The Kona Palms Apartments is a uniquely beautiful community of residences, located near schools and shopping areas. It is very close to the 110 and 405 freeways. A passenger bus stop is about one block away. It is a low-density property with a swimming pool and barbeque area, large areas of green grass and colorful flowers. It is enclosed by driveway gates and walls that emit a feeling of peace and quiet. The interiors are modern and include carpet, tiled flooring and paint with highlighted moldings. The rent includes the gas utility, which effectively reduces the space rental by a very substantial amount. There is an on-site manager available to introduce you to the building. Please call first.
