Utilities: Tenant pays electricity and prorated share of water, sewer and trash. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee. Property Ratings at Laclede Lofts
The building itself is well maintained. Unfortunately management is not professional and it seems like they don't want to do their job. I also recommend writing down every single problem you find on the apartment at the beginning of the lease, as management would make you pay for things that were already in bad condition.
