Just across the Ohio River from Downtown Louisville lies historic New Albany. Because of easy accessibility to Interstate 64 and a mild commute downtown, residents of New Albany have a direct line to all of Louisville’s amenities without the higher cost of living associated with city life.
In addition to a sprawling park system, this Floyd County community is encompassed by a collection of 19th century homes and buildings. The Harvest Homecoming festival brings those near and far together for a day of celebration and fun. Located within city limits is the campus of Indiana University Southeast, along with excellent wineries, breweries, and restaurants.

Property Ratings at Knobs Pointe Apartments
Don't do it. Just don't. We have honestly had so many issues. These apartments are big but that is the only thing they have to offer. Other than the lack of help from maintenance we also have had random charges being added on without notice. We already pay for renter's insurance which they said we would need theirs if we had our own. Now we have a charge for their renter's insurance. After taking to them 3 different times nothing has been done. Now we are being charged for gas which..we don't have anything that uses gas in the apartment and that hasn't changed in our 3 years here. It's not worth the price and they could do so much better. There's also roaches here that just don't go away and we aren't dirty people. They're supposed to spray for them regularly which they never do. If you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor your a/c will never work and there are break ins all of the time. Don't waste your time.

Thanks for taking the time to review our community. It appears there has been some miscommunication between you and our office. Please feel free to come by or give us a call so we can address your concerns offline.
Let me start off by saying that I don't hate this place but, there are much better places out there. The complex has roaches bad. They're in the halls and when we've called or put in a request to spray for them 4 different times, only 1 guy did it. It always smells like pot and there were people shooting off a gun outside of our building. I've heard there are a ton of break ins and I believe it. There's been more than 1 occasion where people in our building have overdosed and been sent to the hospital. And if you are planning on swimming in the pool.. don't count on it ever being open.. Aldo, our at never works properly.. this is the second summer where it's been 78 degrees in our apartment and when we told management nothing was done.. Sadly, I would not recommend this place and I should've listened when people warned us. It's not worth the trouble.
This property is the worst I have ever lived in. Should’ve struck me as odd when they only wanted a $200 deposit. By far the most spacious and at a reasonable price but a very old property. I was skeptical in the beginning due to everyone telling me the property has had 3 bad fires in the last 5 years. So if you do decide to rent from them pay your renters insurance. Every maintenance request is only completed after you remind them 2 times. I constantly had mildew appear on my bathroom ceiling. Maintenance explained to me that this has always been a problem due to how the property was built. My living room window was broken due to a attempted burglary. I notify the manager it took them over a month to replace the window. The hallways somehow always accumulate trash and debris. Anytime you walk through the grass I guarantee you will step in dog poop, and they do nothing about it. Upon leaving I requested to the energy company to stop my energy at Knobs Pointe and start it at my new location. A mistake was made by the energy company and they charged me for a extra 2 weeks after I moved out of Knobs Pointe. I talked to the energy company and they explained to me all Knobs Pointe had to do was call them and confirm I indeed moved out on the day I stated. Knobs Pointe managers told me “We’re not goin to pay it. Why would we do that? It was my responsibility to change it”. I WAS LIVID!!!! Luckily I explained the situation to the energy company and they back dated those 2 weeks to Knobs Pointe account. I have over 8 years of rental history but they will only get 1 year from me. Plz don’t do it, seems like a great deal but you will be dissatisfied

Knobs pointe is the worst place to live they are terrible with maintenance. Our AC stopped working randomly one day DURING SUMMER...still is summer. And our apartment has been 80 degrees and above for the past 3 weeks and they tell us “there’s nothing they can do” because we live on the 3rd floor. Water leaking from the ceilings. Yes they fixed that but not the stains and mold growing on the ceiling. Our dishwasher has been broken since we’ve moved in and still hadn’t been fixed. Our refrigerator leaks water..since day one...still hasn’t been fixed. We wanted to transfer apartments. We weren’t allowed. Knobs pointe I’ll give them a half a star.
Best maintenance team and super friendly staff! This place gets alot of slack from the older years but it has changed and its a good place to stay with quite a few amenities!

Knobs Pointe thanks you for the compliment and sharing your thoughts with others. Our staff works to provide the greatest customer service experience from the office to the maintenance. If you know of anyone looking for a new home Knobs Pointe has a great resident referral program. Just make sure they mention your name when they stop in to tour. We appreciate you!
I have a 2 bed 2 bath I love it. The bathrooms are both great sizes. & the bedrooms are nice also. Only thing I don't like is they don't really rush to fix anything. Other than that it's a great place to stay :)
Staying here is alright. They give good prices for their apartment, but the office organization and help can greatly improve. When we transffered from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment the paperwork was abnormally unorganized. Moving always is unorganized but they made it way more stressful. They would come into the apartment to fix something and wouldn't call us first after I have repeatedly said I want someone there with them in my apartment. Other than that I have enjoyed the amenities and the apartments are pretty decent. This complex has a tennis court, pool, and dog walking area. There could just be a lot of improvements but all in all a decent place.to stay
I have been living here at Knobs Point Apartments now for 2 years and I must say it is one of my best decisions ever. Over the past couple years they have continued to update the community and just this last fall went through and replaced all windows and patio doors. And as far as maintenance goes the best ever hands down!! Over the summer my AC went out and within 30min after I called (in the middle of the night) they brought a window unit over and the next morning replaced the unit. Continue the great work!!
I have been here for 8yrs I have seen great changes a lot of improvement in the development I am retired I'm not afraid to go out and walk my pet a lot of good things have been done and more to come can't wait office and maintenance staff are great fast response to any issue that may come up couldn't be happier
The apartment complex was very nice&quiet. I was able to find a parking spot no problem. The halls were very well maintained as well as the vacant apartment we observed!
Shown nice model and rented a sub standard, outdated, moldy, unclean, apartment with broken appliances and a furnace filter that was duct taped in. The maintenance staff is a joke. They halfway attempt to make repairs. There are new owners, putting in new windows and sliding doors, but, that is just lipstick and rouge. The plumbing has been leaking for months, rotting the flooring and into other apartments around mine. The office staff doesn't have time to listen to your complaints and will answer the phone in mid sentence to catch some other poor family looking for a nice place to live.. The only thing nice about it....my neighbors. We feel trapped in a dump by our leases.
