The new management team is trash and the apartments aren't worth the price. You'll have to hound them to get something as simple as a lease renewal form sent to you.

I lived on the third floor and my AC went out a few times but they fixed it quickly. AC unit in the attic is bad design. Also, the air quality is very poor. the units are very old and do not get professional HVAC cleanings. location is convenient, some homeless people wander through the surrounding neighborhoods. leasing office staff and maintenance are great. community is good.

Love the dog park, walking here every night thru a beautiful setting that is always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a bbq park like area and it’s turned into my favorite place to relax and I have made several very good friends there too. I’ve been living here 4 years and I’m staying here until I can buy my own home. Thank u Laserena staff for always being friendly and helpful to me.

The property is beautiful. The office staff is super friendly and remembers names. The maintenance staff works fairly quick. Although they will try to get out of doing work if a dog is in the house. BUT THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE!! If you have more than one car or even expect to have 1 visitor over DO NOT MOVE HERE! You are expected to park on the back road because of lack of parking. Neighbors are having to rush home to fight over parks just to get to their house. If you only have 1 car and don’t have friends or family this place is great for you. If i has to rate everything outside of parking it would be a 4. But parking so so horrible it deserves a 1. I have had to come home with a car full of groceries and park on the other side of the gate. They will lie like they have added more spaces and all of the reviews are lying but IT IS NOT TRUE! Save yourself a headache and don’t move here. This has been a long year spent here!

We have lived here almost five years now and we love it. The complex is very clean and this is my favorite staff so far! They are so helpful and they really care. We live in the biggest size apartment here and it's perfect because our daughter has enough space and so do we. They have events which we enjoy and anyone that visits me can't believe how beautiful it is here!

Dont not move here! Downstairs neighbor harassed me and family constantly. Office staff was NO help. We ended up having break our lease due to downstairs neighbor. Walls are so paper thin you can hear your neighbors having a simple conversation.

I lived her for 3 1/2 years and hated to leave but we needed a house. My one bedroom apartment was so big and I especially loved how big the kitchen was! I never had any issues with the office, maintenance or neighbors. It's very quiet and you can tell the staff cares as the complex is well maintained. They have 2 great pools and it's a gated community. I really like the location too especially since they added the new Fry's Market Place. I was sad to leave after that but luckily there's one by my new place. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a lot of space for a great price and beautiful complex!

I've lived here for almost 2 years now and i originally was in the parma floor plan and i loved the closet. so spacious and luxurious! The floor plans are so spacious and the price per square foot is amazing! When looking at the other prices around town, I'm never wanting to leave La Serena! I now am living in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and it is so incredibly spacious still! Its amazing! The property is so well kept and clean and tidy. So luscious and green.

I really like it here at LaSerena and I've been here for 3 1/2 years now. I hated doing my laundry before moving here. but at this complex, I have a large laundry room in my one bedroom apartment and i can store things and do my laundry too. My work orders are done quickly and the office staff are always helpful to me. They even gave out heart cookies at the gate on Valentine's Day. The complex is always very clean and beautiful and i like coming home to it every day.

I've been living here 6 years and still love my apartment and the neighborhood. You can walk at night, your neighbors say hello, and the management is wonderful. And I am a true tennant.

Very nice amenities and good staffing I have been here for about 6 months I only had an A/C leakage issue but other than that I haven't had any other issues here

Horrible experience living here, every 6 or 12 months when you sign a new lease they raise the price. I called to talk with the manager at least once a day for a week before the manager finally had time to call me back. Front gate is always broken, pool is very dirty and only cleaned once every 2 months. The pictures are nice but please do not make the same mistake as I did, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE. Parking is a nightmare, people always parking in your assigned spot and office does nothing to help

This apartment complex is conveniently located close to the 101 and the 51. The property is well maintained and the office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is done in a timely manner.

My move in was smooth and successful. The community if filled with friendly residents that enjoy being in these apartments. The location is great near major highways with access to many shopping areas. I approve.

As I approach my apartment complex I immediately have a feeling of serenity. While driving past the palm trees, the well manicured landscaping, the cleanliness of the property, and the two sparkling pools, it gives me a refreshing feeling that I'm glad to be home. Also, the management team is always friendly and helpful. This is a great apartment complex and I have lived here over seven years.

Lived here for a few years. I guess I was just too patient or too lazy to move. Always had problems with noise! Parking was a nightmare! Had a garage but people kept parking in front of it. Never much help from office staff to resolve issues. This place looks better since recent renovations 2013..but make sure you don't mind noise or no one answering phones when you call with any type of concern. This is not the place for a person that wants a peaceful apartment home.

I could not be happier! They really treat me like they would do anything to make me happy. I love the maintenance staff! Very professional, clean cut and nice. Our home is a beautiful place to bring friends and family. The fitness center is also a HUGE perk! They have a little bit of everything- Bf is into the free weights and bar weights, while I like to use...everything else! The office is all smiles and so helpful! I could go on and on. Sometimes you move into a place and immediately after you become a pest because they already have you trapped in a contract. This is my 3rd year here and unless I buy a house I'm not going anywhere!

Best place to call HOME. We have recently moved in and from the time we first visited the apt office to check the apts to the time we moved in was a wonderful experience Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was a tenant earlier in 2009 too and even then I had only good things to say about La Serena. Every cent of my security deposit was refunded on time and the move out was very smooth and stress-free. 1000% recommended. :)

The complex is visually nice, and gives multiple floorplan options. the maintenance is incredibly delayed unless an emergency i had a water heater leaking and didnt get fixed for 2 days. the appliances are sub par. office staff is very nice and helpful. Open parking is also terrible there are almost never parking spots available for guests. overall i give it a 3 for the reasons listed above.
