The community is great and Mrs Kim in the office is the most joyful and knowledgeable person, every process has been smooth and easy, definitely a great feeling for someone just moving to Tennessee for the first time

When I first went to tour Kiwi and Goji, I had no idea what to expect. I was greeted by a lady named Kemberly in the leasing office and she sold me on the townhome in minutes. Between her comforting, energetic, and relatable conversation, and the beautiful look of the apartments/townhomes, I know I made the right call moving here. Kind staff AND a nice looking space? Sign me up!
I called to schedule a tour, the young lady who answered, Kemberly L., was so polite, so welcoming that I went right over. The location was great, right in the middle of everywhere I would need to go. I get to the office and was warmly greeted by Kemberly. She took her time explaining floor plans to me, detailing all the amenities, her pleasant demeanor continued as she spoke with everyone all while answering the slew of questions I had. These apartments are beautiful and the customer service matches.

Ive been here a little over a month. The apartment i live in is beautiful and comfortable. Amanda the manager is very friendly and professional. She truly does care and solves issues fast! Justin the maintenance man has been very diligent in taking care of maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Im very happy here at Kiwi Goji and I will recommend these apartments to anyone needing a new fresh start. :) 5 stars!

I just moved here, but absolutely love it so far! They have completely flipped these older apartments with brand new appliances, giving it a modern and cozy vibe :) Management is also very accommodating! Also, the new maintenance is great! He always fixes everything I submit in a timely manner and wants to make sure that all residents are happy with everything they have. Kiwi is in the middle of everything; 10-15 minutes to midtown, downtown, Germantown etc. and 5 minutes to the interstate. So many things to do that are so close! Love, love, love Kiwi and highly recommend for anyone looking for cute townhomes in Memphis!
