Knox at Metrocenter

So far living at the Knox has been a very great experience! From my tour to communication up until signing my lease and through move in - everything was easy and flawless! I’ve had some minor issues with my apartment so far and maintenance has been quick to fix! I love the dog park for my dogs, everyone has been so open and accepting of my dogs and the other dog owners are very responsible for watching them when we are all at the dog park together.

Everyone in the leading office has gone above and beyond to make my moving process as easy as possible! The amenities are great, my apartment is spacious and homey. Everything is updated and clean. I couldn’t be happier. Knox really feels like home!

Parking could be better, especially for us that get off late, but overall it is pretty great! Maintenance is pretty responsive when issues arise, and all the amenities are great!

Moving into the knox has been an easy process. the property is so nice and gives a luxurious feel. from the moment we walked in the office and interacted with the staff we knew it was the place for us.

I enjoy the location and the staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. The sunsets are so beautiful from my apartment on the water. Love it

Overall, my experience has been great here. Everytime o had a work order, they maintenance team was quick to do a repair or find a solution. The office has been helpful as well. The only issue I had was getting the initial lease set up, they were short staffed so they were a bit slower to answer calls and emails but they were still doing their best during that time and I was understanding.

Love the whole community so far! All of the amenities are great. Parking could be a little better, but other than that, everything else is good!

Comfortable and quiet surrounding. Great neighbors. All around good experience. Many amenities including a dog park, workout facilities and a great pool area.

Picturesque community. Excellent amenities. Nice size apartments. Well maintained grounds. Safety and security driven. (Mostly) quiet. Extremely pet friendly. Close to local stores, restaurants, and other choice businesses and vendors. Professional staff.

Quite, cozy living arrangement. Nice area. Community events to attend as well as a relaxing pool and nice gym. Gated parking on a first come basis. Friendly staff.

The staff has been so helpful and easy to talk and work with! I am very excited to be living here because the amenities are endless - along with being very nice and clean!

I wish communication and efficiency between leasing staff and residence was better. It seems like they only do things when you apply pressure in person which is really inconvenient, especially for those who work spring office hours.

Lack of communication is astounding. This office team is so unprofessional and don’t respond to emails. Don’t inform their residents for anything important.

The staff at this apartment complex is fantastic, and my move-in process was a breeze thanks to the lovely assistance I received from the front desk. Specifically, Lex was incredibly personable and kind, going above and beyond to help me in every possible way. As a result, I feel safe and secure in this community. I also have a great appreciation for the dog-friendly environment and the well-maintained dog park. The pool is resort like!Furthermore, I am delighted with the spaciousness of the bedrooms. The kitchen, with its adorable design, adds a touch of charm to the apartment, and the bathrooms are exceptionally nice.

We greatly appreciate the staff and the amenities provided at this location. We feel safe and secure here. The dog park is absolutely fantastic, and the pool gives off a resort-like vibe. Additionally, the game room is excellent and adds to the overall experience.

I have been experiencing noise issues with the neighbor for months. Despite the numerous notifications to the leasing office, the issue has gone unresolved.

The apartments and complex amenities are very nice. Nicest apartment I have ever lived in. There was some difficulty from leasing office on paperwork needed for qualifying, thought their requirements were excessive; but when it was all said and done we are happy to be here.

Everyone in the leasing office has been so easy to communicate with! And the amenities here are great. The dog park is in a great location and easy to access, and the pool area is awesome.

Guest parking was a hassle at first, but now that I know the process it is straightforward! I love the valet trash pickup! The apartment is top quality and the pool and clubhouse is so nice!

Moving into the Knox was simple and easy. The staff (s/o to Mrs. Tessa!) were super helpful and accommodating. Also, the community and apartments are well kept and beautiful!

