Lacey Park Apartments

Been living here almost a year. Apartment needed a few things in the time I’ve been here and the staff is great, office and maintenance staff. Jon, the maintenance technician is awesome. He’s always quick, creative and excellent at handling tenants with mental health challenges. The complex is older but the staff goes above and beyond to keep everything working!

The maintenance crew here is first rate I never need to wait more than 24 hours for a request and they are very helpful as well as curtious! We have special events and a true sense of community!!!

I have lived here for a couple of months now, and I have to say the staff (maintenance and office staff) whom I've interacted with have been friendly and professional. It's a great place, quiet and the staff are quick to respond to any issues/questions you may have. If you are accountable and responsible, living here is easy and great!

Lives here almost five years, but in the last 12 months rent increased 2x totaling 500. These apartments are in a great location, and that is the only appealing thing about them. Poorly maintained, aged and outdated floor plans, NO space at all. Just old old units, nothing special or even good, BUT they were affordable until this year. New manager will likely be the newest EX-manager, judging by how many residents moved after the last rent increase.

My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment for a while and came across this one and took a tour and were very pleased with the apartment complex and the community and the prices! We lived here for a while and the whole time it was amazing! Suzy helped us with everything and it all went smoothly the whole time. I would definitely refer anyone I knew to this apartment cause it’s a great place to live with great neighbors and an amazing staff! I never had any problems or concerns. Would definitely live here again!

We recently moved into Lacey Park Apartments. Our deciding factors were the great upkeep of the community, the distance to shopping and amenities, and most importantly the property management team: Laura and Suzy. We had reached out to several higher priced locations and received “auto” responses several days later. The management at Lacey Park was prompt (replies within minutes via email) and feels as though you are working with family/friends. Being in hospitality and consulting myself, the team here treats you as an individual and shows genuine care with what they do. Do not let the age of the buildings fool you. The buildings, units, and property are well cared for, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Coming from our previous Downtown Bellingham building (that I ran a hotel out of as well as briefly managed our apartment side), we are in awe of how polite, friendly, and helpful the people in the complex are. Laura and Suzy truly set the example for how property management should work. Treat your tenants as they were guests staying in a five star hotel.

apartments are low quality. There is no floorboard trim. I have lived there 2 years and have yet to be able to use the pool the hot tub or the gym is there only open from 8 to 5 PM and if you're like me and work during the day it just doesn't work is irk my dishwasher is leaked since I moved in and it doesn't have the wheels on the bottom rack. The only plus side The maintenance is on top of things and it's a quiet complex I've never had any problems with my neighbors

I moved into my apartment here in January of 2020 and I have had a decent experience, there was a bit of tension with one of the managers but that was really just a miscommunication. This apartment was my first time living on my own without my parents or a bunch of roommates and it really has been decent. the apartment itself is nice and i haven't had too many problems, the neighbors tend to keep to themselves, and the interior hallways are a plus. I will be moving when I find a new apartment but it won't be because of anything wrong with the complex, it's purely because I have to leave Lacey. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for somewhere calm, clean, and stable. I am very happy with my experience here this past year

Great place to live and close to Starbucks and Safeway and lots of great restaurants!!

We have a set move in date next month, the move in process was eased with the help of staff and little hiccups were worked through with amazing speed and professionalism, can’t wait to be settled in!

She's rude and does not work well with you too solve a simple issue so small. She does not care for anyone besides her apartments .. she yells and doesn't let you explain. I dislike management , and I cannot wait too leave. They don't do anything about the dog crap outside you're home.

