My wife and I lived in a one bedroom unit in this complex for two years, and it was the best renting experience we've had thus far. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-lit, and the current onsite superintendents, Rick and Jan, are very friendly and helpful (I think several past reviews refer to the previous superintendent, who left before we moved in). During our time there, the grounds were also improved significantly, replacing some old eyesores with pleasant green spaces. All in all, it's a great place, at a reasonable price for this part of NJ.
I think the apartment is only good for the price but nothing else. The apartment manager is very tough. You can not make any small mistakes. He always complains you. When I moved out in the beginning in 2016, many unexpected charges happened though I made a professional clean. When I make a complain to the company's manager. There is no any favorable response. The manager just think they are always correct and nothing wrong of their charges and actions.
I really enjoy living here. The apartments are spacious and parking is a breeze. This place is really well run and I have never had a problem with the onsite superintendent. Any problems with the apartment are addressed immediately and the grounds are kept very clean.
The superintendent has a HORRIBLE attitude and is very nasty with all of the tenants. The decent prices are not worth the headache and aggravation, stay FAR away from these apartments.

The apartments themselves are fairly nice. Not having a washer and dryer in the apartment can be extremely inconvenient. Also, living under neighbors that have children can be extremely noisy.
