Staff is so kind and friendly! Always willing to help and always there to answer all our questions!! It’s also so dog friendly here !! Our little family loves it and are excited to create a home at La Terraza.

Everything is excellent , except parking Such as , rent , location and staffs

I recently moved into La Terraza, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The location is absolutely perfect for commuter with also shopping centers, and a variety of dining options. What truly sets this complex apart, however, is the exceptional staff. From the moment I first toured the property, the management team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in process was smooth and stress-free. The maintenance staff is equally impressive, always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that arise. Their dedication to resident satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Overall, La Terraza offers a great living experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Overall, a very nice place to live great staff, good amenities in the landscaping is well kept. Work orders are generally handled very quickly and various successfully with no issues or problems.

Excellent apartment complex. Quite, beautiful pathways and gardens, which are well kept. Quiet. Perfectly located. I moved into new kitchen appliances, stacked washer/dryer, a gas fireplace and beautiful balcony with entrances from the living room and bedroom.

Overall, my experience at La Terazza has been a decent one. The location is great—close to the 280, which makes getting around really convenient. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, with modern finishes that give a comfortable, homey feel. I especially appreciate the ample natural light and storage space.

The staff were super nice, welcoming, and helpful.their kindness brought me to tears. Trying to find the perfect apartment is super stressful and they put my worries to rest.

The location is the biggest advantage of living at La Terraza. The apartments are convenient to everything. The grounds within the community are well maintain, maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the staff is friendly.

I love living at LA Terraza. The reps who run the leasing office are always very nice and eager to help...and the maintenance is wonderful. I also like the landscape of the property.

The new gym equipment is amazing! Staff are friendly and maintenance is fast! Living here is quiet and all the trees make it not feel like other apartments that are just cement boxes.

The community is very nice and lovely.People are great.There are ample amount of trees which helps in the summertime and I would definitely recommend the community to all my friends

La Terraza is a great place to live. Beautiful, quiet, well kept courtyards with plants, flowers and trees. And it's in a great area as well. Close to many stores, shopping, groceries, etc.

The overall community is safe and quiet place to live at. Everyone in the rental office team are very professional and pleasant. Concerns and issues are promptly answered. Also, close proximity to the freeways and groceries.

La Terraza is peaceful, amazing staff, maintenance is THE best! So much better than other communities that are all cement with no green space.

La Terraza is a good community to live in. The staff are really nice and helpful. The location is great and close to a lot of food choices and even the mall. It would be nice to have an upgrade on the community amenities but over all they are good.

The maintenance team here is responsive and get the job done right.

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and professional and have always worked with me on any issues I have had . I think I have lived here for over 12 years and have never had a bad experience with any La Terraza staff member. Mike D

The overall QUALITY of the apartment: - Runs, drips, and debris on the painted services especially the doors & trim. - Overspray (paint) on the laminate floor throughout the apartment. - All the hardware for doors and cabinets were painted over. - The are several repairs to the sheet rock & doors that looks like an 8 year did the patch work. - Fit & Finish of the kitchen: Dish washer & Kitchen faucet (maintenance was out to look at faucet before I moved in, but said he can't do anything about it.) - The light switches for the Kitchen, Closet, and Vanity are not in convenient locations. You would normally see a light switch at the entry of a room and not have to walk into that room (without light) to try and find the switch. On top of that, the light switch in the kitchen is by the sink which also has the switch for the garbage disposal. I nearly have a heart attack once a week when i hit the wrong switch. - The switched outlets (living room & bedroom) are linked to the closest outlet to the switch (1-2 feet from switch). You can just turn on the lamp manually have the rest of the out to use for other things. Why are both plugs on the outlet connected to the switch? should have 1 connected to switch (for light) and one plug always live (to run your tv or what not). - The WORSE part about this place are all the bugs (roaches, etc). All those other items didn't bother me much until the roaches and other bugs (but especially the roaches).

La Terraza has been my home for the past year, and I cannot express enough how exceptional my living experience has been. The apartments themselves are exquisite, boasting a contemporary design with spacious layouts. It's evident that care has been taken to maintain the apartments, as they still feel new even after extended occupancy. The community offers an impressive range of amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The fitness center and the serene pool area provide a tranquil retreat to unwind and recharge. The beautifully landscaped walking trails offer a refreshing escape from city life. The customer service at La Terraza is unmatched. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to address any concerns promptly and efficiently. Maintenance requests are handled with utmost professionalism, ensuring a hassle-free living experience.

