The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook
Had water dripping from the ceiling and Jose responded promptly as had did before on a previous visit and also quick to get the job done or problem resolved very good employee
The place is nice and quiet. The neighbors are respectful. The staff is fine. I like to believe they try their best. However, the area does have a wasp problem. Besides that its fine.
We are Very Fortunate to have the very best here at Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook. Someone at the Top cares, is experienced and has their act together! Hard to find that combination in a rental community! Greatly appreciated to the the Entire Staff. !!!
As always they office and maintenance personnel do a wonderful job of communicating and resolving what ever issues or problems that arise. Great job
I'm satisfied with the community management and overall experience.
Moved in not too long ago so the jury is still out but so far Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook is a nice well kept apartment complex. Love the layout of the whole community and the floorplan of our unit.
Me encanta vivir aquí, es seguro, limpio, su urbanismo es hermoso, y los trabajos de mantenimiento son de respuesta mediata.
Overall this community is very clean and quiet. I like the coziness of the space and it does not feel over crowded. Parking is never an issue.
Like always, professional service and done right.
Always excellent service and in a timely manner office personnel as well as maintenance
Knightsbridge at Stoney Brook is a wonderful neighborhood to live in and the admin / maintenance teams are rock stars! shout out to Jose,Genesis ,Marlee and Charlene for always being so pleasant to work with on any issue.
Very happy living at Knightsbridge apartments at Stoneybrook. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a quite, nature, wildlife and apartment living without all being on top of each other.
Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook is overall a fantastic place to live! It does have its issues, although, I guess nothing is really ever perfect.
My wife and I have enjoyed living at Knightsbridge at Stoney Brook. Its a safe and great environment to live in and the response to remedy our maintenance needs have been excellent. From Marley who introduced us and took the time to show us the property, to Jose from maintenance who was of great help in the beginning weeks when we first moved in to show us the ropes for requesting maintenance, to Robert and Alfredo who have been excellent as well when theyve come to address any issue weve had in our place with friendliness and respect. We recommend this community for future residents for sure!
The staff seems to be lazy in in resolving issues pertaining to maintenance and general community issues (For example, I've lived here for a little over a year now and the gate of the community pretty much never worked until just a couple weeks ago when they FINALLY replaced the mechanism that opens/closes the gates). Otherwise, it is a really nice complex in a very nice location! However, unfortunately the rent is a little high/
Great staff, beautiful grounds on a nature preserve, fast maintenance responses... safe place to live... what else could you ask for?
Great community, with great staff
The quick responding maintenance team is a big reason why I live at Knightsbridge. Alex was at my door within 15 minutes after I submitted my service order. He is alway professional and prompt.
Genesis was very helpful and patience with my daughter and I. I appreciate her professionalism and her kindness.
I used to live here and loved the location. I recently came to visit a friend and stopped by the office. Ms. Veronica was very professional and excited to meet me. I was very impressed with the improvements in the clubhouse and especially the grounds and upgrades in the apartment. I enjoyed my visit and have referred a couple who now love their new home at Knightsbridge. Thank you Ms. Veronica for your warm welcome.
The property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. The office staff is super friendly and very resourceful and respectful. I have never had such a smooth and non stressful experience with no other property before its always been either property issues or staff is mean or rude but this property is on point so far! 10/10 as of now! Charlene is AMAZING such a doll and very informative!
I have to say I have just signed my third lease here. I think this place is great maintenance is always on top of things. The grounds are kept up after. The deer that you see around the complex is great feel close to nature. I have never really had any issues living here . The girls in office are sweet ladies they go above and beyond .
Such a gorgeous property! I feel lucky to live here.
Excellent location and staff. Apartments are newly remodeled and look fantastic. Very friendly neighbors.
Nice community away from the main avenue so it's quiet. Had a maintenance request that was answered and dealt with really fast. Courteous and friendly staff.
This was my first apartment and so far has been a very smoothe and enjoyful move. Genesis and the crew have been very welcoming. I've heard many bad stories of apartments but none of those horror stories have applied here.
The staff and maintenance crew are kind, thorough, and accommodating. The buildings and complex are well maintained and this is a nice place to live.
Estamos muy contentos de pertenecer a esta comunidad.
We have lived here since 2018 and living here has been the best experience ever! The staff is awesome and always on point! They are very caring and attentive
Knightsbridge is one of the best communities to live in, made possible by the investments and upgrades, The best neighbors, and an Awsome management staff. I live this place !!!
Me encanta vivir en este Complex, soy feliz de tener la certeza que funciona sus servicios, el personal es amigable y siempre te encuentra una solución a tus peticiones, gracias.
Don’t live here, but my interaction with the management team has been great! They are wonderful people!
Property Manager at Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook, Responded To This Review
We're happy to hear you found our staff to be so friendly during your visit! We hope to see you again someday!
At first, I got pulled in by the beauty of the property. But that is not what makes a property; the people make the property. That being said, make sure to steer clear of this place if you care about WHO is running it. I was going to lease with them and decided against it because of how they start every sentence with "Unfortunately..." basically stating that they really don't care to help you and that they are too lazy to even find loopholes to be HUMAN and reach out to their potential resident. It is really sad to say that they lack in being good people and knowing what it truly means to be proud of their work and managing a property where people LIVE. If you want to have to deal with a bunch of people that don't care about you or where you live then I would recommend finding a better place that does.
