Turning into a Trashy Complex
River Drive has literally made this apartment complex into a DUMP. GSF Properties at least made sure we had security to keep non-residents/non-guests off the complex, that we had a ground keeper to make sure trash was picked up, and had gardeners that actually did their job! The website is nothing but lies, there is no 24 patrol, no assigned parking, no on call maintenance, no beautiful landscaping. Oh and guest parking? Good luck! No parking zones in the alleys and the parking lots are normally filled with resident's cars! Oh but don't worry if you want to park in the alleys and risk it, why not? Manager doesn't enforce the no parking rules they set up for the alleys! I can't move because I do not have the funds to at the moment, so please for my sake, find a better place.

Poor pick of management company again
I lived in this complex for the last 2 1/2 years and it's been the same type of service golden state gave nothing new, nothing gets done and if it does it's months later unless you are one of the lucky ones the property management team caters to like Mr. James That posted below about what a great job River Drive is doing. There is trash all around the Complex for days at a time which the manager is supposed to take care of since maintenance is only on site certain days of the month but we only see her out on the property to walk her dog, serve notices and to greet the shady company shes had over at all hours of the day lately that she allows to park in the fires lanes outside of her unit. The complex web site also claims to have Security on site but there has not been anyone around since River Drive properties took over. Also if you plan on stopping by during the posted business Times, do yourself a favor and call first it seems the manager works her own schedule(where do they find these people) and leaves the office frequently for lengthy periods of time and be sure to use allergy medication if you are allergic to fur since she also seems to think her dog belongs in a businesses office the last 2 times I've gone in. All in all Plenty of nicer places in town do yourself a favor and find something updated for the same price or cheaper I know I am
