La Habra Hills Apartments

After living there for two years, I just got my deposit back. I have lost more money in the fridge from the roach infestation and moving into my new place plus they took out of my deposit. I left the department in excellent condition, wash the carpets and still got charged for them. Charged me $500 for the paint, the paint was so cheap and peeling. You could see the multiple layers. You’re better off somewhere else than having your stuff invaded by cockroaches. Multiple units have more than one family in there which make parking unavailable. Rather than arguing for my money back, I’d rather just stay away from that motel/roach infested place.

Speaking specifically about Orlando, the manager and his maintenance crew: they have been wonderful! I couldn’t be more thankful to this team. Incredibly professional, friendly, kind, helpful staff made this move in seamless.

The maintenance staff great, the manager awesome guy seems to be alone there most of the time in his office property looks clean, has its areas that need work but his guys very accommodating and work all the time as my partner and I see them. My apartment looked great when I moved in Thank you guys

These apartments are very close to almost everything. Staff Super professional and Friendly. No more carpet in living rooms :) new windows. The new Manager Orlando is doing a great job. And Betsy at the office is super friendly.

Lived here for 5 years and loved it im going to miss it do to my job had to move clean quiet community my kids are going to miss the playground and the community events they even received packages for us staff is so professional always in a good mood

Had an awesome experience living here, sad I have to move. It’s clean quiet, no bugs, no hassle. Staff is helpful & down to earth. 2 bedroom apts are more than enough space

My Wife and I visited the property La Habra Hills and Pamela gave is a tour she showed us all the amenities and the apartment that she showed us was beautiful she did a great job showing us around

My family and I have lived here for one year and it has been awesome any concerns are addressed properly if there are any repairs needed Andres and Ismael are there promptly The property manager is accommodating, professional, and respectful and that's what I love the most.

I have lived at La Habra Hills for 2 years I love my apartment whenever I have a maintenance request the maintenance response quickly. Pamela the property manager and Stephanie in the office are so very helpful thank you to all the stuff.

I've lived here at LHH Apartments for about 1.5 years. They are decent apartments for a decent price, especially in expensive SoCal (I'm originally from the Midwest)!. Sure they are a bit dated (about 60 years old), and don't have central heat or a/c (most places down here don't). And the walls are thin with little insulation. And the windows are energy inefficient. But luckily the weather is great and you don't have to really worry about that except when it gets extremely hot (it never gets extremely cold). And they are making improvements all over. There are 3 swimming pools (okay really 2.5 since one is a kiddie pool) which is cool, and a hot tub. Two on-site laundry facilities that are open 24 hours. Yes sometimes they are all full, even at weird hours, but you learn the best times to go. And not all of the machines work that well, so you figure that out too. And the landscaping is beautiful and well-established. The neighbors overall are pretty cool and mostly quiet. Anywhere you go there are going to be some that are just inconsiderate with blasting music, playing the tv too loud, having arguments, etc, but they are few and far between here. Yes there are kids and they play outdoors, sometimes a little too loudly, but that's what kids do! And there are quiet hours and curfews for the playground which helps. The Staff here are wonderful and very helpful! I've never had a problem getting anything fixed, and luckily haven't needed too much maintenance, but the maintenance and grounds crew is super! And the office staff are great too- they have all been very helpful and always answer ny questions I may have. They even hold packages there which is great because sometimes I work weird hours. And whenever I'm on vacation Pam, the office manager, will always keep and eye out on my apartment and garage. I'm so glad I moved here and I plan on being here for a while until I save up enough money to buy a house (which will be a looong time LOL)!

I have lived here for over three years. The staffis so helpful. From. Pamela the manager to the other office staff and the grounds keepers. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. From the day you move in and well afterwards....megan scott

Im very glad to live here its very secure & protected. Pam is a great Mgr, Steph & Heidi are alwyz happy to help and with smiles. Very quick to response and has made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Pam for all you do From the Camarillo Fam

Moved in last month and have been very happy with our new home! Maintenance staff responds quickly to issues. office staff have been delightful to work with. Especially Pam, who brightens your day and can always find a way to make things work for you.

Pam does not fix any problems with your apartment. Now infested with rodents, stay away from this place

I love the neighbors, when we first move in the neighbors welcome us with cupcakes and etc. Love the neighborhood and schools,everything is close by. Many stores and restaurant.