I have lived here for over 4 years and been happy enough but things are much improved under new manager. And maintenance has always rocked it! Comfortable, attractive, peaceful, fun!

Great place to live, much more friendly with the the new manager.

We just completing 2 weeks at La Terraza. We are still new to community. Service team and leasing office people are very supportive and helpful. Very quiet place and good sun light.

La Terraza would be an okay place to live if in the "Flats" the insulation between floors was more structurally sound proof. I can hear the tenants above walking around so clearly, and I've never experienced that in other properties I have lived in.

An overall quiet place to live as it relates to the grounds of the complex which is good.

I highly recommend La Terraza. As expensive as rent is in the Bay Area, they will work with you to provide the best rental rate and quality of apartment you could possibly get anywhere in the Silicon Valley.

Living at La Terraza is a great experience. For the price and what you get, it is very hard to beat. Management is great, maintenance is often available, and the employees here are easy going. Lucky to have this place

Moving here was the best choice for my family. The amenities are amazing for an apartment, the quietness of the complex and the friendships made here really resin with our family. Its only been a couple weeks but we feel like this is really a place we can call home.

Move because of work, and found an excellent and affordable option, plenty of space for a two-bedroom apartment, and services included with the rent. Most of the process can be done online and Anthony and Heidy were great helping to decide!

Very nice apartments super close to the freeway. The numbers on the buildings are kind of difficult to find, which makes it difficult for delivery people, but sometimes residents are nice enough to bring you your package. Overall a decent experience.

Anthony and all from front office are great, responsive, kind and professional. The problem in La Terraza are: Incredibly old home appliances - Security company: not present - doesnt work - useless) - Tow company - useless, unprepared, poor, non sense, unable of deal with simple tasks.

La Terraza is a great place to live. The rent is reasonable and includes gas, water, and trash. The apartments are very large and have laundry in unit with central heat and air. The management and maintenance staff are quick, efficient, effective, and very nice. The grounds are well kept and it is a very pet friendly community. They also have a really nice BBQ area near one of the pool and whirlpool areas. The amenities like the pools, exercise room, package pick up room (although often things are dropped at your door or mailbox) 2 pools and whirlpools, and BBQ area are very nice. I highly recommend living here!

La Terraza is a great little community that has affordable units as of the date of this review. The grounds are nice and the area is pretty quiet considering how close it is to Saratoga and the 280 freeway. Great big balcony.

This current team from Greystar is the best so far since my first manager when I moved in 30 years ago.

We have been here for 4 months now and I am very much thankful that my family is given a chance to live here. The surroundings are always clean, peaceful and seems every resident strives to adhere to policies. Maintenance guys are the best too..,there has always been prompt action to every request. I also love having our own washer and dryer inside the unit. Its a relief knowing you can fo laundry anytime at your own pace. Centralized heating and cooling is a big plus too... we toured other communities before coming here but all of them do not provide centralized cooling. Indeed, I thank the Lord for guiding towards this community!

This is a great place to live. The apartments are very large with good storage and wonderful amenities such as central heat and air, washer/dryer in unit, they pay for gas, garbage, water and they are dog friendly. The maintenence crew is amazing. They fix problems quickly and efficiently and the grounds are kept nicely and are beautiful. It is non-smoking and surrounded by a nice neighborhood yet very accessible to Santana Row and Westfield shopping malls, all the shops and restaurants along Stevens Creek, and 280, 880 and 17. They have cute townhouses as well as regular apartments. Off-street parking is provided but tends to be a little bit away from the apartment itself unless you have a townhouse. Parking a second car or guest is tight but do-able. Overall, it was the most reasonably priced apartment for the area and amenities and living here has been a pleasure!

LA Terrazza is a quiet, affordable apartment complex with surprisingly modern interior spaces. Any young professional would be lucky to snag a place here.

Laterraza is such an amazing place. The residents are very friendly and the staff too. They easily attend to any concerns. I highly recommend.

Great place to live. The management team is great, as well as service team. They do a great job keeping the grounds clean. The townhouses are wonderful and complex is safe to walk around.
