A major suburb of Austin, Cedar Park gets you right into the area without having to live in the big city. If you like peace and quiet but don't want to live all the way out in the woods, then Cedar Park is the place to be. It's nice living so close to one of the biggest music cities in America, but you don't even need to leave Cedar Park to take in a great concert. If you want entertainment, check out the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. The center plays host to everything from monster truck shows to country and hip hop concerts. Cedar Park is only about 16 miles from Downtown Austin, making this an ideal location for commuters. Cedar Park is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Cedar Park's claim to fame (besides the H-E-B Center) is the Heritage Oak Tree, a 400-year-old live oak that stands 57 feet tall and is 80 feet around. This massive tree is decorated during the holiday season with over 30,000 lights.

Property Ratings at Lakeline Crossing Apartments
Property is Dirty. Management is bad. Maintenance even worst. Gyms are beyond filthy and not 24 hours. Your vehicles are not safe in the property we had 10 break in’s in one night. Water in the pools dirty. Trash pick up which you pay for comes as they please. My AC has broken 4 times in the past(currently is ) and in order for them to fix it , temps has to reach over 85 for them to actually take action. Which is crazy because this is Texas. On call is non existent. Sprinklers don’t work and tubing is out of ground. This is a big property and if you need something they hit you with “well we got 400 and some residents” Well if you can’t handle so many maybe you should be this big of a property. The only reason rating is so high is because they bribe residents with ACL tickets is you change your negative to a positive one. Save your money and keep your peace. Do yourself a favor and Go elsewhere.

Don’t let the model unit fool you. The apartment I was moved into was filthy and smells of cigarettes. There are roaches. Weren’t there when I moved in, appeared two months later. Holes in the wall where you can literally see into the framing. They will tell you pest control comes- the never do. Please please, don’t make the same mistake I did and rent here.

We strive to provide clean and comfortable living spaces for our residents, so it's disappointing to hear about the cigarette smell and pest issue. These do not sound like the ideal living situations we strive to provide, and I apologize for that. When you have a moment, please consider reaching out to me. I would like to see how we can assist and improve your experience moving forward. Thank you, Kendra - Property Manager - 512-960-4505
The apartment was crawling with roaches. Took multiple fumigation treatments to get it under control. There was once a pile of rotting meat in an open, empty garage around 4th of July weekend. It stunk up the place. Called management multiple times to remove it. They didn't get around to it until 4-5 days later. Dishwasher had a leaking problem, put in a work order, maintenance worked on it but didn't fix the problem. I put in another work order and they just closed it without coming to try and fix it again. On the bright side, the neighbors were quiet and the area was very convenient with a mall, gas station, and HEB down the road.

Please rent other apt complex don't ever try to move-in at this complex. They take around 3 months for maintenance services and sometime even more than that. There is no cleanliness inside building corridors and on staircases. They charge you $6 for pest control every month but never saw them doing pest. Management stuff is ever worst than any other place on entire world. They make fake promises to call you back and you will never get call back.

This feedback is concerning to receive. We strive to address the concerns of our residents promptly and effectively, and it is disappointing that we have left the wrong impression. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to see what more I can do to assist with your situation. If you are willing, please feel free to give me a call. Thank you, Lauren Black - Property Manager - (512) 628-0215
Horrible Maintenance service this may looks like a pretty well managed complex but it’s the exact opposite. No one really takes care of the amenities. The dog park is all full waste so there is not point to take the dog there. When they give you the tour they will show you the gym which must of the machine don’t work so don’t get fooled by how “nice” it looks because it doesn’t work anyway the newest gym’s AC DOES NOT WORK. it’s impossible to find parking at night (meant to be that way) if you are thinking of moving here you MUST pay for a carport ($50 more) I’ve had to drive around the complex for more than an hour waiting for people to leave also I’ve had to park at the lakeline mall Which doesn’t make sane because of all the money I’m paying to live here. Very poor experience so far

