Barking dogs in Apts. Patio , pool area and grills are usually dirty. All decks need updating - there are never community activities. Uneven sidewalks are hazardous.

Lots of barking dogs at all hours of the day. Area around the garbage bins can be piled with junk Pool area is nice in the morning . weekends are very busy and loud .
We love our new home! It is very spacious and the kitchen is super nice, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that our unit is ADA accessible. We think our unit is a stellar value for the price, and it is the perfect mix of luxury details with functional use!

Right now I like it. There’s usually always someone in the leasing office and I can’t hear my neighbors!!! We’ve only been here a week but the central ac is wonderful.

The neighbors are friendly and caring, the handy man is so sweet and always so polite, the main office staff reply very quickly and are community oriented. They know your name and the most recent issues or activists last discussed which is huge for how big of an apartment complex they manage. But my biggest downfall is coming to realize how poorly the house itself was put together. I feel like we’re always finding the next issue wether it’s massive leaks, holes at the top or bottom of our ceilings, unaligned trim that is either missing or sticks out and causes a dangerous pointy object or a tripping hazard, mold, constant flickering and delayed lights, and even the flooring and tiling coming up, shifting or puncturing. The point I’m trying to make is that the apartment was put together far too carelessly and too quickly, there should’ve been more effort into the structure.

I have not even been here a year yet and I can see myself staying a long time. Having been a Minneapolis resident for 49 years I can now joyously say I feel like I have come home.
Everyone I've met so far is really nice and welcoming! The building is very clean and the availability of carts in the garage is great. I am really happy with my unit.
Beautiful complex and friendly people. Turi is so helpful and knowledgable. Makes our experience here great so far! Am looking forward to meeting more of my neighbors.
Great area ! Close to everything. Pool area is nice ,during the week , busy on the weekends. Nice clubhouse , patio, grills, fire pit. Maintenance is very timely. Kris is the best !
I grew up in this area in the 50’s. Have lived in Minneapolis until now. Everyone has been so friendly and the management very helpful. It feels great to be back home.
8 months into my 12 month lease and it’s still going well. Building staff/residents are friendly. Common spaces cleaned and maintained regularly.
So far, so good. We have only been here for 2 weeks but we love it. The apartments are nice and well maintained and the kids are loving the pool!
I feel that the Lake Susan community is very good. Always willing to help. The maintenance is excellent. Any time I have a problem big or small Kris fixes it immediately. Recently fixed my railing on balcony. Looks so safe and nice
the apartment is great in terms of environment and service. Grear place to live! The gym is also great, which is very easy to access and the instrument there is also very new. It would be even better if there is a basketball court.

I’m about 5 months into my year long lease. So far things have been great! I will say this building may not be the one for a younger lifestyle, as my partner and I are always the last awake. However, the community, the quality of amenities and the staff are worthwhile. Overall, good experience

Very nice experience over the past two years. I appreciate the consistency of the maintenance…campus is clean, snow is removed, etc. The clubhouse renovation and expansion of the pool deck is a very nice amenity.
Very kind staff!! The carpet had gum stuck in it upon arrival, and some still remains. Beautiful walking trails surround the buildings one of which is an exact 5K!
Your maintenance employee is very friendly and always gets our requests done very timely and it is done right. This is a tremendous asset to Lincoln properties.
The apartment complex is truly dated with the thermometers, FOB garage door opener, old carpet and hardware on cabinets. There are similar aged apartments that are less money with updated features.
Since Lincoln Property has taken over our community it has been almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office. They do not return phone calls or emails. The only timely person that is employed by Lincoln property is Kris the Maintenance Manager. He is amazing and I'm afraid that he might leave one day because of the unstable property management that is on-site. We plan on signing our 7th year lease with you guys because we love the area and our apartment but please work on the current on-site management. There should be no reason for us to have gone through at least 6 different on-site property managers. We just want stable and professional service for our community.
The building and grounds are well maintained. The tenants are fine mostly. The office staff could communicate better with the tenants.
It would be nice to say yes... but as of late I am not sure. The lack of management on the premises has lead to other tenants taking advantage. Like storing their personal items on the garage floor in their assigned parking space. And having vehicles in the garage that do not operate ..

It is difficult to reach the office these days. I must admit we were sorry to see the office closed so often. We left a message on the website for someone to call us. No response. It would appear no one is monitoring messages when office is closed. Too bad.

The lakeside location is unbeatable. Downtown Chan is lovely and mega convenient. Units are quite nice but I'm now in twice the space for less per month. It's a fine apartment. Maintenance staff is outstanding. Turnover in office staff is a bit rough. I'd recommend but not enthusiastically.
Awesome location, rent is high, horrible noise pollution. They put $0 into noise control. If someone lives above you it's horrible experience.