Living here has been great. Wish the gym could be slightly updated, sometimes a machine will get stuck. Also wish there were better parking options on the great circle rd side of the building. Other than that everything’s been great and I’m pleased with the change in management! They are very efficient and communicative

I absolutely love the staff at Knox in Metrocenter. Jillian and Tressa are the best. Move-in was a breeze. Unfortunately, residents can only have guests stay over 72 hours / week and have to register their car every 24 hrs. The area is mostly businesses and they don’t have sidewalks to walk around like Germantown.

Great community and amenities. Jillian has been very responsive and accommodating. The complex is beautiful, the daily trash service is a game changer, and the gym is amazing along with the rest of the amenities. I’m extremely happy I choose this community.

The staff and other residents are beyond friendly. While moving in I had multiple neighbors help me and even let me use their garage to help bring things in easily. The maintenance guys were also very helpful with help with the doors and asking if they could help with anything.

Wonderful staff. Jillian was very helpful and Tessa is super sweet! Love the complex and all the amenities. I’m looking forward to meeting neighbors and enjoying any activities for the community.

I just moved in a week ago but all ready really impressed with the apartment complex, amenities and staff! Happy to call this place home over the next year.

Over the past year and a half Knox at Metrocenter has deteriorated. The office staff turn over is now occurring every 3-6 months. The property has multiple break ins and vandalism to doors, vehicles. The property does not have enough parking for visitors or renters for that matter, and the office staff, when finally reached is rude and condescending. I understand they are under a lot of pressure trying to plug holes with bandaids but it isn’t necessary. It took over 20 minutes for a fire truck to come a turn off the water to my building. Thank God it was only flooding and not a fire!

Moving into the apartment was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. The only issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. The microwave and fridge were dirty, as was the washing machine. But we are so happy with the move that these are minor details.

We love the complex due to the nice apartments and amenities, but have been very disappointed with maintenence and promises made to residents that aren't followed up on.

I truly enjoy living here! My apartment is modern and spacious, and I have access to incredible amenities. Sometimes the leasing office/maintenance can be difficult to get ahold of, so that is my only critique. I've been here for less than a year though, so excited to see how things may change with time.

The location is great, the pool and the gym are great. Some buildings don’t have elevators and the parking system is awful and is very college dorm like.

GOOD: Good people in the leasing office, great amenities, relatively clean, good location by the titans training facility, overall good experience and I would stay here again. BAD: Few car break ins (6 in a night), gates are always broken, recently no parking spaces and my girlfriend has had to park outside of the gates late at night 2 times now, maintenance man used a GAS POWERED leaf blower inside the stairwell without ventilation that leaked the carbon monoxide and smell into our apartment and the hallways.

Nice amenities like the pool and gym. Love having the mailroom. Love the finishing in the apartments. Great layouts. Rent comparable to others.

I have had a great experience living here so far I really enjoy the facilities and location. One thing is that some people let there dogs out really late at night and they bark a lot that would be my only disturbance.

I have had a great experience living here. I love the ground floor, fenced yard for my pups, the convenience of a garage in the same building and the water view and sunsets!

I was on the verge of breaking my lease until new management came in and really put effort into making this an enjoyable place to reside. They heard my concerns and really took action and true interest in resolving them.

Parking at knox is absolutely ridiculous. If you come home on the later side, you should be prepared to add the cost of getting a garage because regular parking is almost impossible to find after 9. Also guest parking is very minimal. Only about 20 spaces for all 6 buildings and they require the guest vehicle to be registered. The booting company that knox hires to enforce parking is the most unprofessional company Ive ever encountered. You can never get anybody on the phone, the boots cost $75 to remove, and they don’t follow up with disputes for incorrect booting so don’t expect to get your money back if you car was booted and it shouldn’t have been. I’ve been here 6 months and wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and will absolutely not be renewing my lease.

This has been a really great place to live. I enjoy the location, amenities, and just the design of the apartment. I also couldn't have gotten luckier with the best roomie ever. 10/10

The move in process was so easy and wonderful! We love our new home and the community we now live in! Our leasing consultant helped us have a smooth approval and move in process, this community is absolutely beautiful!
