The City Beautiful earns its nickname, from its gorgeous lakes and bright, sunny skies to its pristine streets and beautiful architecture. Lake Eola Park, with its swan-shaped paddle boats and majestic fountain, provides an oasis in the city that's ideal for weekend picnics and afternoon lunch breaks. Located in the heart of Florida, the beaches of either coast (Gulf and Atlantic) are accessible in roughly an hour’s drive from Orlando.
While it is known for being the home of prominent theme parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World, Orlando is also the county seat and home to one of the largest universities in the United States, the University of Central Florida. The city contains the Orange County Convention Center, the second-largest convention center in the country, in addition to the busy Orlando International Airport.

Property Ratings at Lake Vue
I love living here! After viewing a ton of apartments the front desk staff here really stand out. They are always so nice and helpful. If I put in a maintenance request it gets fixed that day or by the next. This complex is pretty quiet which I enjoy. I always feel safe even at night. You can also see the Disney fireworks at night sometimes. I am always able to find parking.
I absolutely recommend this apartment community because is very quiet and safe, things of course I was looking for my new home!
We?ve only just moved here but we love it! The complex feels very resort like and we are very pleased the condition of the unit. They maintenance crew is great!
The location is lovely, it puts you in the thick of things without the noise and the lake view is heaven itself at the end of the day.
The day we moved in the power went out and the elevator for our building still hasn?t been fixed and it?s been almost 2 months we still don?t have a lot of her things in our appointment.
Overall very nice place to live. The blind spot turning the corner coming into the facility must va addressed. A convex mirror showing drivers what?s around the corner is needed badly. People stop to unload in front of building one and I?ve almost ran into them several times. Please mount a mirror on the pole by the compactor!
The new management are doing a great job updating the whole property and the maintenance guys are so good at getting things into great working order in the apartment. The location could not be better for access to all the parks in the area too.
The community was always kept clean, management was always friendly and helpful.
Nice place to live. Office personnel are very helpful, friendly and always respectful. Chris always listen and try to help. Maintenance staff is very skilled and effective. I appreciate all the staff. Thank you
Since this is such a nice place to live I have already recommended this place to my family member.
I would recommend this complex to a friend or family member because of the prompt response to any issues that I might have. The care give to the grounds that makes this complex a welcome sight when returning home.
Our issues were taken care of in fast, courteous and professional matter. Thank you very much!
The landscaping has gone down considerably
If you are a professional and want to be in a smaller and more intimate community, I would recommend this community for sure!
It's home, and I love it.
Great and quiet place, very safe for family and children.
I feel very comfortable here and Safe here ! I feel it is expensive to live here .
Place is nice and quiet, maintenance issues are handled in a prompt and timely manner.
After living there for 4 years and and being a good renter. We went through numerous issues with not only the apartment but with management. The apartment has the cheapest construction possible we had wood flooring that buckled , carpet that was never changed from previous tenants with pets and the carpet quickly started to mat and wear. We had water that smelled of rotten eggs on a regular basis. We never had security that was supposed to be furnished to the community even after the numerous break ins. The management always put it back on the tenants when it comes to them paying for anything. I have never had to constantly check the amount of charges that they tried to charge me that was clearly not the amount per my lease. I don’t believe any of the managers know exactly how to read a lease and abide by that contract. So be prepared to be the management police and protect yourself.Renters beware especially at move out I paid an ridiculous amount to move out to be rid of the problems.
Visited this apartment community and expressed move in interest for a one bedroom. I was told I would receive a follow up call once one became available. Never did so had to follow up constantly because they were never in the office. One finally became available so I called and spoke with the manager on the phone and applied online. They immediately took payment. A week and a half before moving in I called them to follow up asking for a lease to sign and they finally answered and told me the person they were evicting out of the unit was no longer being evicted and they didn't even let me know! I followed up multiple times and multiple staff members told me I was all set for move in. Had I not called again a week in advance I would have been homeless. Their excuse was they told me the person was being evicted when I applied. You do NOT put up an apartment for availability and accept money for an application fee if you're giving a resident the opportunity to pay and they haven't been evicted yet. Let alone give a prospective resident a move in date knowing they may not even move in at all! Messed up and so glad I experienced this before moving in and making a big mistake!
Hands down the best experience I've had with an Apartment. Damaris, Sandy, and Jeanine have been excellent and made this an easy experience. Beautiful location and apartment! Love love love!
Too expensive for what you pay. There's nothing special about this place except its off a lake. My apartment is beautiful and I love it but that's about it. The elevator is broken atleast twice a month. My tip to you is to look around because there are much better places than this for the same price or cheaper
Moved in January 2016 and things were poorly organized from the get go. Our welcome/guarantee letter was full of typos and incorrect information, even after having it "corrected". Apartments are beautiful, but overpriced and craftsmanship looks rushed with finishes. Office staff seems disorganized; lost our storage unit keys, quoted incorrect pest management appointments (we have had occasional cockroach issues in our kitchen and master bathroom), had difficulty setting up valet trash (even the valet waste company spoke to us in person and said they had difficulty contacting the office regarding bins for our building). The area of these apartments is extremely bug-laden with gnats and mosquitos (dead in piles/cobwebs, as well as swarming), even with all of the hallways and porches being screened in it only does so much and is a feeble attempt at trying to enjoy use of a patio. I can't begin to recount the number of gnats I've swept up, let alone the occasional ones I'll find casually floating in a beverage inside my apartment. Because of this, checking the mail has become a chore as it is in an open-air building by the lake. Additionally, had issues with property management upon move-in. We were quoted a promotion by a leasing agent as well as a lease term that we had difficulty having written into the lease, but finally management obliged solely on the promotion. The noise impact from I-4 and Turkey Lake Rd. is surprisingly minimal, however the spin cycle on the washer will vibrate the majority of your unit. As if that weren't a compelling reason enough to describe "luxury living" at its best, your entire apartment will shake each time either an upstairs, downstairs, across the corridor, or next door neighbor slams their door. An honorable mention goes to the minimally slanted living area floor leading up to the windows "due to new building regulations". I've had numerous Guests who all have pointed out the noticeable, odd difference with the flooring. Some of which have even had to sit away from the windows due to what can only be described as a vertigo-like feeling. Additionally, elevator permits were outdated for almost two months before being replaced. I just expect more of an attention to detail for the price point. Overall, beautiful lake views for only some apartments, but not a good experience thus far. Would not recommend for the price.
Excelent locatiom beautiful pllace apartaments confortable. Big nice
