I actually get very excited to come through the doors of my new home every single day knowing this community is safe and people are very respectful. The maintenance attend to your concerns, if any, very quickly. There is so much entertainment, food, grocers, and restaurants around the area to fill every need. I've been living at Kinstead for over 3 years. They have beautiful and modern amenities and floor plans. They do a great job at keeping this place clean. Maintenance respond quickly to requests and is fast, efficient, and friendly. The residential staff are also responsive, helpful, kind, and likeable people. One of my favorite part about living at Kinstead is the gym!! I love their gym and community events. I've made some friends at both.

I love my apartment and its location, but the stairwell is unpleasant, with spider webs everywhere and a bad smell. Parking is limited to my side of the building. Despite these issues, I overall enjoy living here and recommend it.

Moving to Kinstead from Houston turned out to be an incredibly smooth experience for my family and me. Despite not having the opportunity for an inspection visit, I relied on the glowing reviews that painted a positive picture of this community, and it turned out to be the right choice. Our new unit at Kinstead exceeded our expectations. It's not just a living space; it's a home. One of the highlights is its proximity to the swimming pool, providing a refreshing and enjoyable atmosphere. The surroundings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also create a sense of community and relaxation. One of the standout aspects of Kinstead is the top-notch maintenance service. In the short time we've been here, we've had a couple of maintenance issues, but each time we raised a ticket, the problems were addressed promptly, usually within 1-2 business days. This level of responsiveness has significantly contributed to our positive experience, making us feel well taken care of and valued as residents. Beyond the physical attributes of the apartment, Kinstead goes above and beyond to create a sense of community. The organized activities have been a delightful surprise for us. We participated in a Saturday brunch that allowed us to connect with our neighbours, fostering a sense of camaraderie. The pie day event was exceptional, adding a touch of warmth and homeliness to our experience. In summary, everything about Kinstead has been positive, from the initial decision to move here to the day-to-day living experience. Kinstead McKinney is amazing in all forms. The amenities are great and it’s a plus that they are open 24 hours and they are getting a stair master next year! Maintenance is always so quick and efficient and the leasing agents are always so nice and professional. The managers are also so great!!!

From the first showing, through move-in, and for the 2 months I’ve lived here, I am very satisfied. The apartments are clean, quiet, and well-maintained. There is some noise from the highway, but it’s like white noise to us now. My old apartment was much louder from city street noise. The staff is top-notch, always friendly, and they go out of their way to help. I got nothing in exchange for this review. I just wanted to share my positive experience at Kinstead McKinney.

Kinstead has been as quick as possible to resolve any issues. My son and I love the ammenities, and how quiet it is. My favorite part about living here is just sitting on my balcony at night. It’s so peaceful. We have had maintenance issues (nothing super serious when it occurred), but they were all handled promptly. I appreciate that.

This is a wonderful place to call home. There will always be slight inconveniences living in an apartment complex but Kinstead managment has always been great at communication and they go above and beyond to take care of the community and any issues always get addressed in a timely manner. We love it so much here that we will renew for a 3rd year

From move in, the office staff has been super kind and helpful. No matter what I needed when I called, they were quick to help me with it as well as answered fast. Getting my keys to move in took literally 5 minutes and the apartment was clean when I entered. No complaints so far!

I love living at Kinstead McKinney. The staff is very friendly the maintenance is very prompt and thorough and very polite. It’s an extremely quiet community easy access to highways and I feel very safe living here. I would definitely recommend living at Kinstead McKinney.

My experience with Kinstead was fast and efficient. I don’t have a lot of time in my schedule. The process could not have gone easier. My lease agreement was finalized quickly and my apartment was clean and ready. Coming from a busy person, I am impressed.

Kinstead provides a sense of safety and neighborhood friendliness. Its proximity to the expressway, restaurants, and shopping is perfect. The landscape is beautifully maintained and scenic. It makes walking around the property very pleasant and relaxing.

My apartment is great, love the smarthome features. The community is nice & respectful. Place is quiet. The staff is very attentive and wonderful. I love living here.

Living at The Kinstead is a dream! You hear horror stories about management and maintenance taking forever, but those problems just don't exist. I have never encountered such kind people who GENUINELY care about your living experience. I have never felt like a work order, concern, or question has gone unnoticed. The apartments are wonderful, clean, and new. The one bedrooms have a weird 3/4 wall that we aren't the biggest fan of, but the other positives of the community keep us around because they're just that good. Highly recommend checking The Kinstead out!

Kinstead McKinney is a good place for renting. The apartments have good quality. The staff (rental office and maintenance) are very helpful, always eager to help and find a resolution to problems that you may have. Thanks!