Apartments are nice on the outside, and have just recently been renovated (new paint, new chimneys, new community garbage bin). But it seems their renovations are limited to only outer aesthetic. I currently reside in one of the more outdated and older buildings and it is completely falling apart; constantly failing A/C in the hot summer months. Bathtub leaks into the apartment below us due to poor piping. The cabinet below my sink has completely collapsed, leaving a gap which attracts bugs, the sink itself will leak down into the cabinet as well causing moisture problems with the wood. The dryer in my apartment broke just recently. The walk in closet has a mirror sort of folding door which BROKE OFF and was a hassle to move on its own. Internet is terrible here, and my family had purchased two total routers to fix the issue and we even still are having problems with it. Walls are thin and you can hear the footsteps of neighbors, makes you feel uncomfortable if you are living at a higher level of the apartments because you have to worry about keeping up the people below you by just walking around. The floor plan is nice, i enjoy my loft and how everything is designed but all things electronic are so out of date it feels like it cancels out everything good about the building. The area is lovely and i love the forests that surround the place, but when its hot and humid out it leaves you vulnerable to discomfort in the bugs and everything that are in the area. A little personal peeve of mine is how if you are going to the houses at Stoneybrook the guard requests your information and calls in to make sure you're a guest to those living in the homes, but if you live in the apartments you just get let right in! it seems like an imbalance of safety and its a bit disconcerting. I have not enjoyed my two years of living in Stoneybrook, and based on the other negative reviews others have experienced the same. The pool is lovely though! :)
Just terrible how they don’t replace things until they have broken several times. How many times does my air conditioner have to break in summer for them to realize the duct tape is NOT WORKING..
I have nothing good to say about the individuals working as "management" for this property. They are very quick to lie, then become passive aggressive with you when you catch them in their lie with photos, and things said in writing. There is no excuse as to why the complex and buildings have been allowed to deteriorate to the condition they are currently in. Management wont accept responsibility for proper maintenance, and refuse to acknowledge the reality that they're "selling" you old, out of date apartments, and charging premium for nothing in return. There are new complexes being built just down the road that are only little more monthly than this complex with more to offer. What management uses as an excuse for raising existing tenants rent is because they're "keeping up with market value". It's ridiculous to charge people for a brand new Mercedes when you're selling a used Toyota. These buildings are over 20 years old, and you can tell. So if you decide to rent here, please understand that you will be dealing with outdated/broken A/C units that need to be completely replaced instead of the band-aid repairs they offer, flooded walk ways because they claim "it's too expensive to re-mulch around the buildings" (excuse me?), leaks, and inconsistent, and poor building maintenance. You better hope they put you into one of the "renovated" units and get it in writing. I was promised one of the updated units and new features in my apartment, but upon move-in day I was given keys to one of the old units. They had no other units available and I had no other options, so that's what I was left with. Like I said, eager to get you in, but once you sign forget about it. Look into the new complexes in the surrounding area, at the rate this place is going for a measly out-dated one bedroom, you might as well.
Things aren't as they seem when you first deal with the leasing consultants as a prospective tenant. I'm sure they seem courteous, helpful, professional, and friendly, as most leasing consultants are when they're trying to sell you a product. ZRS is not customer service oriented towards their TENANTS. They either ignore or severely delay responding to maintenance requests, and would rather ignore serious problems that occur here than choose to deal with them. They will come up with excuses to explain why they aren't dealing with important matters and then get angry, threatening, and retaliate when a tenant tries to hold THEM accountable to abiding by their landlord responsibilities in the lease (or when they are caught in a lie!) I don't know why the owners discontinued their contract with the previous property management company. I do know that it is foolish for the owners and/or new property management to think that all of the prior problems can be turned around in six or so months and not cause problems, as a result, for their existing tenants. They're trying to maximize profit for the owners while minimizing expenditures as much as possible in an unreasonable amount of time. This should not be achieved on the backs of their tenants. An educated, experienced, and effective property manager knows that they shouldn't only be focused on making the community look clean and tidy. Nor should they be only concerned with putting their hand out when rent is due. Sure those things are important, but so are the people who decided to lease based on your empty promises. It should NOT just be about getting people in the door and their commitment to you, as a tenant, ends there. Tenants were sold a product which they are paying for and it is management's job to live up to the tenant's expectations. If you expect to have tenants adhere to the lease, then property management should also abide by it. If you decide to lease here, it is my sincere hope that your experience is completely different than what mine has been. I am only trying to offer a different perspective than what is initially presented to you by the leasing consultants. While nothing in life is perfect, I have always tried to have my "home" be my escape from the pressures that life has to offer in the outside world. I have come to realize that the time and money I have spent thinking about this place is just not worth it.
I really love living at Knightsbridge because the location is perfect. My husband and I live really close to 3 major toll roads and there is so much to do in our area. Living close to UCF is hard because there are so many people living there but there is much less traffic living a little further south where we live. It's a very safe neighborhood and greats for kids, pets and students.

What I love best about living at Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook is the fact that I can live so close to the action at UCF (about 15 minutes) and Waterford Lakes (< 10 minutes) but also live in a nice suburban feeling tucked away part of Orlando. It's a very safe neighborhood without a ridiculous rent price. The layout my husband and I chose is a one bedroom/1 bathroom that includes a loft area with great ceiling height that's perfect for guests. We have 2 medium sized dogs too so it's sometimes hard to find a pet friendly place with space to walk them, but Knightsbridge delivers on both of those accounts!
This apartment is quiet. In a great neighborhood but you are limited in internet providers. It takes a while for maintance to get to your request. The property is kept up with. They don't offer any discounts for military.
