For the most part, we love living here! Great area, close to the lake and everything we need to get to, quiet area. We've had a couple random issues such as plumbing backing up outside and flooding the area with toilet paper and such, and a few small things but maintenance is usually pretty good about coming out when needed.

We love living here! Perfect area, close to the lake, quiet and peaceful. I think the only thing I wish would be added is maybe a sign or bags for people to pick up their dog's waste... There is so much dog poop that my kids frequently step in it by accident despite trying hard to avoid it and it gets tracked in the home... It's a bit frustrating.

False advertising online, I thought getting a remodeled unit but I got a very old unit that wasn’t ready for move in and maintenance haven’t came to fix anything. I also requested pest control and management haven’t sent anyone out. The excuses that the staff gives is unacceptable and the manager is never available.

I feel safe and I love my pool view. The residents are very welcoming and friendly.. this is a pet friendly. And they do what they have to do here as of maintenance get the job done super fast..

Our experience has been good so far. It's been really great having such a nice pool to hang out in with the kids and being so close to the lake.
So far so good. Quiet neighborhood and parking is a non issue. A little hick up with maintenance but it was resolved quickly. Rental office staff is friendly and get my things taking care of in a timely manner.
This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff are so friendly , they care about the look and presentation of the outside and the pool is huge and very well looked after !
My overall move-in experience was pretty simple, it’s just hard to get ahold of people in the office it seems they may be short staffed. Maya (sorry if I spelled this wrong) has been really helpful and I look forward to having a continuous good experience living here throughout the remainder of my lease.
It's beautiful and a nice place to live and raise your family every one get along we need a park for the kids to have something to play in the community is a good place.
So far, we have enjoyed our time here. We love the area, the short distance to the lake, the peacefulness, etc. There have been a couple times maintenance hasn't been done but over all we love it here.

I like living here. For the most part quiet. The size of my apartment is nice for the price. Lots of options. They are a pet friendly. Close to the lake!
Pricing is great. Good water pressure and we get hot water incredibly fast. Although getting ahold of the office is a hassle; I’ve never had a returned email. Our apartment definitely wasn’t move-in ready but we haven’t had any serious issues.
