Property Ratings at The Life at Creekside Reserve
I like living here it’s quiet friendly close to my job
Creekside is the best place to stay, their maintenance is best,, call , online they will come on time to fix any problem.
I enjoy my home, it was a very easy process of getting approved & the rental rate you can not beat. Overall I would recommend anyone to live here.
They tried to move me in a unit it looked like someone moved out of the day before they showed me it .
The photos presented here are not representative of the current state of the apartment complex. The park is run down and dirty. The apartments are run down and broken down. Maintenance does not fix anything in a timely manner, nor do they have emergency maintenance or anyone to fix anything on weekends. They do not have a proper schedule for insect infestation prevention which has resulted in cockroaches and ants in my unit, regardless of how clean I keep my unit. The heating/air conditioning units are at least as old as the building is and I have had multiple instances where something has popped and the smell of electrical smoke could be detected. Maintenance either doesn't speak English or pretends to not speak English depending on what is convenient for them at the time. Management claims that this is a quiet community but this is a complete lie. People are in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night playing loud music. The "security cameras" are just for show. No one checks them. The front gate works about 70% of the time. Don't rent here unless you are desperate, and even then, get out as soon as you possibly can.
Through there are some language barriers , I have no complaints with my actual apartment . The balcony is safe , the unit was spotless can moving in , I have yet to see any critters , and the one time I called for Maintenance they arrived within the hour of me calling and fixed the issue . The set up is spacious and I love how my apartment is warm on its own without the heat on (due to how the units are set up . I’m also on the top floor and heat rises )
Lajoya Management listens to complaints and advice. i have lived there for over three years and its been a good experience so far. No apartment is 100% perfect though but in my honest opinion i can give Lajoya 85% because they listen. There have been lots of improvement in recent time which includes introduction of new payment like water and sewage, Code enabled entrances though not in all buildings of which they promised since last year 2017, monitoring Cameras in newly renovated buildings and in parking lots, New Hallway carpets. i hope these improvements go round evenly so we can all have the same look and feel. One thing that excites me really well about this apartment is their listening hear
I moved out in December, 2016 to another state and contacted them for deposit return several times. However, until today (Mar 08, 2018), I still cannot get my deposit back. When I called them, they said they sent me a check. When I asked for an evidence (like bank withdraw or something else), they were silent. Since I moved out, they didn't do anything! I cannot imagine this is a company surviving in America!
Worst maintenance ever! No emergency number available!
Have been living here for a couple years management at office is nice but there is one man in charge that is horrible. His name Is Jonathan and is very disrespectful threatens to evict, sue, call cops and many other things simply for having kids run outside.! My 6 year old was playing in the hall while I did laundry and Jonathan said he was disrupting neighbors and it was a violation of my contract. How am I not allowed to have my child nearby while I wash? I’ve seen him throw toys away that were left by a porch and he’s just a mean unreasonable man. He’s made many people’s lives hard with his unrealistic and crazy expectations. Will be moving as soon as my lease is over. Horrible experience.
I came from out of town, 2.5 hours away three weeks prior to my move in date. I checked out an apartment and discussed the moving date. I told her I wanted the apartment and she said she'd run my application. This office was so unprofessional I was calling all week asking if it was approved and sometimes the leasing agent, Carla wasn't there and never called back. Finally she informed me they're still running it. Finally she called me a week later saying it was approved and told me the deposit and rent. I agreed and requested to review the apartment opposed to the model. She told me it would be ready in a week. Fast forward to the week of my move in. I called her on Wednesday, 8/23, to let her know I was on my way, 2.5 hours away, to view the apartment and give her my deposit. She says, "ok u have to come today there are other people." I assured her I was leaving my area. An hour and a half into the drive, she calls and says she gave it away. So unprofessional. I'm coming from out of town, 2.5 hours away, and my new job starts Monday 8/28....she was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. She was inconsiderate and rude. Obviously this company is money hungry that they couldn't wait an hour. Such an inconvenience.
We have lived here the past 18 mo the office staff are so nice and always helpful. Our 6 year old son has so many friends. If you want a kid friendly environment this place is it. We couldn't be anywhere else. It's nice to feel so safe to be able to walk around the unit.??
I do not have much living there, but what if I can say that the process of my application was quite quick to move in these apartments, I think I can say that I recommend them extensively, their apartment are the most extensive in the market I could not find anything better.
I recently moved-in to a 1 bedroom in the new building, and besides a problem with connecting my comcast services everything has been perfect
I went in for a 2br but they showed me the all new building and decided to do my office in the living room w is huge anyway. Place is brand new and feels like a very high end building but half the price . Go la Joya Thanks you guys made my day. All the Best DTL
I moved in into one of the new apartments at this property, everything is new, from the bottom to the top is a 1bedroom unit that I have is extremely large and vey affordable for what I'm getting, since is a new section of the property I also get an assigned parking spot and one of the best thing is that my building is always locked!! only the people that live in this building have access to it and no body else can get in like in the other building around me. they have a huge green are behind my apartment looks like a soccer field but I'm not to much of a runner so I wouldn't know.
