While searching and stressing like everyone else out here today, I ran across this complex here on Apartments.com. Sent an email Re: my interest in availability, etc. The response came so quickly, with all the information in 1 email of what and when an apartment I needed would be available, the requirements to rent, the application process, and an offer to tour the property(all in 1 email-I did not have send multiple emails or countless phone calls to grt all the answers I needed)! Who does this? The staff at Kingwood Does!! I have spent countless hours and days going back and forth in the past with management companies and apartment complexes! This was a breath of fresh air! Over the 2 month period while I waited for my apartment to become available The office Manager maintained contact routinely to keep me up to date and informed about what processes were next. The lease signing process was simple and quick, I was provided ample time to review my lease ahead of time and ask questions if need be. My apartment was completely move in ready, any Questions or concerns were immediately addressed by office Manager and maintenance supervisor. I have never met nicer, more caring individuals and felt more welcomed ever before! After moving in.. its been So Quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are very quiet, kind and respectful. Kingwood Apartments have gone above and beyond my expectations!

It's quite, peaceful, and somehow it makes you feel like your not living in a city. A little old but it makes up for it with newly renovated apartments. The people are nice and friendly. With the rise in inflation its perfect as an affordable place to live.

I love living here! I am a student, so the location is very convenient to MTSU. The pool is so nice when it is so hot outside. My apartment was so clean upon entering. Carpets freshly shampooed, everything smelled clean, and very shiny. This is a huge upgrade from my last apartment in Murfreesboro. I am in a standard/basic unit, but everything looks great (not dated at all). Great place to live!!

I moved in about 2 months ago and so far it has been amazing! The property manager Christina is the nicest person to work with. Any little thing I had a problem with was fixed promptly, the maintenance guy Jeff has been a huge help. The rooms are nice and spacious, my neighbors are incredibly friendly and it's set right off the main road but doesn't feel like it. I absolutely love these apartments and don't see me moving anytime soon.

I have been living at Kingwood Apartments for a couple of weeks now and I am thrilled to call these apartments my home. The apartments are spacious, the premises are well-maintained and the community is welcoming and peaceful. The property manager, Christina, is phenomenal! She really goes above and beyond and is always willing to help in any way she can. Her staff is great too. Overall, it's been a great experience living here so far and would I recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a comfortable and quiet living environment with great staff.

I moved in about two months ago, and love it here! The property manager Christina is nice, and answers any and all questions. She responds to calls and e-mails very fast. Maintenance is wonderful. Any issue, and they are here fixing it within five minutes. You also get more space for your money here than anywhere else in the area. Moving here was a great decision.

I have been a resident of KW for a little over two months, and I really enjoy my housing and atmosphere. The apartment staff is wonderful. They have showed great efficiency and care for any of my needs. Location is very convenient and private in the best way. I highly recommend for easy going living with a quiet and friendly environment. Not your typical complex in this area. Even better!

Just moved into this complex with my two kids and we love it! The pool is great in the summertime! All of our neighbors are so nice and the staff at the complex is great! Location is great and the schools we are zoned for are some of the best in Murfreesboro. I really like the remodeled areas of the apartment and the rooms are very spacious

Kingwood Apartments is a solid complex to live in Murfreesboro. It’s quiet, friendly and conveniently located off of Memorial Blvd. The Property Manager Christina is great! Very friendly and accommodating. 5/5 recommended

My husband and I just moved here from Portland Oregon due to a job transfer. We made apartment inquiries via phone and the internet; Kingwood Apartments was the best deal and had three month lease options. I haven’t lived in an apartment in nearly 20 years and I was nervous about renting sight-unseen. Christina put my fears to rest by being warm, caring and extremely patient with my many questions and concerns. Turns out we have a nice and cozy little apartment with all amenities practically right at your doorstep. I am so happy that we lucked into this great find. And thanks to Christina and Jeff for extending such a warm welcome!

I have lived here for over a year now and this place is better than expected! The location is wonderful and close to many restaurants and shopping areas yet the apartment complex itself is tucked away so that it is quiet. There is lots of greenery and a creek that adds to the secluded feel of this place despite it being in the middle of the city. It is also one of the few apartment complexes I found that is pet friendly! My two cats enjoy watching the many dogs that live here out of the window. Each apartment has a patio or balcony that is a nice place for relaxing after a long day. Rent is very affordable compared to many other places in the city. I moved here on September 13,2019, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. Its affordable, clean and very quiet. Christina the Office Manager is one in a million, best manager I have ever met. She welcomes you in with a smile and a welcome basket of goodies and products that come in handy when you are moving to a new place. The Maintance men are on top of everything, keeping all grounds clean and manicured. Anything that needs to be fixed will be done immediately!!!! Even on weekends and holidays it's really quiet here. So if you're looking for an apartment that's really good, don't look any further cause its Kingwood!!!!!!!

