Requirements: Application Requirements: - Each person over 18 years of age that will be living in the unit must fill out a separate application. - Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant. Required Documents for all adult occupants -Government Issued, Photo ID -Three months of bank statements (most recent, previous three months) -Three months of pay stubs (most recent, previous three months) Income -Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount. -Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income. -If applicants do not meet income requirements, we will require a double deposit and co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements.
