Property Ratings at Knob Pines Apartments

The management company sucks. They pick and choose what rules they want to enforce and do not enforce all the rules with all the tenants. The "resident" manager does not live on site. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues. Not all apartments have dishwashers as advertised. The "playground" was 2 swing sets and a basketball hoop. These have been removed and the closest playground is 1/2 mile off site. Do not move here or look at these apartments unless you have no other choice.
