I started living in this complex back when it went by a different name. I can say since the new company has taken over the place has gone downhill. Maintenance no longer did their yearly checks. I don't remember the last time pest control was in my apartment. the roof has missing coverage over the stairwell area. Worst of all, new tenant after new tenant (your neighbors) have been smoking marijuana. Ive made multiple complaints and some have been kicked out, but another just moves in. And when they light one up at 2am, it comes through the vents and wakes you up. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Thus Apts have very noisy neighbors that play loud music which filters into your Apt. The wall are so thin that you hear the music like you are playing it in your own apt. Do not move here unless you like sleeping with loud music cause they play it from morning till late in the night.

Staffing has excellent customer service and management. I will highly recommend these apartments.

Make sure to document everything and do a walk through at move out or they will falsify charges. Upon move out, they were in the process of renovating my apartment, completely gutting it, since I was one of the tenants that had been there the longest without a remodel. I had been a tenant since 2016, left in 2022. They charged me for carpet, counter tops and they took out the old and in with the new after I moved out. The carpet was taken out they put in new flooring and brand new counter tops! Beyond the normal wear and tear, my apartment was in wonderful condition, mind you how long I had been there for. Total scam artists. Not to mention they didn't even tell me I owe anything, not one phone call, email, or letter were sent. We had to go up to the office, upon finding it on my credit report. Everyone there is new since I moved out in 2022 too, so they couldn't give me any answers and didn't help or try to help.Total nonsense!

I have been wanting to live at these apartments for years, because of good reports I had heard from others and proximity to highways. 9ish months after moving in, they were bought out and that is when the problems began. They don't listen. When you put in a work order, it is "done" to a low standard; the updates are not true updates; lost paperwork; and list goes on. So dissatisfied and let down. Incentives to come, but none to stay. I'm tired of asking and complaining and nothing being done to fix things in the right way.

I have been having issues getting the apartments to call me back. It's time to renew my lease again (been here 2 years already) and I have a studio apartment, but they want to charge me the rate that a two-bedroom leases for. I have a good job good credit, I always have paid my rent early, I don't have a lot of guests I don't cause problems but yet they won't even call me back to or fix the lease. I am not sure how the doors are still open to this place. They did try to contact me when they charged me 50.00 and told me I was using their electricity. Which was FALSE!!! I had to get the paperwork from my electricity provider, and they have not called back since then. So another word's unless you have something they want. YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM!!! I am hoping these reviews will get someone attention so I will actually get a lease and get my apartment fixed.....WE WILL SEE.

I have lived here since 2018 and since the new management company came in the apartments have gone down hill. They bought the complex next to us and merge two into one. Renovations were done in the kitchen and bathroom. They also updated the light fixtures and the ceiling fan which is nice.They extended the patio as well. However that included more dirt and mud when it's rainy. They are including mandatory valet trash even though the dumpster is near the mailbox. $25. They only pick up trash Monday through Thursday and there has been days that are missed. There is an $89 technology package that is mandatory as well. I am very disappointed in Knowlton now that they are under new management. .It seems they are just squeezing money out of the residents and to me, it is not worth the price. I am looking to move. Another thing is how often the phone lines are down and how long it takes them to answer the phone or reply to an email. It is ridiculous. The apartments were decent and priced appropriately before the new folks came and took over. 0 out of 5 for me!

My wife and I moved into these apartments with the previous owners and it wasn't perfect but the property manager was really on top of things.And then along come Knowlton...it's been horrible ever since. it takes an act on Congress to get anyone on the phone or tonreturn a call, it took us over three months to get an ice maker for the refrigerathey ever brought us a new refrigerator with....NO ICE MAKER.. The raised the rent which we expected , they are charging for the covered parking that was free before they took over, it would make sense if they'd built it or something, and the roaches took over our apartment. That was the last straw, so we've moved out. When we left we had over 1200 dollars in credit on our account and our 800 dollar deposit to be returned.When we didnthe exit walk through the assistant manager said our apartment looked better than a lot of the apartments they see, yet all I am getting back is 500 dollars. And I can't even get any answers on getting that back! The office said I should have it in 30 days, its been a month and a half, corporate is also no help. I've l ft several messages for the regional manager who never answers her phone or returns any phone calls either. Stay away from these people, it's absolutely ridiculous that I have to turn to Google and social media to put our enough bad publicity to get me the opportunity to someone and finish arguing about what's owed to me...1500 in charges AFTER I had the place AND the carpet professionally cleaned and they saw nothing wrong at the walk through just isn't going to cut it

Very nice and clean property. Maintenance men are always on time and they do a very good job fixing what needs to be fix a gentleman by the name of Albert came and fix a water leak in my apartment he made sure everything was working properly. The staff at the front office are nice and have great communication. I highly recommend this property.

I have lived here 5 years, and when Mayra ran the complex everything was GREAT. She always responded to emails and calls, maintenance made repairs immediately, and the parking lot was always clean. Since Knowlton has taken over, the complex has completely gone down hill. There is dog poop EVERY WHERE you look...there is trash all over the parking lot and in the bushes...it takes days for Knowlton to respond to emails if they decide to at all. I am being over charged without reasons why, and the staff is extremely rude in person and over the phone. I have neighbors who have experienced the exact same thing. This will be my last year at this complex.

This has been a very confusing time with 2 properties being combined into one. The assistant manager has been very helpful in trying to make it a smooth process for everyone.

Its affordable & I think it'll be really cozy & comfy by yourself.

