Kona Apartments

Wow! The process of moving in to Kona apartments was completely stress free and smooth. The property manager is a phenomenal person, so sweet and attentive. My apartment is gorgeous. Nice balcony, modern amenities, and a very spacious living room! Super content with my place and the staff. :)

The apartments are very beautiful. The manager Sandra is great no matter what happens weather big or small she is always on top of it, And she always has a smile on her face. If there is a parking issue like someone in your space she will take action. Randi The maintenance is awesome she is very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast. the updates to the building are great. I cant wait tell the are done and its all completed. its going to look so nice.

I went looking for an apartment a week ago. I was greeted by the manager Sandra and she was a delight, She was very polite and very nice answered all of my question, and the apartment looked so beautiful, I putt in my application and I to be moving in on the first. Sandra helped me through the process and answered all my question and made the process seamless. She defiantly went above and beyond for me and my family. I am truly grateful to have found this apartment and her. The inside of the apartments are beautiful and the upgrades they have nicely done. The halls need work but she said that is coming.

Great place to live. the manager is awesome we had a problem and it was taken care of right away. Anytime we have an issue no mater if its someone in my parking space or I have locked out of my apartment she is very attentive, and responsive. She is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I love it here, And will be here for a very long time. The updates to the property are great and they building looks amazing, looks completely different.

If you're apartment hunting, please do NOT stay at Kona Apartments if you care about your safety. While my partner and I stayed here, my car was vandalized and set on fire from someone who was able to trespass past the gates. The police and I asked for security camera footage, since I figured paying our rent also meant paying for our safety on the premises, but the landlord told us she had the cameras turned off because it played a "loud" sound. She made improvements towards literally everything else but the security cameras. We moved out as soon as we could. The rent may be cheap, but I put our safety at a much higher regard. Avoid this place like the plague.

Since I lived hear the manager and staff have been on top of the job if any tenants have any problems within there unit or uf questions needs to be answered.
