Close to many stores and location is quiet. Friendly front office staff that is always friendly.

I love living here. It feels safe, cozy, clean, and the customer service is amazing. I haven’t had a single negative experience with the team at Lake Ridge.

Very nice community! Everyone that works in the leasing office and the maintenance is so friendly and nice! If you have an issue with something they will answer you within the same day and fix the issue asap!

Avoid at all costs. They only are here for you till you sign the doted line. Once your signed and they have you, they will do nothing to help. And I mean nothing.

Living at lake ridge compared to other communities has made living feel a little easier! Since the day I went to speak to the office about leasing , Kerri has been SO helpful. She made sure I understood any breakdowns in the lease, all of my questions were answered, & the office ALWAYS responds in a timely manner. Lakeridge has overall been a great experience!

Everyone here is friendly. Maintenance is pretty quick to responding when putting in a work order. The neighborhood is quiet which what I like.

First, the apartments are overpriced for what you get - a dated apartment that needs updates to plumbing, fixtures, shower, cabinets, flooring and roof. They also throw in misc, unecessary fees to raise the payment even more, like valet trash fee (as if I can't walk my trash 30 ft to dumpster) and service fee for letting you pay your rent online (there is another option for going to some bill pay center which is not affiliated with the property and you have to pray they don't steal your banking info, so online is only feasible option). Also make sure u get your own renters insurance policy before u move in or sign lease, otherwise, if you take their policy and get your own at a later date it is a hassle, as they will come up with excuses to keep charging you the monthly rate for renters, such as they lost the copy you gave them, or the copy you gave had leasing office address instead of some PO Box Address. Anything to prevent from removing their policy. They are good with coming to fix any maintenance repairs timely. It's also a quiet neihborhood for the most part. However, there are newer, nicer apts in Hilliard, near same or slightly higher pricepoint. Advice -comparison shop to get more 4 your money.

Cortland is a beautiful place to live. But I don't like the water bill. Each month is different and I use about the same amount of about every month.

You are not going to find a better deal on a quality apartment home anywhere else in the area!

I'd highly recommend Lake Ridge community for anyone looking for housing in the Hilliard area. Management is very responsive and pleasant to work with. The size of the property makes you feel like you really are part of a community rather than just a number. Parking is never an issue and you feel safe parking anywhere. If you're an outdoor lover, there's easy access to a wooded trail on one side, and pedestrian/bike friendly neighborhoods on the other side right outside the property. Welcome to Lake Ridge!

The staff make it a wonderful and welcoming community. Since managers changed recently things have gotten so much better! The staff now cares about the community. They are professional, friendly, and really make an effort. Karie, Kyle, Pilot, Macy, and when Graham worked here, have made this community such a great place to be.

They keep everything tidy and clean. Its a very quiet and peaceful place to live. I'm very happy with my new place!

When I renew my lease in July 2021 it will be the fourth year that I've lived at Lake Ridge apartments or their property in Blacklick Ohio. I like everything about this place. The staff is numero uno. The property is kept clean. There are plenty of opportunities to interact with the other residents. The service team is prompt and professional. The location puts me right where I want to be.

Lakeridge staff have been nothing but professional and kind since I moved in a year and half ago. They have been very helpful during this pandemic and have gone over and above my expectations. Also Ive had two service requests since I moved in and Ive been happy with each experience. They got the job done and were pleasant, professional and efficient each time.

We moved to Lake Ridge from an apartment complex that was horrible in every way imaginable. Lake Ridge has been the biggest blessing for us. From the spacious and nice apartments, to the incredibly awesome and friendly staff, we have loved living here.

Ive lived here for 5 years and the staff is courteous and cares about the appearance of the community. The service team always responds in a timely fashion. The pool is well maintained and they have installed a dog park on the grounds. A nice place if you have a pet.

Couldn't ask for a better place to live. I have been in Ohio since 1990 and lived in many apts. And I will say this is the best. When I need help you are right there. I have to see what's it like when the snow comes. Than I can let you know what it's like to be here in the winter time

We have been living here for 7 weeks and have no complaints. The apartment was very clean when we mover in and the few maintenance requests we have made were taken care of promptly. We also have a nice view of the lake. Very nice.

Its a quiet well kept community. And if something need addressed its taken care of in a timely manner.
