirty miles north of Cincinnati. The community is known for wearing its colorful history on its sleeve: the Lindenwald neighborhood is designated as a National Historic District, and beautiful examples of vintage architecture are on display all over the city, from the numerous Victorian homes to the magnificent Butler County Courthouse.
While the Downtown district is a great place to enjoy breakfast at a cozy café or have a locally-brewed pint while taking in views of the river, the city also features a large cluster of shopping centers on the northwest side of town, offering everything from grocers to hardware stores to the local multiplex movie theater. The diverse rental market features a broad range of apartments, condos, and houses, with options to suit any taste or budget.

Property Ratings at Kingston Green Apartments
Management is changed without notice as well as maintenance you aren’t notified until they come to your residence and say maintenance. Termites is the summer! Increase of rent with no place for people with children. Barely has playground and no area to ride bikes! Heard decades ago they had a swimming pool the kids just throw rocks inside the space now! Terrible place to live would advice to continue looking!
I would bet that nearly every unit is infested with bedbugs. You won’t know until all of your furniture is infested and needs replaced. Would of been nice to have been made aware BEFORE moving here!! So that’s why I’m trying to WARN OTHERS. because like many other working Americans I can’t afford to keep replacing everything!!! I at first didn’t know other tenants were having issues with bedbugs too until I kept seeing more and more mattresses and furniture in the dumpsters so I asked around! I have kids so I try to keep my home very clean however the problem isn’t solved because they don’t treat every unit! Rent has been increased twice since living here but nothing is taken care of!! They’re older buildings so I expected maintenance issues but it’s either covered up or not done!
Since I moved here management has been very helpful, Renee and joe has been a sweetheart helping with a smile its been clean around here no bugs that I heard or seen grounds been kept up ,garbage is taking out 2 times a week never hear no commotions around here as yet neighbors are very friendly, so I believe this is a nice place to live I know where I am is.
Lived here for 10 years new manager about 2 years ago every letter they send out is threatening to evict.they don't fix matinace issues. Rent jumps up at least 40 a year . Had a liking sink caused mold under the sink rotted the boards fixed the sink left the rotting boards. Replaced water heater now I have no pressure