A little bit of country in a big little city....I know we live in the city, I can hear it....but when we look around I feel we're in the country...This is a nice place to live...The manager is nice and very professional....She listens and seems to care...The maintenance men are also professional...Very fast to respond to fix-it's around the property. I love living in Kingwood Apartments. It is just off the main streets of memorial and Clark, and right in the middle of everything I need. Just jump right off the main road and there it is. It's very quiet and peaceful, open and cozy. Everyone here is nice and feels like family. I am super excited that they recently upgraded their laundry matt and the new washers and dryers are amazing. They are always super quick in fixing any repairs and Kingwood is slowly turning into a favorite place to live for me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Nate M.

I have lived at Kingwood Apartments for over 3 years. I moved in while I was going to school at MTSU. It is a very quiet community that is right off of a main road in Murfreesboro but it still feels secluded and family friendly. Christina is an amazing property manager. She has always answered any questions that I had and was very quick to address any issue I had. The apartments are huge for the city and are an amazing price compared to other large apartments in the area. They are currently working on updating each apartment. I live in an older apartment that has not yet been updated but it is still very nice and homey. Exterminators come once a month to spray the apartments. I have never had a terrible bug problem and I live in a ground floor apartment. They always inform the residents of scheduled maintenance or when the water will be turned off. My neighbors are all very sweet and I have never had an issue with anyone. The laundry facility is big and uses industrial washers and dryers so you can take advantage of doing a lot of laundry for a decent price. This apartment complex has a nice pool and play area. My two kitties and I have enjoyed living here. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I am so lucky to have found this apartment complex. -Michelle M.

I have lived here for about 11/2 years. I absolutely love it here. After a long search for a place that I would feel safe. Especially when I have my grandchildren over. This complex is perfect. Nice and secluded nestled behind the trees, but yet conveniently located to everything. The manager Christina and the maintenance crew are amazing. Very prompt with any cares or concerns. The grounds are very well kept. A nice and clean pool area that is very relaxing. Pet friendly is a big plus for me. Christina the manager is very informative of things that may be going on in the complex. Such as road work, bug spraying, etc. The only thing I wish was different. Maybe to update the playground area. Kingwood apartments is the best apartment living I’ve ever had. So quiet, day and night. Rachael R.

When I went on my search for the perfect apartment, I hit the nail on the head. Christina really helped ease all of my concerns. Kingwood Apartments have been an excellent living situation for my son over the past year. The office staff has been quick to respond to any issues or needs and works to make sure the apartments stay in excellent condition. The apartments are clean and quiet and very conveniently located near the college but not in the midst of the noisier "college apartments" directly next to MTSU. I highly recommend these apartments- for the price you pay it is a great value and a positive experience.

Kingwood Apartment has been my home for 13 months. Location is super important. We are in the heart of Murfreesboro and easily accessible to MTSU, Smyrna/Lavergne, Lebanon, Woodbury, I-24 and I-840. The friendly staff are moving about the property daily. The community is quiet and calm while the city hustles around us. Kingwood is an established property with so many trees, a creek, bushes and pristine landscape, which all make for a peaceful enjoyable home. I appreciate the high standard of being a clean property and competitively priced. The neighbors are nice and friendly. When making decision about an apartment, you should definitely consider Kingwood! You won’t find a better apartment to live! ~ Karen S.

I've lived here since November 2017 (1 Bedroom apt.), and I have no plans to move anytime soon because I've looked at about every apartment complex in Murfreesboro and Kingwood Apts. beats them all in terms of: 1 - Quality of construction and square footage - This isn't the newest apartment complex in Murfreesboro, but that is a good thing. I lived in a downstairs apartment originally before transferring to the unit directly above it. In both cases, I've never had an issue with noise from the unit above, below, or behind me. These were VERY solidly built, and the apartments are much larger than those being built in recent years. If you like serenity and space, you'll like Kingwood. 2. Cost - For what you get, you won't find a better value. 3. Quality of tenants - From college students to retirees, you'll find them all here, and it's a very nice community atmosphere. 4. Staff - I lived in a different complex for seven years before moving here, and nearly every time I went to the office, there was someone new at the desk who had no idea who I was. The manager here (initials C.W.) is an experienced property manager who keeps things in order and has done an incredible job of making this a top-notch community in which to reside. As this is a smaller complex compared to many around town, you'll also find that the maintenance staff is always on-hand and quick to respond to any issue, if you ever have one. My kitty and I moved to Kingwood a few months ago and LOVE it! My apartment is newly renovated...it looks great and functions even better. I love the trees as they provide a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Management/Maintenance is outstanding. They are always fast in communicating and working on any issues, and they truly want this to be a great place to live. The cost is good considering all that is included: water, sewage, a pool, laundry on site, great parking, proximity to everything. Did I mention proximity? I am so close to everything in Mboro and within walking distance to several food options. Stop in and check it out today! - Hannah T.

