Very bad experience in that apartment on those apartments they overcharging when you get out for things that they were not even messed up and then you call them and they're very rude on the office before you go inside those apartments please check the reviews so you don't have to go through a headacheok
Do not let the pictures fool you the place looks nothing like the photos they have on. We picked this place because it looks okay from the beginning but once we moved in the nightmare started. Everything is a cheap fix, Once you move in you will see when we first moved in things seemed okay but no. Our smoke alarms all went out the first week we moved in and we were told that was something we had to fix with our own money even though we had been moved in for less than 8 days. As well as the washers makes your clothes smell and the dryers do not dry at all. Also parts from the kitchen that they just super glued started falling off. The kitchen has ZERO SPACE AND MAKES NO SENSE. The pantry is really small and barley fits anything. The carpet in the living room isn't even glued down. They don't change the air filters or clean the ac so there's dust all the time and its so gross. the property is not well kept. BEWARE THERE ARE WASP AND WASP NEST ALL OVER THE PROPERTY. Would recommend for you to look else were.
This place is NOTHING like the pictures on their website. They spent a lot of money on marketing but ZERO money on their property. The apartments look old, patched up work everywhere, good luck getting them to address anything after you sign the lease. They will tell you you’re getting an updated apartment which means a few new appliances but if you put new appliances in an old patched up apartment, they won’t make a difference. Keep looking!
I had a great experience moving into the apartment from the application process, to being notified that my unit was ready before the original move in date given to me. Jessica was amazing with her friendly customer service taking the time to answer all my questions and assisting me with services for my unit. I love the complex in this community, it’s clean, safe and quiet. It’s a very cozy feeling here and I recommend it.

This place is horrible. The gate is broken. The parking lot street is always broken and never well kept. The apartments smell moldy. There is no security like it is stated. Very limited parking spots!

The apartment complex is located in a sophisticated part of the city of Laredo, TX... The office staff (Jackie, Clarissa and Mayra) and maintenance staff are very professional and are always friendly... They do a stupendous Job in catering to their tenants... I Have never had any complaints about the staff or apartment complex ever since I moved here from out of town. I had 1 maintenance issue with my washer, and notified the office staff the next day, and it was resolved expeditiously... Meaning within hours at my convenience and availability it was fixed.. The neighborhood is peaceful and the people in the community are nice.. Also some law enforcement officers reside in the community, so it’s SAFE... Everything is close by, meaning stores e.g HEB, Walmart etc GREAT LOCATION

I love to live at Lago Del Mar, Installations are nice, quite and peacefull, maintenance is quick and they work good, but what I love the most is the costumer service, they make me feel special and unique.. That's what I love to live in Lago Del Mar
I have lived at Lago Del Mar for 4 months, I am not from here and since I visited the property they have helped me with everything, they have made my living process easier, Apartments are nice, its old but it worth to live in a place where you can count when you need something, specially if you are not from here. My family and I moved in a 8 months ago and have love it ever since, I especially like the controlled access as I'm gone a lot, my family was welcomed and enjoys all the enmities. The pool is one of the nicest also ??
I think Lago it's a great place to live. It takes for 1 to 2 days for a maintenance request to be attend; ofice staff it's very friendly and they solve your problems super fast!

Management is horrible, I will look into legal action against them. I was charged close to $300.00 for garbage, electricity, and daily late fees of $10.00 each. Staff is short spoken and rude. I paid the balance in full by the date and time agreed and a day later there was another note on my door about additional charges. They give no receipts, they are deaf to maintanace request.
Well for starters, the area is great for many reasons . A lot of nearby businesses , supermarket, restaurants and entertainment. Places to go without driving. To far from home the apartments have a very nice pool ,a gym even a park for children. To play all within a safe environment. Boy can't life get any better.they even come with basic cable included with the rent . Great schools. Nearby
apt doesn't look like pics. everything always breaks (washer,garbage disposal) and always asking coming inside for "evaluations"..staff is not helpful
I've lived here for 3 years. It started off great, however, there has been several changes to the Manager/Assistant Manager within the time frame I have been here. They are very slow to answer maintenance calls. The first year I was here, I had an issue with my shower pipe leaking into the wall it shared with my closet, and mold was formed. Maintenance just came and painted over it once. It happened a second time, and I had to repeatedly refer back to management about the poor job they did to "fix" this problem, as it persisted, and eventually the carpet in my closet got wet and stinky. It wasn't until I had to reach out to the actual management company (Vesta) to have the problem resolved (carpet in closet replaced, and the sheet rock in the closet replaced as well). The carpet in my living room has become loose and started to ripple, and I've brought this issue up to management (at least) 3 times. Nothing has been done about it. I've requested my carpet shampooed twice, each time with a verbal promise that it will be done, and STILL they didn't shampoo it. I also have several linoleum tiles that have come loose, rippled, or bent at the corners in my kitchen and bathroom area. Like my other concerns, I have brought it up to management, and NOTHING has been done about it. Aside from that, they nickel and dime you for just about everything. I am charged a monthly garbage fee, "pest control" fee (which I have yet to see them come fumigate in my apartment). We are also charged a "service fee" from the company that sends the monthly bills. So, in other words, we are being charged to be charged. One thing is for sure, they are quick to make the outside look really nice, and are quick to call you out when you have something "unsightly" on your balcony. For the past couple of months, I have seen the landscapers working outside on a daily basis. Makes no sense. What good is it to maintain a beautiful looking complex (to entice renters), when they're just going to let the units deteriorate from the inside?! The only reason I have stayed here so long, is because of the location. However, I am SERIOUSLY getting the heck out of here once my lease is up in a few months. For what I pay for a VERY SMALL 1 bdrm apartment, I think I deserve better.
I've been here for over 1yr and asked them several times to fix the dish washer and nothing has been fix to this date. They don't allow for the 2nd and 3rd floor to clean their deck or front porch. So there's spider webs every where.. This apartment community is a horrible place to live...
PROS: The apartments and this area are GREAT. CONS: The office staff is VERY RUDE. The office staff are obnoxious. Maintenance is always lacking. The Pool is NEVER functioning.
