Every building is infested with German roaches. There is no pest control, and if you complain enough they might send someone to spray... which does nothing. They don't do any maintenance, even if that means your sink is backed up for a week and you only get a 5 minute shower because the hot water spigot in the kitchen and bathroom leak constantly. Many of the porch lights don't work. Patio lights don't work. Rotten planks on patios and porches. Now they're painting the buildings to make them "pretty" but literally no one can take furniture or kitchen appliances when they leave because they're full of roaches. These people need to fix the insides before worrying about the outsides. The air conditioners don't work so many people have to have window units, otherwise you get a $450 electric bill but you're still sitting in an 87° apartment. Now they raised the rents so much they're the same price as the nicer places, so just go somewhere they actually care about the health and well-being of their residents. Don't come here.

Everything this ad says is a lie! This is the absolutely worst place to live. I lived here for 2 years too long. The pools have never been open even since before covid, office never answers or fixes anything. These pictures are a complete joke! Don’t believe a word.

I would have given it zero stars if I was able to! Couldn’t be any worst!!! If you are looking to rent please continue your search and and don’t rent here. To start the plague of roaches is terrible, nothing that we do can help get rid of them or even decrease the amount. There are problems with the plumbing’s and when they shower in the second floor apartment water runs to my apartment, specifically my room closet and the closet has mold and a terrible smell. A couple other things that I was told at the start of the contract that they were going to fix after I moved in and I was dumb enough to believe and of course they never did. My work schedule conflicts with the office hours and it’s very difficult to get a hold of them. The office Manager, Mark is an extremely rude and disrespectful person. My lease is soon to end and I can’t wait to be able to move out!!! Take all this into consideration when considering to rent!!!!
Definiton of "Trashy" Mountains of trash pile up around the dumpster, and just around the property in general as people throw their broken appliances and electronics out on the grass. Maintenance is a couple nice guys that won't do anything more than you've already done, and management/office personnel are unprofessional and obviously not organized at all. This place does the job if you want to pay more money for less.
I have been living here for 3 years, and the new management is just amazing! Thank you to all of the women in the office at Lake Azzure :) you all are doing such a wonderful job. An older gentleman fixed my ac & hot water under an hour; I was impressed.
Wow!!! This staff is beyond wonderful, I have been looking for a new place for awhile now, and from the moment I walked into the Lake Azzure’s office to the moment I left, I felt welcomed and like I was at home. Tonya, Jessica and Donna all teamed up to help me, they really listened to what I wanted in a new apartment, and made perfect recommendations that exceeded my needs. I honestly never take the time to leave reviews, but this is the least I can do for this amazing team. Not only are the apartments beautiful, but the community is too. The hard work that they all put in really shows. I’m truly looking forward to call this place my new home, and I’m so glad I waited to find the right place. Kudos to this management team, they are all and more that you would expect when looking for a new home.
I have been living in Lake Azzurre for 5 months now,is a beautiful apartment complex but definitely the management is doing a great Job,Ms Donna is very sweet and always say. hi I'm also being noticing the little changes going on that together add a plus to the complex's look .When i moved here i listen about crazy things that used to happen with previous managment,so far,just getting better.Her assistent is very nice too,also the maintenance team.Thank you all for doing of Lake Azzure a good place to live.?
Contacted apt complex for a maintenance request. Unit wasn't blowing cold. Maintenance guy came and replaced the capacitor on the unit outside, seems to be blowing better. TECO now coming out to do duct work and new weather stripping next week. :)
I’ve only been living at Lake Azzure for about four months now. This is perfect place for me and my family. When we first moved in the painters were not going to be finish painting in time for us to move in. The new apartment manager Donna got the entire office staff to stay late and finish painting my unit. I have a huge three bedroom two bath so I know it must have taken them all night. The fact that they took the time to make sure everything was perfect for me and my family reassured me that we made the right decision by moving here. In the short time that we’ve been here there has been so many changes, and improvements made to this place. We love living here it’s a amazing place to call home. Everyone is so friendly and the office staff is amazing.

We have not moved in yet but I will tell you all the reasons why we are. I first came across Lake Azzure Apartments when I was driving around different areas looking for an apartment. I stumbled in after 5:30pm on a Friday and was welcomed by the new management team, Tonya and Wanda. Even though I came in late, I was greeted with welcomed arms and it made me happy. I told them what I was looking for and they walked me through the rooms available, the complex area, and changes they wanted to make to help the community. This made my decision process a little better. I called Monday to set an appointment to see what available rooms I could view and which would be better for me. They both helped me map out the location of my furniture in each room and this made me very happy; because my boyfriend and I have a lot of stuff. Because its two of us we wanted an apartment that was big enough for two as well as in our budget. After spending awhile in each room, I finally made a decision. With my decision, I asked a lot of questions in which I had after doing my walk through, doing my research and reading past reviews. I also listed things that bothered me at my previous location that I did not want to have in my new home. I am very particular and both ladies were very patient with me through this process. Overall, my boyfriend and I were very pleased in what they have to offer and we look forward to moving into our new home.
The staff at Lake Azzure is amazing and so welcoming. I haven’t moved in yet but I already feel at home thanks to Tonya especially. She’s very helpful, attentive and very nice. She was great. I’m looking forward to moving in.

