New management of a small apartment complex by a beautiful lake. Renovated kitchens have stainless steel appliance packages. Bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in closet. All flooring is new vinyl. Windows are large and allow for lots of natural light and beautiful views of the lake across the street. The lake has newly constructed jogging trails around. Walking distance to central market and many restaurants, coffee shops, and yoga studios. Rent includes: Gas, Water, Trash Removal, Sewer. Tenant pays Electric. Amenities: Stainless steel appliance packages Ikea kitchens Large walk-in closet All vinyl flooring Large windows Lake view En-suite bathroom Most utilities paid Walking distance to many points of interest Non-refundable application fee: $50

Quaint Cozy complex

I moved here in last year and have been enjoyed every day being in Lake Como district. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Inside apartment living rooms have lots of natural light with the window, the kitchen appliances updated but limited space for cooking prep and no dishwasher. The kitchen is a bit small. Bedroom has space for queen bed and one desk and chair. Bathroom is located in the bedroom and is barely big enough to turn around, plenty of hot water. Overall it's bigger than a studio but not by much. Neighbors are responsible hard working and very polite.
