I moved here back in 2017, joining my girlfriend who had moved in about 3 years prior. We loved our time at La Casa De La Reina so much and will always have very fond memories of not only the place but the entire management team as well. I don't think I've ever lived anywhere with such proactive and caring people. The neighborhood is great and highly walkable. Nearby restaurants are wonderful and it's far enough from the 101 that you can't hear it at all. Highly recommend to anyone considering an apartment in the area!

This is one of the best buildings to live in in LA. It's in a perfect location, the amenities are great, and the management is super friendly! Seriously, anything I ever needed fixed would be addressed within the day. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Being just down the street from Aroma, and just up the street from Renos should be all the reason you need!! True Story... But, if I was to write a review… Why would I recommend La Casa De La Reina? Maybe I’d recommend it because of the calm, relaxed yet very safe (even in the garage at night) feeling it gives you. Or maybe because the on site building manager is so laid back and friendly, yet attentive and to top of any concern or question. Or maybe I'd recommend it because of the maintenance staff. Its the same super friendly crew all the time and they’re so awesome at quickly fixing things that you want to give them a thank you hug (insert social distancing no hug rules here)… Actually, even though all of the above is 120% true… Without a doubt the reason I’d recommend La Casa De La Reina is because the owners treat the building and atmosphere like it was their very own castle that they were living in. They are super proactive and everything just seems to get done and be taken care of. For instance, we had a washer. It did it’s job. It was not broken. Worked perfectly fine. Washing Cloths... But the following week, BAM (insert apartment friendly explosion sounds here). They decided to swap it out for a new one that really really loves your cloths even more, and makes them so fresh and so clean that you want to put everything on all at once (insert awkward silence here)… And thus… If I WERE to write a review on why I recommend La Casa De La Reina… that would be it…

I lived here for over a decade before moving out of the area. Very nice husband and wife owners. What I really liked was that it is just a short walk to Aroma Cafe and Vitello's restaurant./shops area. And Ralph's isn't far either. It looks like they recently remodeled the units too. Speaking of remodel, it's also a couple blocks from the newly remodeled Brady Bunch house.