Every apartment complex has its pros and cons. When searching for a new apartment, you must decide what is MOST important to you. For me, the MOST important things were safety, affordability, washer and dryer in the unit, location, maintenance, and excellent office staff. In my opinion, the pros far outweigh the cons at the Lacey Park Apartments. All, but one maintenance request was resolve quickly. The office staff and maintenance workers are friendly and extremely helpful; going above and beyond their duties to make me feel at home here. They communicate well with tenants and inform them of any changes. They even distribute a professional apartment newsletter each month. Maintenance-wise, they recently pressure washed all apartment buildings, added new mulch to the grounds and hired a Security Company to handle after-hour complaints. Just a few weeks ago they hosted their annual neighborhood BBQ with great food, games and prizes. In terms of cons, the repairs of the amenities such as the hot tub and exercise equipment seem to lag. There’s an added expense for covered parking – seems like each apartment should get one designated parking space. And lastly, the infamous dirty hallways are definitely in need of some TLC, but it wouldn’t surprise me if this is one of the next projects on their list. Overall, Lacey Park Apartments are a pleasant place to live. I recommend it and encourage people to (at the very least) check it out!

I lived here almost two years and I absolutely loved being here! The staff was always professional and polite, the commons areas were always taken care of and the peace of quiet was kept when the issue came up! Close enough to safeway for a walk and right on a bus line! Primo spot!

The staff here are awesome. If we need something repaired they come quickly and fix it. Lacey Park even has a few events throughout the year to bring everyone together and meet,greet and eat. Would recommend these apartments.

The office staff are wonderful. The mainetence staff get to work orders swiftly. The grounds are up kept nicely. Great shopping and other amenities near by.

The office and maintanance staff are amazing. So friendly & always so helpful. Super close to shopping, right off the main road but .25 miles off the road with woods in the front so it feels very secluded. I would live here for the rest of my life it I could :)

I've lived here for 4 months now and NEVER had any problems :O! I can't believe it either. It's almost a dream come true. This place has a gym, pool, recreational activities, and much more for only $800 a month. It also has a great staff and great neighbors! This place cannot be beat with its price and what it offers, Lacey Park Apartments is the way to go!

The apartment and its amenities are very well priced. We were happy with the layout and the apartment itself. Management, however, is horrible. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Whenever you go into the office they have groups of people (friends?) just hanging around chatting and they finish their conversations before helping you. After moving out we had great difficulties with receiving the right amount of money back(still waiting.) The office staff do not communicate with each other and do not have the same set of guidelines. We were told by one staff member that we could move in on a certain date and then another one told us we'd be charged more. These situations happened continuously. If you can deal with the unorganization, everything else is great.

I had to move from my home in Ashford Wa. , due to a sink hole under my garage. I have not lived in an apt. For 50 years. Searched for 3 months using apartments.com. Thankyou for the help, and finding a sage and friendly home.

This is a great place to live! I moved here for school and needed to move immediately and the staff was very helpful. I like that it is off the main road so you don't get a lot of wandering cars and people. People are very respectful and keep the noise levels down. The appliances and overall condition of the property is that it is older but very well kept. I especially liked that you need a key to get into the complex buildings. It is just an added level of security and peace of mind. It is also a bonus that cable comes included. Won't find a better price for what you get!

We stayed at Lacey Park Apartments from January to April of 2014 before buying a house in Lacey as we moved to Washington this year. Staff was friendly and helpful, and when errors were made they corrected them quickly most of the time. Apartment, facilities and grounds were clean and maintained well. This is an older complex from the 90's, simple and not fancy, but a good value for our money. We got our deposit money back without a problem.

My girlfriend and I moved in about 4 months ago, and so far everything is great. We rarely hear anyone around else, apart from the occasional loud talking on cell phones when people are on their balcony. The apartment itself is very clean, and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this place especially to students. Fantastic location.

I've recently tried getting onto a waitlist in these apartments.. it didn't work out w/ my budget, but I would if I could!(move in to a one bedroom at Lacey Park.). :)

Needed a place for my daughter to spend the summer while an intern. Made all arrangements online and was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which we secured a decent apartment. The office staff was helpful and the apartment was ready ahead of time. It was clean and included all the necessary appliances in good working order.

The apartments are nice but management is rude. Also there are set quiet time hours but are made for no reason because no matter the time of the day you still get in trouble for noise. Problems with apartments are not taken care of right away.
