I love living at Lake Vista! While I haven’t used many of the other amenities the pool and gym are clean and both have phenomenal views! The apartments feel like home, and the management and maintenance team are all absolutely amazing. They are always so kind and helpful, and they always have a treat ready for my pup when they see her! Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

Lake vista has a great visual view of the mountains and friendly staff that work with your needs. Apartment maintenance is quick, and apartments are very dog friendly. great place to walk dogs with dog bags everywhere.

Lake Vista is beautiful. The apartment homes are spacious and very pretty. The view of equalizer lake could not be better. We enjoy living here and plan to be here for many years to come. I’ll do it on here.

Been very happy living at Lake Vista Apartment. Living in apartment is new to me and my dog. Have always had a house or land. With having the great views and the lake and open space. Along with clean neat environment with all the extras hot tub club barbecue along with garden area and dog run next to it. Very pet friendly! Along with great office staff and management. It has made the adjustment very easy for me and my dog Buddy. We have enjoyed living here at Lake Vista ! Doug

The maintenance team is always courteous and timely getting work done. Recently a "smart' thermostat was installed. Must have been quite costly. It would be nice if older appliances and blinds would be given as much attention.

The apartments are being renovated right now so inconveniences pop up here and there. The apartments are looking great. Ive lived here 7 years and they look better than ever. The inside of the apartments is also being modernized. They look very nice. My only complaint is no food pantry so we cant store groceries. We have to day shop. A huge plus is our apartment has two water heaters and two thermostats.

I love being so close to nature. Living here I get the luxury to wake up and enjoy my coffee while watching the birds and bunnies, take amazing walks around the lake and chill under the stars at night Infront of one of the fire pits. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live this is it.

After being assigned a parking space I have to pay $20 a month for, myself and my neighbor are having issues with our cars literally melting due to the reflection off of the solar panels. I have given a statement from my mechanic to management and they will bear no responsibility. Giving a heads up as I wish I would have been given. Also, when you see the rent price, keep in mind there are at least $100 more in charges that range from non-optional valet trash to clubhouse utilities and separate amenity fees. Rent is going up 20% this year. Maintenence, especially Lou are outstanding. I love the location and the actual place so I will give two stars, but it is financially breaking me along with large car expenses now as well.

Lake Vista is a great place to live. It is calm, quiet, and sits in a beautiful setting. The apartments have nice floorplans, the grounds are kept well, and the management staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