It's been a joy living in Kingwood. Rent is fair, the pool is a chill place to soak up some sun, the little park on the property is a fun place to send my kid, when I need a break. The Manager is really sweet, and helps in anyway that she can, maintenace guy , is on top of things. The Apartments , are really cute ! I moved into Kingwood Apartments when I was enrolled at MTSU for Graduate School and it was absolutely perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better apartment for my first apartment. I lived here for two years alone and never had any issues with management or maintenance. Management and maintenance are very nice and kind and helpful with any and every situation. Absolutely loved them! The laundry room facility is always clean and open for services anytime of the day or week. Maintenance responds to requests within 24-48 hours. The area is a great location; near gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and the highway. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. It is a great complex for college students or families. Strongly recommend it to anyone looking to move to the Murfreesboro area.

Absolutely love this place! First apartment ever rented and then when I had to move back into one I chose them again.....management is wonderful and so are the maintenance guys! And so better priced than most places around here. Super kid friendly, as I have 2 and no issues on the community either. Check them out!

Christina, the property manager, has been so helpful and attentive during my application and move-in process. Her email correspondence has been exceptional, and she has gone above and beyond in explaining and keeping me up to speed throughout me touring the property, applying, and moving in. Christina was diligent about answering any questions I had and also explained the property and it’s amenities well. Overall, the property is well-maintained and quiet. So far all of my maintenance issues have been quickly addressed. A great property with a well-run office.

Kingwood is a nice little spot. It's near to two main roads (Clark and Memorial), but the noise is greatly diminished because it's a ways off of them, and it's surrounded by trees. You can't actually see the complex anywhere from the street. It's a quiet place. Noise from cars and sirens etc. are kept to a minimum. Grounds are well-kept and nice-looking. Management and maintenance are attentive and really helpful. Amenities- basketball court and the pool- are nice and a lot of fun in the warmer months. Residents are quiet and generally nice folks. I have really enjoyed living here.

I moved in to Kingwood in August of 2018 from Baltimore and have loved it everyday since. I looked at almost a dozen different properties when I was looking to move down to Murfreesboro for school, and this was not only the first place I looked at, but by far the best. When making major decisions, like the one to relocate, I seldomly settle on the first option that I look at, but this was definitely the right choice. Not only are the facilities as nice or nicer than any comparable location, the staff is extremely friendly and approachable with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. On top of great facilities and a great staff, this apartment complex just might have the best location in Murfreesboro. As someone who was entirely new to the Murfreesboro area, I found quickly that Kingwood is located directly in the middle of everything you could need or want in this area. With easy access to East Clark and Memorial Blvd, it is not only convenient to get whereever you need to go, but Kingwood is perfectly located out of sight of these main roads so you do not even feel as if you are in the center of everything, yet you are which I feel is the best perk there is. I could not have asked for a better reception to Tennessee and the Murfreesboro area than the one I recieved by moving into Kingwood, I hope to be able to renew my lease and stay put in this excellent location.

I lived at Kingwood for 6 years and had to leave recently due to my growing family. Over the past 6 years I have seen property managers come and go, but I must say that none compare to the service Christina gives. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the tenants residing there are taken care of. I've never had to complain about any service that the complex provided because they were always on top of everything. I never had to worry about pest control service, air filter replacement, or any request that I had. I definitely would recommend this complex. Christina is a great person to work with and will make your time there enjoyable!

The staff is so friendly and always very helpful! I am at work during most business hours but Christina is always willing to help me via email and is always so kind! They are so good about leaving notices for expected freezing temperatures and letting me know anytime they have sprayed for pests(which they are very in top of!) if there is ever any problems they get started in it right away and I plan on renewing my lease with them due to such an awesome experience!

I have been a resident at Kingwood Apartments since May of 2018, and in my time here I have no complaints. The Property Manager, Christina, is a very sweet lady and will work with you on just about any situation with residency. The maintenance crew is very friendly and does an excellent job in responding to fixing things that may be wrong with your unit. All in all, I am very satisfied with my residency here, and I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a good place to move into then look no further!

This is hands down the best apartment complex I've ever stayed in. The management is extremely understanding and helpful. As someone who works night shift, noise and understanding of management of my different situation means a lot and this place gets full marks on both. Not once have I been woken up my loud neighbors and management will schedule any maintainance for on my days off whenever possible. Also I had my water heater go out and within 3 hours of telling them about it they had it replaced. Fastest response ever since normally it took three weeks for anything to get done. I have stayed here for 2 and a half years and they have consistently provided the best possible service in a quiet and stress free environment.

