From the dedicated staff to the wonderful community, I’m very happy I decided to move in. Although it’s been a few short months but it’s been an amazing ride thus far. It’s practically it’s own city within a city because you have access to everything. From the amenities, to the restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, and my personal favorite the night life! It’s all accessible on their app once you sign your lease. And the complex itself is one big happy family And they are big on community! Every month it’s always some activity planned for us to bond with our neighbors along with the staff! I freaking love this place!!!!!

My husband and I are considering getting a second home in St Pete and visited Lake Maggiore new apartments. We have looked at several properties and when and if we make the move, it will be here. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I walked in without an appointment but nevertheless they made the time to welcome me. I toured with a lovely young woman Liz who gave me all the information and toured 2 beautiful, comfortable apartments. Even though I was just shopping around, not ready to commit, the whole “vibe” from office, grounds, apartments, feeling safe, and friendly atmosphere convinced us Lake Maggiore will be our second home when we’re able to make the move! I had a great visit to Lake Maggiore Apartments today. The apartments are beautiful! Bright and spacious and very clean and well maintained. Same for the hallways and grounds. No trash, the new plants and trees were healthy and nicer than other apartments I visited. Maintenance was cleaning and scrubbing the hallways to stay clean even though they are brand new! I can tell the staff really cares about the community. I am really excited to move in next month and enjoy the community garden. They said they are planting fresh herbs, fruit trees and vegetables and residents can enjoy them. The apartments have lots of cameras and will have gates. I know I will feel safe living here too.

Great location, amazing amenities, but most importantly the Lake Maggiore’s staff was incredibly welcoming & extremely helpful which is reassuring as a potential tenant. I recently had a very disappointing experience trying to apply at Lake Maggiore Apartments. From the moment I started the application process, I encountered extremely rude staff. There was a significant lack of knowledge regarding medical marijuana policies, and it was clear they were not informed that not all marijuana is smoked. Instead of providing helpful information or guidance, the staff was quick to put me down. I had initially been interested in renting at Lake Maggiore Apartments, but the encounter with such unpleasant staff completely changed my mind. What's more concerning is that after deciding against renting there, they threatened to put me in collections, which was completely baseless and untrue. It's evident that the people running the office lack the necessary professionalism and education on important matters, making the whole experience unwelcoming and stressful. It's crucial for potential tenants to be aware of these issues. The staff's behavior and lack of knowledge are not only unprofessional but also create a hostile and intimidating environment for prospective renters. I strongly believe that thorough research and reconsideration are needed when dealing with Lake Maggiore Apartments, as my experience clearly shows a lack of respect and understanding towards potential tenants.

I recently moved in and I am amazed at how attentive this team has been with everything. Few things I’ve noticed the manager is always out in the community talking with residents and even helping maintenance. You can see that he genuinely loves this community which makes the community shine. Liz and Mayra are also great and friendly no matter which individual you speak with they are always warm & inviting. The resident events are awesome and planned out very well. I love the fact that they allow you to see them as humans. The manager literally was dancing and having a blast with us and the other office members were so engaged with us getting to know us personally… So Far this place is a breath of fresh air.
