Horrible Horrible Horrible

Poor management owner is rude and disrespectful! They definitely do not maintain the property. My unit had multiple issues including mold! Which the Maintenance man spray painted over!! Landlord does not care about his tenants! My fridge leaked over a year and counting I currently still reside here! Its cheap so you get what you pay for literally! My tub was leaking through to my closet! For weeks they wouldn’t fix it until it was really bad ! Then during the process left a huge hole in my wall for days! If you’re looking for something affordable sure but will you regret it in the long run you sure will ! Ps i heard gunshots outside my window a few nights stay low my friends!

Terrible violent

I lived at this residence for 2 years and which property management and owners switched up we do have a lovely maintenance man who will be at your every need whenever it's necessary however the management and the owner of the property is very nasty has raised the rent ridiculously over Works our maintenance man and doesn't keep track of the security. He actually cut our nighttime security that used to keep violent acts on the low but crime has prevailed in the area Raid's are a usual happening. It is not a safe Community for you and your children

The apartment where I reside is beautiful big an quiet.we have an on site maintenance man that works around the clock we have great security an it is very relaxing.. This is the best place I have found that's affordable that had 3bed 2bath..
