If you are going to sign on contract with Lacabreah, please read the below things 1.Extremely disrespectful staff Before your sign, they will be very kind and nice. After your sign, they may not care about your issues. and you should know that you have to pay 3 months rental fee, if you break your lease contract. 2. Too expensive rental fee If you knew that the price on internet is your renal fee, this is your mistake. Lacabreah will add ancillary services fee around $170 every month.

Absolutely the worst front office staff ever. When Jenna left the revolving door of front staff had been disrespectful about the simplest issues. Maintenance is lazy and will close out maintenance tickets without even stepoing foot in the building. More then anything the staff is an issue. The complex does nothing for its residents but create frustration. Residents do not stay here long people constantly moving out. Poorly built you can hear everything not worth the price. They need to care about their residents make it a community.

I applied for an apartment on 6/13/19, and was informed on 6/15/19 that my application had been denied. I was also informed that I would receive my $200 back within 5-7 business days. I have yet to receive my refund. Be aware that the staff may be inconsistent with their promises to the residents. Good luck. -Chloe Ferrell
Thin walls & floors - there is a dog above me that is constantly howling and 3 small children next to me that scream all the time. Cheaply built. Management finds a way to tack on every extra charge possible. Can't wait to move out.
Don’t waste your time reviewing any of LaCabreah Apartments. The management is a joke. They are Charging a 100.00 a month Storm Drainage Fee on top of your water bill and your rent. And when you do decide to move don’t look to get your deposit back they find some added charges so you don’t get your money back.
This place is terrible. There's mold coming through the wall and the staff won't do anything about it. No privacy, the maintenance man drives by looking in our place. Packages have been stolen. Pool isn't clean. We had a leak and they didn't fix it till our carpet was flooded. The new company that came in just ruined everything, they'll try and suck out all your money. Staff is horrible. They were supposed to come around and spray bug killer on their own, now you gotta tell them when and wait who knows how many days. We were facing the woods and everyone just kept throwing trash out there, maintenance would drive by *when he was looking in at us* and not do anything about it. Supposed to be someone to come out and clean the halls twice every week, we're lucky if they're ONCE a week. Sometimes we won't even see them for a month and it's gotten so bad where we had to clean it ourselves. Walls are so thin, can hear our neighbor when they're using the bathroom. The only reason we stayed so long was because they were gonna charge us nearly 3k just to break our lease. Just glad we got out of there before we got sick. If you have asthma don't move here, or anyone for that matter. Would give this place zero stars if I could.
We have had many issues with the complex. Newest one being they are trying to charge everyone a monthly "storm Drainage Fee" which was not agreed upon in our lease agreement. They are making the new fee mid lease contract. My attorney has said that it is in fact a breach of contract and all the company had to say when I confronted them is you will have to take us to court. If you value your money, stay far away from this place.
Beware!!! MOLD IN NEW BUILDING!! Foundation leaks/ rain water entering unit. There is mold, wet carpets, bathroom water smells like sewage and or is yellow most of the time. New owners A.R. Building Company out of Pennsylvania. Has very bad reputation per reviews on websites. Property Owners not taking appropriate responsibility and even call my renter's insurance and ask them to pay for my living expenses while they fix their building. Of course Allstate said no it is not their responsibility and there is no renter's insurance coverage due to Property Owners responsibility from Foundation leaks.
I can hear my neighbor flush the toilet, close a door. Don't get the 1st floor!!!
The walls and floors are super thin. i recommend the third floor.
