Kingston Square Apartments

These apartments are horribly managed they've charged me the incorrect rent for 3 months. They charge an extermination fee and they are roach Infested. Don't even bother looking.

I've been here for about 6 months now. Any issues I've had has been handled by maintenance quickly. Certain areas of the complex could be cleaner but with this new management they've had since January came in, I see improvements. The area is ducked off (which is a huge plus for me) and quiet for the most part. i would recommend

Lived here from 2020-2021, trash littered the ground around the townhome and around the property. Maintenance is slim, do not expect your request to be timely handled. Trash cans are far in the back of the complex so taking your trash out at night isn’t an option. I would advise not moving to this place, if I were able to upload images I would.

I love my apt ,ive been here 3years now. The staff are very friendly. The grounds are kept clean the maintenance come when you need them ,and the staff are friendly.

Love the spacious apartments . Nicole is really great assisting . I think it’s very quite in the area I stay in and maintenance also stays on top of everything

This place is a joke nothing about this place is good there are bunch of hoodlums that live it’s gotten so bad that I have had invest into security cameras because I have had kids jump over my fence. They make up rules as they when it comes to picking up packages at the office, my wife was denied picking up packages from the front office simply because they were in my name.The front office was rude about it and gave me attitude. Many maintenance requests took weeks almost months to be completed. They break your rental agreement and give you less then a 24 hr notice of inspections they fail to fully go over your lease when you move in. I was lied to I was told my unit was just remodeled prior to moving in but all they did was paint the walls and called that a remodel. It’s not well kept often find trash bags in the middle of the road. It’s everything but what they advertise on here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ITS WAY OVER PRICED. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSE WHERE

I like living here this community, because it's quite. The maintenance men are always there when you need them.. they property owners keep the grounds clean. There is no loitering and no load noise or music blasting. I love it here I would refer a friend to live here. .Very nice place to live... Angela B.

Ive been here for two years and the apts are very cleanThe staff are very friendly.and they keep the grounds very clean to. My mom's been living here for 14 years now she has some long time friends here .And my husband brother lives here to .We like the swimming pool in the summerto.

I love Kingston square apts. There clean and a quiet place to live .my moms been there for 11 years she has long life friends. And likes her place. I feel comfortable with her there. My husband brother lives there to we told him about the apts to .staff is very helpful to great place to live.

A little background I’m not from Indianapolis and I was having trouble finding a place to stay until I found KINGSTON square! This is my first apt and Personally I haven’t had any issues with my apt, the office staff is quite nice/understanding. I’ve been living at Kingston Square for a little over two months now, and these are the things I’ve noticed. Good: price, maintenance of property. Not many people hanging outside late at night,( some people do but they aren’t trouble), pool/workout area in good condition. Bad: HAVENT had any bad experiences....the neighborhood(area outside of apt) isn’t necessarily BAD just poverty stricken (homeless) *WILL UPDATE IN A FEW MONTHS *

I'm amazed at the changes that have taken place in the last year. The office staff has really shown that change can happen. Thanks for helping make a better community!

I’ve been living in these apartments going on 2 years. They recently got newly staffed and they are amazing! I like coming home knowing I can feel like I’m at home. I would highly recommend these apartments

I love these apartments..II’ve been living in these apartments for nine months now and I still have the same good feeling I had when I first moved in. The staff’s still as nice and as friendly as ever. Now that there’s a little sunshine I spend hours at the park reading.Like my neighbors too never been bothered by them so that is always a plus for me.. I love my home so much that I recommended these apartments to my friends, some moved already.

My boyfriend and I came upon this apartment out of nowhere, only through a friend who recommend us to give this place a try. BEST decision we ever made, the whole facility is so nice, the staff is friendly and outgoing. They certainly do make you feel like you're at home, they welcome you with open arms. The nice thing is that, if you EVER need help with anything, or need questions answered. Don't hesitate to go to them, they will be glad to help you out with them. Now, we'll talk about the actually inside of the apartment you'll need to rent. The kitchen is cute and adorable for small people, if you aren't 6 FT tall lol. the bedroom is quite big and have lots of space at which you can decorate and make it fit for you. the living room is so spacious that we have a whole hockey table set up and we still have enough space for anything to be honest. Which is the best thing, cause you don't want to feel cramped up in areas. The bathroom is quite the plus, it is to our liking and we are grateful to be here. If you're looking for a place to stay at the place you ask for in a budget than this is the place, it is totally worth it to stay here. You'll be missing out on something in life, if you pass up the opportunity.

I have lived her for what's going on 3 years now and I enjoy it. The quietness and the availability and access to all the other stores, shops in the area. the only downside is that maintenance isn't as fast as I would like for them to be but overall I enjoy the community.

These apartment are cozy comfortable and quite. Nice place to live.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and timely in addressing concerns. My apartment itself would be better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and the drain on the bathroom ceiling were above the bath tub. Unfortunately I have to deal with neighbors smoking, just like generally other public/ populated place.

Kingston square is a good location,to the highway and shopping

Very regularly is there trash in the streets, tenants and staff don't clean up, roads are in horrible condition, residents typically smoke in their apartments and everywhere else, park wherever they feel and aren't very nice.

I'm going into my 7th year at Kingston Square, and in these past years I've seen change for the better. The staff and crew are pleasant, professional and efficient because management holds them to a high standard and a certain measure of accountability. You can always find a team member cleaning up or fixing something somewhere to help make this an even more pleasant place to live. Stop by, take a tour. Kingston Square Apartments has very good management and a highly organized group of staff members. I have been living at Kingston for approximately 6 months my experience has been absolutely amazing. I have no regrets! Best apartments by far! I would definitely recommend Kingston Square Apartments.

I love Kingston Square apartments there actually one of few apartments that look how they do online and in the book. The office staff are the sweetest. I've only lived here a lil over a month an they have served breakfast and drinks to all residents. Love them.

This is my second year living here and I plan on being here until I purchase a home. The apartments are newly renovated and the Maintenance department is attentive. The laws are kept tidy and professionally manicured. Great place to live.

M. H I've been living here for 1 yrs now it's very spacious, convenient. Near by all major highways and grocery stores, gas stations, parks, etc are also in near by distance's. If u a person like me up keep of where u reside is very important. They are very great with makingbsure property is clean and kept up. Very quite community, friendly neighbors and the office team is great they're understanding, and very pleasent. Kid friendly environment with homes up to 3 bedrooms suite for you and your love ones. They're hopefully working on more convenient and safer mointering for visitors to visit you with visyors passes to give love ones. Without the risk of cars being brokening into vandlized, and or towed. It would be a lot easier for them to give residents visitors passes instead of walking extremely long distances to your home. But if your looking for a home located on the east side of town make Kingston square your first and last choice you'll not be disapponited . Mrs. Harris resident

I got to say I love everything about my apartment complex. The last place I lived took several days before they would come fix anything in your apartment. Kingston Square comes the same day both times I have called in service. The ladies in the office are always very friendly when I go in. And I can't believe all the flowers and time they spend to make this place beautiful.

I was moving to Indy from out of town. The staff at Kingston Square went well out of their way to help me with the transition. They has lists of nearby places for me, they even stayed late to wait for me because I got hung up in traffic. I told them I would get a hotel and they insisted that they would wait for me. My apartment didn't have much hot water at all and maintenance came over that night to fix the hot water. I have never lived anywhere that responded that quickly to maintenance issues. And even now when I walk in the office they greet me by my name. How could they possibly know everyone that lives there! I genuinely feel like I am their favorite resident, but I am pretty sure they make all their residents feel that way. Thank your Kingston Square for making my move to Indy very smooth!
