Property Ratings at La Fonda Apartments
I've lived here since 2013 and have loved every minute of it. Tom, the prior landlord, was very personable and considerate. Unfortunately, he retired in 2015, but the new landlord team (Suzanne and Doug) really did not disappoint! They've done an excellent job in making the place even better, and really work with you on things and are very understanding. The community is very friendly and quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and there's lots to offer. You're within walking distance to Broadway St., Cherry Creek, Capital Hill, AND Washington Park. If you're an active person like me, being close to Washington Park will come in very, very handy. You can pay for your very own parking spot, but it's not very much at all compared to other places. They have an awesome rooftop patio that's been completely remodeled and is super nice to hang out at and overlook the city. It even has a west view where you can watch the sunset over the mountains. I have loved every minute of living here, and I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances unrelated to being unhappy with La Fonda, I am having to leave. Regardless, I will still miss it dearly here. Please don't hesitate to make La Fonda your new home!
