Property Ratings at Kingston Pointe Apartments
The new leadership at Freeman Webb Management is equivalent to Loan Sharks. Look at dramatic increase in recent vacancies. This is a very old complex that has been 'dressed up' but has many issues with the water/plumbing and needed roof repairs. Had 3 water leaks in my unit in one year which drastically reduced living area for up to 3 weeks with each occurrence and dripping water damaged personal items. They spray for roaches but have seen these critters in my unit. Swimming pool is unclean/unusable many months out of year. Have had items stolen off my patio. Not worth the current rent AT ALL. On-site Assistant Mgrs. are great, but they can only do so much. New GM manager seems to be made of the Freeman Webb mindset: BIG PROFIT AT ALL COSTS with no regard for tenants. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I've lived here for a little under two years now, and I can honestly say I love it here. It's one of those places where there's something there for everyone, whether you're one of the crazy people who actually uses a fitness center to those who simply need a place to put their body while they sleep. It's surprising just how much management actually seems to care about the property, too. There's always events and food trucks at the leasing office every month, and they're always looking to improve something. I couldn't be happier with how much they try to make sure everyone is kept informed on things that are happening. I am in a two bedroom unit, and it is a very comfortable space. If you have a family, it is a little smaller than you may hope, but it is the perfect size for a roommate situation in my experience. The only issues I have with the property all pertain to the water system. The mains have broken twice since I've moved in (once due to the city and once due to Comcast), and the bathtub faucet is constantly leaking no matter how many times the maintenance team comes to fix it. Otherwise, when it is working, the water pressure is surprisingly strong for being at the top of a large hill, and everything else within the unit works as you would hope they would. I'm very glad I found this apartment, and I hope they keep up the great work. 5 out of 5 would live here again.

These apartments are near everything in Knox. The staff is very friendly, it’s up on a hill so it minimizes traffic noise. Very pleasant place to live.

This is the perfect place for grad students and young professionals who want to live somewhere quiet but close to it all. 10 min from UT and 10 from Cedar Bluff. There is not a safer apartment near UT that is so central to the highway and shopping. Dog friendly and very kind and fair management. This is also one of the more open floor plans of apartments in this area. The units are older, but the renovated ones look great!

These are old apartments. Very old. Prepare yourself for having many things constantly breaking down. On Christmas Day, there was a water main break in the morning, and it took them 24 hours to fix it. So an entire apartment complex did not have water during Christmas Day. And this is just one example. Every few days there is a new problem with the water and you have to wait hours for them to fix it. Very old apartments!

We are very sorry . The water main broke and the water had to be turned off. We had a plumber on site within 1 hour and the water was back on within 24 hrs as the pipe had to be replaced . We strive to make your experience the best possible. We thank you for making your home with us

It was a very hot, sunny, and humid day; Labor Day Weekend... I woke up and my air was not working. My husband called up Maintenance and Cliff was here in no time at all and had our air back on! Went back to his other business, finished that, and returned with a thermostat (the problem) replaced the old one, and we were back up and running! It is a comfort to know that us residents have knowledgeable, and friendly men working here on the spot. Let us also give accolades to the office staff. Al, Candace, and Kim have been very helpful with all our issues associated with moving,... especially from another state, non the less! The pool is awesome too!

My boyfriend and I loved this apartment complex. We moved out because we had to leave the state, but spent close to 2 years there. You would think it would be loud but because it is set back and there are plenty of trees, it doesn't feel like you are on Kingston Pike at all. The staff is extremely responsive, including the maintenance. We also loved having a pool for a big chunk of the year. We have a son and there were other kids and a pretty diverse population, which we liked too (families, grad students, seniors, international, etc.). I couldn't recommend it enough.

Kingston Pointe is a wonderful example of an apartment home. Home being the key word. The management is friendly but not intrusive. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The spacious apartments feel like houses. The location is in the middle of Bearden where everything is no more than 10 minutes away but set back enough to feel secluded. I really enjoy living here and plan to stay a couple more years.

Kingston Pointe is located right on Kingston Pike. You'll get the luxuries of west Knox without having I go more than 20 minutes away. Turkey Creek is a short drive away. You're surrounded by restaurants and the mall is a 4 minute ride from your apartment. The complex is located on a bus line and you have access to the grocery stores, pharmacies, and UT. The complex is quiet, pet-friendly, and let's you paint the walks any color you want. There's also a fitness center and a salt water pool. It's super awesome and a wonderful place to live.
Great location right next to Westtown Pellissippi and UTK. Nice pool and gym area. Nice spacious apartments. Nice grounds and staff!