Tiny apartments, tiny kitchens and price bigger than sizes bigger than this.

Audobon fits my needs. The office personnel are outstanding. When I needed some help with a situation, they help me with professional attitude.

Whenever I see any of the staff on the property they are always friendly. They wave and smile as I come and go.

Becoming not very safe. Our truck has been stolen not once but twice!! They found it the first time but not yet this time.

The residents don't take ownership and responsibility for cleanliness of their place of residence.

They are very friendly and understanding.

It seems good to me. But as I have not lived there. So anybody please don't go on virtual video and self tour is only what's recommended, if you don't wish to get any surprise on the day you move in.

The maintenance team is great and very friendly. They always do the best they can with what they have.

I would recommend this apt.because I do like my apt and it is pretty quiet.

I really like this apartments! The staff is courteous AND professional.

My family all own their homes. They told me they would rent here if ever needed. I got sick and retired medically 30 yrs. ago, or I would of bought my own home. God put me here, so I am highly blessed. Also what few friends I have own their homes. However I look for people needing to rent apt., and tell all to come to Audubon. It a great place to live. I'm not working right now due to covid-19 and my car is not running at the moment. I'm a single mother so it's just me and my son here. Mind you I'm here EVERYDAY ALL DAY. The one time I call to see if I can get my refrigerator looked at someone came while I went to drop my son off at his grandmother's house. The guy that came in obviously didn't care to even check on what I reported so when I came home. There was a note on my stairs stating that refrigerator WASN'T leaking. (Now if he would have.l been doing his job he would have seen the towel that was on the floor in front of the refrigerator and if he opened it he would have seen standing water in the crispers.) I was highly upset after I seen that someone came in (While I was gone) and that it still wasn't resolved. So I called the office and told them what happened and they had someone else come out and look. He then told me that my refrigerator WAS leaking and I needed a new one. So they came a few days later to replace my refrigerator, the first maintenance man that came was back helping the other one. He was rude as hell and got mad when I asked him to put a mask on before coming in my house. They proceeded to bring the new refrigerator up without bringing the old one out first. (I have a studio apartment so it's very narrow and small) The first maintenance man unplugged the refrigerator and they took it downstairs, not all the way though they left it sitting on my carpet on the first flight on stairs (mind you it's leaking). So when it was time to put the new refrigerator in , I asked if they could get up the access water from the old one, but he refused, he told me "Oh we don't do no house cleaning" but it came from the broken refrigerator. After they got the new fridge in the old refrigerator still needed to be out of my apartment. He didn't say they'll come back and clean my carpet or nothing I just had to call the office again and let them know. (My carpet was soaked with STINKY standing water from the old fridge) they came and "cleaned" my carpet supposedly but I left the house one day and turned my air off and when I came back it was the worst smell lingering downstairs. I still haven't gotten anyone to come back out to reclean my carpet. The office staff is VERY unprofessional, I had an incident where I thought I was being charged for something I paid for, I tried to get them to explain it to me but they refused. I wouldn't recommend these apartments at all...

The staff is professional, the apartments are nice and affordable and the grounds always look clean and manicured.

They are nice apartments the only problem I had was the noisy neighbors upstairs.

The office staff are friendly and have gone above and beyond to ensure I am happy .

The apartment personnel are very helpful and quick to resolve any problems or issues. I love the fact that they are open to feedback and are more than willing to fix any issues that residents are having.

I have never know someone who is in charge for a comunity place that treats people really bad like the manager of Audobon Park .. She feels that she has the position in that office to give you or not a minute to discuss matters in your contract cause you wear a jeans and casual shirt,BUT everything drastically changes when you go back again in a suit.. There is not respect for tenants..

I have lived here for over 3 years and I love it. The management is great but maintenance is ok. Right now the place is going under a makeover which is nice. The pool looks amazing and I look forward to the summer! Close to the town east mall area and restaurants which I love. Pretty quiet and would recommend to everyone.

Young lady working Saturday very unprofessional she acts as if she doesn't want to be there. I just had to walk out of there. They are redoing doing the complex but service is very bad service seems as if they just wants my money very hard to trust just on the presentation you see they don't care well at least she didn't.

Very bad experience with Audubon apartments Saturday service for appointments and doors were locked not sure if they were out but kind of too was inside with a young fella was dissappoinred because we were ready to get a apartment for my daughter... and apartmeno we wanted to see was no ready after a week of saying she had something to show us. Very disappointed with leasing representative. Wish she was more professional. Please feel comfortable with all before leasing with them.

Too many issue with plumbing has roaches very peaceful but has alot of problems even leasing agent lives there and smokes Marijuana she's a blonde lady there who is disrespectful and lazy she is never open on Saturdays ever when I show up. Please fix your problems and get people who actually work. TOWING IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE

I have lived here for more than 8 years now and we finally have the best office staff ever. The managers are great and care to listen to any problems. My dog got out of the house one day while maintenance fixed an issue in my apartment that I called them about and the office called me right away and watched him in the office until I got home. He had been fed and taken care of and for that I will forever be grateful! It's close to the highways and overall quiet. Very affordable and I recommend it 100%

Literally from the first day I moved into the apartment there was a roach issue. The day I moved in I had to get the property manager to come see the roaches in the apartment. She had to call the exterminator out for a special trip. He said he could see where the painters had painted over roaches in some rooms. I was afraid to put my things in the pantry. During my 5 months there I kept everything food related in large plastic storage containers. Would not tell anyone to rent there. Glad to be gone.
