Santa Fe is a blend of the cultures that established the area. In this city, the Old West meets Native American, Spanish, and Mexican cultures. The locals are passionate about art, history, and active lifestyles, with all three easily accessible from anywhere in town. The center of it all is the Santa Fe Plaza, where you can shop, visit art galleries, grab a quick bite to eat, or just sit in the sun.
This historic city is packed full of traditions and excitement. The Burning of Zozobra, also known as Old Man Gloom, is one of the city’s favorite traditions that takes place in September each year. More than 50,000 people turn out each year to cheer on the burning and take part in the festivities. Year-round fun is provided by the countless museums, breweries, delicious restaurants, and shopping destinations scattered throughout town.

Property Ratings at Casa Loma Apartments
Massive red flag. I put in an application for a unit here almost two weeks ago and didn't hear anything from Casa Loma until today when a staff member called me and attempted to harass me into agreeing to take their unit with no prior communication from them. He insisted that I had received an automated approval email (I just checked to confirm, but I've received nothing) and refused to send me that email, and told me to just look at the website. When I explained that I would need time to speak with my roommate about deciding to move there, the man on the phone attempted to bully me into making a split-second decision on the phone. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff. Find somewhere else to live.
I’m a single father raising a child fulltime. I moved into this place because the rent was within my budget. These greedy people continue to offer less and ask for more. Our pool was closed in the Fourth of July and rent increased by $200. Also, rent had been increasing for 3 years now.
I’ve lived at La Casa Loma for five years and the apartments here are extraordinary. Brad the office manager is one of the most professional individuals I’ve ever rented from. Chris and Joe the maintenance team are out of this world professional The views from La Casa Loma are spectacular the landscaping is wonderful the heated swimming pool is a dream. The buildings are a bit dated if you’re OK with that. However everything is well-maintained and if you have any challenges with your apartment Chris and Joe are right there to help you. I hope this honest review is informative. Eric S