I have been here since August and have enjoyed everything so far. Very quiet even on first floor. Great place for individuals or families. No issues with maintenance or having contact with apartment management. Dishwasher is a plus!

Quite property. Location is pretty nice for students attending MTSU. It sucks sometimes getting out of the property on to Memorial Blvd. Nice that water is included however, the pressure is not good and the hot water doesn’t last long in the shower. Laundry faculty ONLY takes quarters which is a real pain in my opinion considering most other apts have the card option. Overall, it’s an average apt complex. The management is really attentive as well as the management. Quick to respond to emails/concerns. Good for people on a budget. I’ve looked around at lots of different complexes in the area and this was the cheapest.

I have lived in the Kingwood Apartment Complex for about 5 years. I have never had any issues. The staff members are incredibly friendly and fast acting when maintenance requests are filed. The community is safe and tenants are respectful. I also love the location.

I've lived here at Kingwood for about 3 years now, and I've certainly enjoyed my time here. The location is incredible for both families and students with how close it is to campus and also very close to entertainment in town. I've never felt unsafe here either! The pricing is pretty nice for the space of the units, too. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely and professional manner, Christina always makes sure that things are to your liking and is wonderful with communication. Facility amenities are well taken care of, staff is always so kind.... overall, its a very comfy place to live!

I have been living at the Kingwood Apartments now going on four years, and it truly has been a pleasure living here. The apartment sizes are just right for anyone wishing to move into an unfurnished apartment, creating you own world among the others living around you. The washers and dryers are at the center of the complex, along with a basketball court and a small playground for children. Coming off of Memorial, everything one would need is just within a few minutes of driving! The complex is always looking for ways to improve to better the residents here, and if there are every any issues, Christina, the Property Manager, always sees to the matter at hand is resolved quickly. For the record, there were not many issues over the years. As an example, I did have my AC go out at one point over the years. After informing Christina of the issue, she acted fast with the AC up and running again in no time! If you are wishing for a place that is quiet with friendly neighbors and staff, then look no further!

I'd like to just say that Christina (Property Manager) has been amazing. I'm one of those very meticulous people who asks a LOT of questions. She took the time to not only respond quickly, but she also responded politely and thoroughly. She walked us through the process of applications, addressed ALL the concerns I've had, and has kept us updated every step of the way. We had several options available, but choosing Kingwood was largely thanks to the excellent service from Christina. We are excited to move in!

Been living here for a few years now and I recommend it to anyone looking for clean and affordable apartment. What I love most is it's location everything I need is within 15min from me. Only downside is no wahser/dryer hook-ups, but there is a laundry facility on site as well as a swimming pool.

The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The property manager Christina is super polite and helpful and get things done in a timely manner. She really cares about her residents.

I’ve been living here 7 months. So far, so good!! I lucked out & am living in a great location where I can observe wildlife from my balcony. You wouldn’t think there were any, but I’ve found several so far! My pets love it as well. The property manager is great! She’s very sweet & any issues I had with the apt was handled in a timely manner. The maintenance has been great too. They are very quick to address the issues & maintain the apartments very well. It’s quiet & the residents are very nice. I also love that the stores are close by & I don’t have to go far to shop. Very convenient! I highly recommend this place!

Moved to the Murfreesboro area six months ago and found Kingwood Apartments tucked quietly in the middle of town. Picturesque creek and the property surrounded by trees, I enjoy and always feel safe walking my pups. Christina and her staff are taking great care and updating the homey apartments. If you have any concerns she or maintenance are on it immediately. So happy and loving life!

Ive been living here at kingwood apts. and I honestly love the location and the management really genuinely cares about they're position, if you choose to come here they will take care of you for sure!

We have only been here a month and have found the manager and the maintenance man enjoyable and efficient. We've rented a one bedroom apartment and are very happy to be here. We downsized from a small house in a mountain setting but are learning to make adjustments. It's like living in the country surrounded by the city. One can hear the traffic but not see it. We would definitely recommend living here!

I was a resident of Kingwood Apartments as part of a temporary relocation. The location was perfect! Just in the middle of town, close to everything -- gym, shopping, entertainment, but it doesn't feel like it's in the middle of town. While just off Memorial, it's surrounded by trees making it seem private and remote. And the wildlife can't be beat, so many birds and squirrels to entertain! The management was great to work with and so very honest. I wasn't nickeled and dimed on check-in or check-out. Christina was incredible! I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a good deal and great service!
