If you are looking for honesty in an apartment, you will find it here. The maintenance department are professional and treat you with respect. Great! We love it here, the community staff does a very good job at keeping everything nice and clean. We haven’t had any troubles with any neighbors. The location of the apartments is ideal for going out walking to grab a bit or explore… It’s great!

It’s definitely an older property with some easy improvements available - but what it lacks in age it makes up for in awesome staff, a beautiful property, and great amenities. I just moved in this weekend and I’m thrilled.

My neighborhood what can I say, I love the environment. How quiet it is. Family friendly for sure and pet friendly with my neighbors. Amazing place to live right before you buy a home.
Location is excellent & management is very good about keeping the property well taken care of. Quiet and clean community with nice neighbors.
I’ve lived at La Ventura for about 6 months now. The staff, Emily and Ashley are 2 of the sweetest people and will help with anything you may need. Actually the whole staff is very helpful and nice. Maintenance requests are handled fast as well. I highly recommend checking out La Ventura.