Donna, the new property manager is incredible. She is truly making a difference. She takes time to talk to the tenants and is addressing the many issues that have been going on here for too long. I can't wait for my lease to be up. One problem after another. They change staff every 3 months. All the good reviews are fake. Bugs mold, my walls leak water.

It's a pretty good place to live; is comfortable, clean, and quite. There was some issues in the past but there is a new manager now and hopefully she is gonna make this place greater than it already is.
All these 5 stars reviews are made by the employee's, This place should be shut down!! I renewed my lease with the hopes the last manager would stay and they ended up running her off to. We started to see some positive changes and now all my neighbors and myself want to leave, my neighbor moved in and two weeks later moved out! They have some new manager that looks like she has no idea of what she's doing. One of the maintenance guys said she has no idea what she's doing and has never been a manager. I've seen 10 new managers in less than a year. What kind of business is this? Nothing ever gets done.My wife wants to break our lease. At least when the last manager was here the work in my apartment was being done!! No AC for over a month!!! MOLD!! not mildew mold!!! My neighbor was in the hospital for over a week because of the mold here. Roaches everywhere. Don't expect any of your problems in the apartment to be fixed. I live across from building 7 and last week their building flooded with sewer water!! I had to let one lady with her kids stay at my house. They left sewer water in all of the apartments for over a week and my neighbor told me they steam cleaned her carpets!! that's nasty. Stay away from this dark hole. If you want an apartment falling apart and NO AC and nasty carpets this place is for you. I have to call the health inspector just to get work done in my apartment. STAY AWAY
Just move in on 3/1/2018 an love it. My unit is in element condition. Management is responsive and helpful, I have the pleasure to be help by Donna and Wanda and they are element and protectionism. Love my view to Lake were I can relax my self.
Nov 2015 to Oct 2016. Despite moving in during the second week of the month I was told to pay for the whole month. It wasn't until I finally got a copy of my lease - August 2016 - that I saw the pro-rated amount I should have been asked to pay (I had been given a copy to sign when I moved in but the needed it signed before I could read it as they we closing, though I was promised a copy. Broad Management never responded to a single email and the site manager also ignored email, leaving it to an assistant to tell me they owed me nothing. I had considered small claims, but the management gave several addresses and twi different versions of the company name. I was asked to give a list of snags on moving in. They were never fixed. Deposite promises that entry gates would be fixed and codes given out, nothing happened. During school holidays 2016, the main pool was closed 'for maintenance' which also restricted the hours during which you could the the gym - supposed to be 24 hours. It took six weeks for drains to be properly cleared of blockages and almost as long for the air-conditioning leak to be fixed and not just patched up. Several ignored emails and almost three months to deal with neighbors who would fight in the street at three in the morning. On October 31st, the only person in the office had no idea of how to deal with tenants who were leaving and handing in keys. Refundable deposit was not returned with the timeframe set out in Law, despite several emails.
DO NOT MOVE HERE...I have lived here less than a year and have witnessed four different management and Office employees come and go. I had a leak for over two weeks and they didn’t respond until I contacted the code and enforcement officer. Then I was informed that he comes EVERY month and several times within the month due to plumbing issues and leaks that don’t get addressed. They cut a hole in my ceiling and it has been like that for the past four days. The manager hasn’t responded to my emails nor my calls as to when it will be fixed after I let them know I have allergies. I have hired an attorney and contacted bay news 9. Again don’t move here
THIS COMPLEX IS THE WORST EVER.... THE PICTURES IN THE PROFILE IS ALLL FALSE, THE AREA IS DISGUSTING THE GARBAGE IS ALWAYS ALL OVER THE PLACE. THERE ARE POTHOLES EVERY WHERE. I've lived here 2 and a half years and every time they promise to fix something it never get's done! I try my best to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this place has crawled under my skin by far! My building is infested with bats and mold my appliances have been breaking down, for example: my microwave has been broken the entire 2 years I've been here and I've reported it every month but they keep giving me excuses telling me they placed an order... For 2 years?? Makes no sense! My guest bathroom toilet has not been functioning for over 6 months because it leaks water from the base and they're definitely well aware of it!! I'm finally moving out and can finally breathe without hesitation, a huge burden has been lifted off our shoulders... This place is like a bad breakup with many years of physical and mental abuse and I've had enough!!
**Update** Things have gotten even worse. They are no longer open on Saturdays, both pools are closed, management keeps switching and is unresponsive. Things are getting stolen off my porch. People driving 40mph through the parking lot and killing ducks see the attached pictures. NO one gives any regards. It's ridiculous. ** I can't even begin to describe how terrible these apartments are. I moved here from out of state and setting up the apartment was a nightmare. No one EVER answers the phone. I had to call about 20 times and spam the email inbox just to get an answer. Then when I came in after traveling 21 hours they stated they "accidentally" gave away my unit. They stated they couldn't do anything to speed up the process to get me another unit due to me having movers on the way. After enough complaining they finally managed to get me a different unit. They only take money orders for payment and stated they would take a check for my "inconvenience". Later I was told they couldn't take the check for my deposit and I had to go get a money order after I was told they would take it the first time. However, After fighting with them for two weeks about not getting mail I finally realized they gave me the incorrect address for the unit. After setting all of my bills, drivers licences etc. I still haven't resolved this issue with the electric company. The maintenance staff is great however, the front desk staff never gives them the paperwork I have been waiting for three weeks for my carpet to get the initial cleaning it was supposed to get after being promised it three times. I also have a leaking sink that hasn't been fixed after I submitted a service request two weeks ago and a broken fire alarm a week ago. My AC broke on a Friday and was promised it would be looked at. Nothing. Called the "emergency line" and the rude staff promised someone would come out that night. Nothing. Saturday I was assured it would be fixed before the staff left. Nothing. Multiple calls to the after hours line and they told me incorrect information. Finally a very helpful tech came out and fixed it. He was never notified it was broken. The apartments themselves are not bad units. The front desk is the entire issue with this complex. All of this has occurred within my first month of living here.
Talk to current Lake Azzure residents BEFORE leasing!!! You will quickly be looking elsewhere! Management and staff repeatedly replaced. Termites and roaches, garbage festering at the single dumpster in the middle of the property, wildlife and dog waste throughout. Sewer backups chronically in north parking lot. Office response to renter problems slow, incompetent and infuriating. Security recently brought in to fight crime. With all the surrounding well-maintained communities, why would ANYONE choose Lake Azzure???
Please do your research on this place before signing. Had a lot of issues a couple months into moving in. Things don't get taken care of management is never around to speak with. Completely let down and disappointed. Would like to save others from the theft the bugs the leaks and the feeling of being taken advantage of.

