The property has energy efficient gas heat, Central A/C and a programmable thermostat to keep your home comfortable. The doors have deadbolt locks to assure that you wont lock yourself out. Every home has a patio or deck which increases your living area. The spacious master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and a bath that has a sit down shower and a linen closet. The second bathroom has a fiberglass tub/shower combo. All home have a full-size Washer & Dryer in a separate laundry room that has additional storage for detergent and linen storage. Great Apartment!
We live in a 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment. It has 2 full baths, cathedral ceilings, 3 ceiling fans, designer blinds, vinyl plank floors throughout and comes with all appliances. It is a very quiet neighborhood and has plenty of parking. The utilities are reasonable (gas heat) and water, sewer and trash is included in the rent. I love the great room concept and our furniture fits nicely into the space without feeling crowded. It's a good location and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to rent in Manheim Township.
