At the foot of the mountains in North Carolina sits three beautiful cities. The largest is Greensboro. Tucked away in the northwest corner of this growing metropolis is a wilderness that people discover and fall in love with. As they wander through the endless trails between Guilford Courthouse National Military Park and Bur-Mil Park, outdoor lovers suddenly find themselves in a unique community. The Greenway trail winds past a 24 hour, heated indoor pool attached to a large fitness center. In the summer, the community's residents can be seen grilling by the outdoor pool, playing tennis on the two courts, washing their vehicles at the Car Care Center, walking their pet or riding their bike. Residents rave about their beautifully upgraded apartments with ebony countertops, Whirlpool appliances including a microwave, walk-in closets, private balconies, and wood-burning fireplaces. Our friendly go out of their way to ensure that every resident request or maintenance concern is answered in a timely manner. On cold or rainy days, these same residents can be seen driving down Battleground Ave. to their favorite shops, restaurants, or movie theaters. Others will hop on a Greensboro Transit Authority bus to go explore downtown Greensboro. You wonder where such an outstanding community can be found? Lake Brandt Apartment Homes at 2403 Lake Brandt Place is waiting for you!

Property Ratings at Lake Brandt Apartments
Lot’s of hidden fees and rude management. They don’t care after putting a penalty on your account. No consideration at all. Very old apartment and poor insulation. It costs more energy cost because of energy wastage. Rude neighbors and unsafe.

I should’ve listened to the most recent review. The floors are uneven and covered with a fake plank sticker. Our air was broken almost every other week and we moved in during the summer so I think you can see how that is a problem. The office people are no help and one of the leasing office ladies is always rude and acts like she can’t be bothered to help or answer your questions! They send out lease renewal information late so you won’t even know what you’d have to pay before the 60 day notice period! I’m gonna suck it up at pay the 150 month to month fee just so I can move! Horrible, save your money and look elsewhere!
If you have an ESA don’t move here. the office staff doesn’t do their job. They are unprofessional and rude. They waited until after we moved in to verify all of our information and then to tell us that we couldn’t have our dog. Our apartment smells like we smoke a pack a day inside when none of us smoke. There is NO parking if you come home after 5pm. The floors are uneven and all the did was cover it up with fake wood floor plastic. The “renovated” kitchen cabinets is really just a sticker to make them look nice but the sticker stuff is peeling off all the cabinets. The fire department is constantly in the parking lot for god knows what. Just do yourself a favor and don’t move here.
I've been here for 2 years now, I moved from MD and haven't had any major problems. The staff is very friendly at all times. I recommended this place to a friend and they ended up moving here as well.
I have recently moved from va to nc, lake Brandt made the transit easy. The complex is pet friendly and the owners do a great job at cleaning up after their pet. The staff are great and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Neighbors are super friendly which is a nice change.
