Great neighborhood, very pet friendly, great maintenance crew and management is very kind! Everyone is so kind to my puppy and helping him transition and learn to love people and they showed him kindness and patience till they won him over and now he loves everyone!! ?? I truly enjoy living here!

This is a nice place to live. The community is good. The neighbors are great, the staff are friendly and maintenance is very helpful. It's located in a good area with plenty of places to shop.

The office staff is the best there is, it is because of Karen and lea that I am in my 8th year here at lakepoint.the matinince staff is always polite and helpful they answer questions and always do the job to my satisfaction. What I don't like is valet trash make it optional and be told how long my response should be to this questionnaire

Love the area everyone is so kind and it’s clean and quite also ms Tracy was so kind to us on our first day she welcomed us.also the neighborhood has a lot of amenities that I love

Like I said I love it here. The staff does a good job in keeping the tenants happy.

i was impressed i called around 6:30 the maintenance guy came after 8 in the morning. and he did fixed my clogs on my bathtub sink .

Wonderful experience! The neighborhood is quiet and we are happy in this community. My daughter love walk for the Lake. I am very happy here.

The apartments are nice and the pools are great. Playground is new but there's no baby swings even though there's tons of babies in the neighborhood.

This is a beautiful property. I really love living here!!! It’s peaceful on the lake and there is so much beautiful nature here. Love it EXCEPT for the potholes that are tearing up my car!!

Lakepointe has been a great experience so far! Just moved in recently and the management is kind / extremely on top of things. Love the multiple pools and laundry rooms.

I very much enjoy living at Lake Point. The staff is accommodating, and it is a friendly community feel to it.

I love the peacefulness of the community. My walks with my dog around the neighborhood are nice because I've met many people on the way. My neighbors are great. Love the pool and the covered areas you offer while out in the sun. Glad, I found this hidden gem.

I am so glad I picked Lake Point it’s a perfect place for myself to live because I don’t drive this bus service takes me to where I need to go Viera to the VA to mall and to downtown Melbourne plus the people here at Lake Point are super nice and respectful that also goes with the managing and maintenance personnel

The move in process was very smooth , everyone in the office is super nice !! The neighborhood is super quiet & the neighbors are friendly !!

We have resided at lake pointe apts for 4 yrs and renewed our lease for another year,it's a friendly family oriented apartment complex.we have enjoy our place and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.rhe office staff is always willing to answer questions and it's a very clean and well maintained facility we are so thankful and blessed to call it our home thank you for all the hard work and dedication to your residents !!!! It's a very classy and knowledgeable staff !!!!

Lake Pointe has been a nice play to stay, it is quiet and the pond is nice to walk around.

Since we moved here about 3 months ago we are finding out how friendly our neighbors are...we walk and meet the nicest people. We live in a nice part of the complex with a beautiful view...ducks geese..turtles and the residents take such good care of them. I feel safe here...I work very late hours at night and coming home is the most serene feeling just seeing the beautiful sky and lights and peaceful lake. we love it here.

New playground is awesome, all staff is great! We love it here! Maintenance is really nice and always responds promptly when needed. It stays mostly quiet too.

Clean, well maintained units, ample parking, onsite security, all the amenities you’d want in an apartment. Close to shops and restaurants for added convenience.

Everyone here is so nice! I love how quiet it is and safe. It's a beautiful and well taken care of complex. The pools are nice...the laundry area is kept clean...and the grounds are neat.

Love it here. Everyone is so nice. Anytime I have a problem with the apt the maintenance men are right here. They are always on top of things.

I love this community because the staff is excellent, they attend to any needs we have right away. They are very nice and they treat you like family, as well as the maintenance department and the community as a whole. They keep things clean and organized and everyone seems to get a long great.

I've been a resident for over ten years. I enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. I'm very pleased with the upkeep of the neighborhood, the office and maintenance staff.

The maintenance team are quick to fix any issues that arises. Staff in the office are very helpful and kind as well.

It feels more like a quiet small town neighborhood rather than an apartment complex. They have constantly been making improvements to the amenities in the community since I have been her.

Lake Point is a very secure, quiet, pleasant, clean, excellent maintenance and the staff in the offices are very professional! 100% satisfaction!!!!!

This is a hassle free community. You have a problem it gets taken care of ASAP. This is my first apartment living experience and I don’t know what the problems are because I enjoy it. Everybody that works for his community seems to care about your needs first and are very friendly. Only one minor detail is trash is a little expensive other than that??

Living at Lake Pointe has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the community, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members Lea and Karen are incredibly attentive and responsive to any inquiries or concerns, making me feel valued and supported as a resident. I've been living here for 5 years. It's quiet, maintenance is excellent here. Every time I had a maintenance issue it was fixed within the day I reported it. Great place to live & excellent location. I will be here for many more years

I felt safe here at LakePointe. Loved so much nature and wild birds visiting the lake. Very peaceful- not noisy . Managers and team members very nice. Will miss living here.

I have been here almost two weeks and I love it. Everyone at the office are so nice. Krista is so helpful and kind. She even helped me with the washing machines and dryers. She also put the app in my phone and showed me how to use it. I love my apartment and hope to stay for a long long time. The maintenance people are so nice and they come to fix the problem soon after the office informs them. My neighbors are also very nice.

Overall I am pleased with my apartment at Lake Pointe. I am unhappy that the shower is on a boiler system, is not regulated well. And there are unfair charges such as valet trash for $25 and $4.99 to calculate what you owe!

I just renewed my lease because of how happy I am overall with my experience living here! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. The grounds and amenities are meticulously maintained and there have been several upgrades in just my first year here!