This place sucks, not worth the price at all. Maintenance sucks, stay as far away from this place as you can. A lot of the apartments have huge water pipe problems because the pipes are so old. They had to bring a jack hammer into my apartment to fix a clogged pipe, needless to say, it was a big mess. And they charge as if they were luxury apartments, what a joke.

Unfortunately if your apartment had to have the plumbing fixed using a jack hammer then there was a broken pipe underneath the slab and we would have no other alternative but to jack hammer the floor to fix the situation. Pipes can break for a variety of reasons and again I apologize that you had to experience that. I hope the new flooring that was put in was completed to your satisfaction. Do not move here!! False advertisement. Manager & Maintenance not on site. Our first day was a disaster! Water line busted flooding ankle high water in all rooms. All of our furniture has some water on them. We called the Maintenance and he took over 1 hour for him to get there! He also told me that he didn't live onsite. Mold all around entrances and walkways. The maintenance should have capability to contact a manager immediately so maybe they could give us some options for us to stay the night. Fortunately we have some friends who was able to accomadate us for a couple of days. Office not opened on Saturdays and the manager is never there! If it would allow me it would be ZERO rating.

Thank you for your review. What an unpleasant experience to have happen to you. Lake Azzure Apartments is under new ownership and management since February. We are open Saturdays from 10:00-2:00 to accommodate the needs of our residents. In addition, we have a 24 hour oncall service for our maintenance staff. I apologize that you had to endure that but hopefully you have noticed the upgrades to the community such as the new painting of the exterior buildings, replacement of deck boards, new guttering and downspouts, and enhanced landscaping and enjoy the improvements we have made. It's very comfortable for us we r three my mother,husband and me. It's spacious and very private. I love it and I would adore it if it had another room for when tha grand kids come around. We have a fixed income so we extend but so far. Thank you

I have lived here for almost 5 years and I have never felt so at home. I love my apartment and my neighbors. Maintenance is great and reliable. It is also located in the middle of everything. I love it so much I even got my mom and friend to move in. They as well love it here.
