The borough of Wilson, directly west of the city of Easton, is in the beautiful Lehigh Valley, 55 miles from Philadelphia and 70 miles from New York City. Locals enjoy a much easier 16-mile commute to Allentown and Bethlehem via the Lehigh Valley Thruway. Regular bus service also makes getting around the area convenient. High-rise apartment rentals dot the community.
Wilson community residents form a tight group of neighbors who enjoy their annual flea market and yard sale held in Meuser Park with free set-up space for residents. The park also hosts a popular summer concert series. Residents connect via a community newsletter, meetings at the Mary Meuser Memorial Library, and through working or volunteering at the neighborhood Easton Hospital.
La Perla Tapatia, a family-owned restaurant, and Pints & Pies Neighborhood Pub offer residents great places to gather to share a meal or cheer on local teams.

Property Ratings at Lafayette Towers
The building and atmosphere of this apartment complex is great and unlike any in the area, highly recommend.
My two cents! I have been living here for about 6 months and I could not be more happy! The management is SUPERB! If there are any maintenance issues or any work they want to do to the parking lot, they personally deliver letters under your door with ample notice. They go above an beyond to keep you happy. From lending me chairs for my dinner parties to lending me shopping carts to take heavy stuff up to my apartment to answering all of my annoying emails asking all kinds of favors and questions.. I could not feel happier, feel safer, feel more at home than I do here. They are always busy but they never fail to say good morning or to have a good day. The only issue I have is that the walls seem thin but I think it is because my neighbor doesn't seem to think I would ever be able to hear his surround sound blasting through the walls and his alarm going off for 20 minutes in the morning LOL... but the good definitely trumps any little bad. Like I said in the title, you have to be a miserable and unhappy person to find any reason to complain about the building, the management (especially) as I have lived in some really horrible places and I've never felt as comfortable, safe and at home as I do now since I moved in here. Every year they hold an annual holiday party/end of the year party where they set up the lobby with tables and chairs, have a bunch of food and desserts for tenants and they also have tickets for raffles with really awesome prizes. Last year they had tons of gift cards and a TV amongst other awesome prizes. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and I live here alone. It's HUGE for me but I love it. My big balcony has a nice view of the sunrise/sunset and mountains as well..
Great Place to Live with Great management and Facility Staff. Friendly and always address all concerns promptly.
I moved in September of 2016. I'm so far very comfortable living here,my apartment is very spacious with lots of closet space. The other tenants are all very nice and the staff are the best. Repairs are done in a timely manner.
I enjoy my place, it looks great and there's a lot of space for a 1 bedroom apartment under $1,000. The area is nice and you're very close to Downtown Easton. Pro's: - Quiet neighborhood - Large space - Laundry on every floor - A lot of closet space - There's a very large balcony - Gym on site - The people are very nice Cons: - The closet doors are visually appealing but are very cheap - The bathroom is small (Can't have more than one person in at a time) - The main lobby amenities close at 5pm... I can never enjoy it when I get off work. Unless I wait till the weekend - Your door into your apartment is not sealed. Whatever smell is coming from the hallway will come into your place. - There's no light on the balcony - Horrible parking lot, needs to be done over - The staircase to enter the building is falling apart Recommendation: The place is great if you can get past the other things. I would recommend Lafayette Towers to anyone looking for somewhere to live that is pretty peaceful and safe.
