Property Ratings at Lakecrest Village
People are so disrespectful , they party and play loud music all day and night and management does nothing... Don't ever move here.??

Hello, We are so sorry to hear about your bad experience here at Lakecrest Village. Management is working very hard to make sure the noise level after hours is kept to a minimal. Should this continue we do ask that you call the non-emergency police line as well as making the office aware as to which apartment or building this is coming from so that we can make security aware and have them watch out for it. Thank you, Jessica Bird Lakecrest Village Community Manager
A neighbor underneath complained about a leak , so they came into my apartment and bust a huge hole in the tub !! It took them 3 months to come and fix it & they want you to pay full rent ... why would I pay for a 2 bed 2bath , when only one bath is available to me ? & when you call Human Resources, they threaten to evict you . If I can give 0 star I would
It takes weeks or months for anything other than a light out or refrigerator to be fixed. Most of the maintenance work is done through contractors. Smells travel from on unit to the next. The office will not answer the phone or return phone calls. I'm at my last 3 months of a 12 month lease and its been problems since the 3rd day I moved in. DO NOT move her if you like peace, open communications with the management and major maintenance issues fix in a timely manner...

Management will not communicate with you, you have to get home and hope that what you need fixed is done otherwise you will not know. They will not call you to tell you this is what is going on we were not able to finish or we did not have someone to go work on your issues you will not hear from them period. I have lived here 2 1/2 months and I regret this decision so so badly. When i get home after work at the end of the day my apartment smells completely of marijuana and I can only assume it comes from the vents but it is ridiculous because I have small kids and that is not what I want them to come home to. They do not have anywhere to reach emergency maintenance, the number says its not working and now even the supposed apartment security number is answered by a woman who says she will communicate the message, its just sad. The trash dumpsters here are always surrounded with trash and the dumpsters are not even full, people are lazy and dirty. There's always people banging music and shouting out in the parking lot late at night, there is no order here what so ever. Please believe me when I tell you this is not the place you want to live. I should have gone with my gut when I realized the poor service i received through the application process but I didn't and now here I am, 3 months into a 12 month lease at a place where I hate to call home.
