I love my little apartment. Its clean and cozy. The grounds are well maintained and the hallways are cleaned once a week or so. Amy in the leasing office is so helpful and sweet. :)

First off bad bed bugs problems second they don't have respect for the residents they are rude and they don't keep your personal business confordental they over charge for the most littlest apartments don't even waste your time it's a head ache plus I believe that the property management is unprofessional

If you desire an apartment that makes home feel like home, Knottingham isn't the one. I didn't do my homework on this one. Money is what's important here. From maintenance to front office, good quality service and concern does not exist. Make this one a last resort option!

this is an awesome place to reside. the apartments are spacious, while the common areas are maintained and the entire staff so far has been completely helpful...Ive had to make a few maintenance calls but all were answered and corrected in a timely manner! The community is very quiet and well kept...

I have been ling in knottingham aprtmenta for about 3 years now and it has it's ups and down but for the most part I'm glad I'm able to pay my rent every moth even though it's a struggle lol...but all in all I love having a roof over me and my family's head.

They are decent apartment they charge your for upgrades that should just be done to all aprtments because they are so dated i.e light fixtures. They'll even charge you a monthly rate to paint a wall.. they definitely about the money more then they care about anything else going on in the building... i have no other complaints so far.

Why? The presentation of the apartment was amazing. It came with all new everything. Everyone here is just amazing, from the neighbor's, the staff, to the maintenance.. They have all types of extras to from free breakfast, fund raisers, parties, clubhouse, pool, gym.. it's a very clean community. Not a complaint in almost 2 years. Thanks Knottingham. I love ya.