Where do I begin other than starting off with saying that my stay here has been a complete disaster from the start. the office does not answer the phone. There have been times where I have called a handful of times before receiving an answer & the staff answers as if I’m a bother. Anyhow, when I first moved in I went to visit the leasing office and as two agents sat there, they failed to acknowledge me, I then said, “excuse me I’m here to pickup my mail key”, and I was told, “oh you live here?”. Assuming if I did or did not, I should have still been acknowledged. I then did a full walk through of my unit and noticed problems, I immediately filled in my work orders. And It took forever for them to get done or the office would close the orders and say they were resolved. For instance, my unit had different shades of beige because they said they “ran out of paint” and began using the color that the new units in the back of the complex use. If you’re doing to do that, paint the whole unit one color, right? Fast forward to our biggest problem. The unit above us left their sink on and at 3am I was woken up to water dripping into my kitchen/living area. The water filled a recessed ceiling bulb and you can see the water damage all around. It has been approximately 3 months since the leak and It still has not been resolved. Because of this, the apartment has started to smell like mold, and there has been a infestation of water bugs/roaches in the area. It has been an absolute nightmare. All the office has done is provide a fan to “dry up” the ceiling. A REGULAR FAN! They insisted that when they would get someone to fix the issue all they were planning on doing was cutting out drywall and painting over. What?! That only worries me because if they are willing to share that “fix”, i can only imagine other problems my unit has had before me. Knowing that is their action plan is very worrisome because that is not solving the root of the problem and only cosmetically “fixing it”, only because there Can and will be mold growing and spreading throughout the apartment. I was also told that the moisture readings would be disclosed to me, which they still have not. I cannot wait for my lease to end, If you’re looking into moving in, I would suggest reconsidering. In fact, try calling the office and you will see how they do not answer. Also!! Do not go to the pool at night, you will see roaches running around. It’s very disturbing.
While the maintenance crew is always extremely responsive and professional and apartments are not very bad there’s still a few major issues. They really dropped the ball since a new management came in. While the apartments are nice I can’t say anything good about the leasing office staff. Get a car port assigned takes 4-5 calls and made me feel like I was asking the staff member to solve a rocket science problem. They can hang up on you with no explanation. No one is cleaning the stair ways, it got to the point when I did it myself cause that was too much for me. Someone threw away a smelly couch under the stairs on the first floor and it has been there for many months now. There’s constant garage and car break ins so office notified every one like 6-7 months ago they’re hiring a security to keep the place safe, well that didn’t happen yet maybe just need more time idk. But the new management bought everyone a free pizza and tacos once, so I guess that makes up for all the mess in the community. Also, before moving in make sure there’s no large dogs in the apartments above. I seriously thought someone is wrestling and getting hurt one morning when I woke up due to excessive noise from above. Neighbor said her dogs wanted to play... Another thing worth mentioning is that you’re gonna hear you neighbors walking in their apartment above and sometimes your kitchen light might shake because of that, yes a ceiling insulation is that great. So I suggest you get the top floor apartment and think about your neighbors from below sometimes when you walk, they’ll really appreciate it! Fyi, office did not try to resolve the constant noise issue we had because it wasn’t after 10pm or something like that. While I was having all these issues for the 14 months that we lived here I have to say that maintenance people are usually very prompt and professional. There’s also one or two people in the leasing office who are professional and always try to help but the rest of the office folks don’t seem to look up to them.
I moved in about 2 weeks ago now and I absolutely love the apartment! The community is absolutely gorgeous! I honestly am so pleased with my selection for this property! The leasing consultants are also great! Eric has helped me on multiple occasions and he’s been awesome!!!! If your in the market for a new apartment. I promise Lakeline Crossing won’t disappoint
Overall very satisfied. Community is nice, clean and located close to all the shopping places but is still quiet and feels like home. The only thing I would change in phase 2 buildings is noise insulation in between the floors. We can hear our neighbors above walking every time which gets loud during the quiet hours early in the morning or late at night. Other than this, very satisfied with apartment!
Lakeline Crossing is amazing. The leasing agents are actually kind and genuinely want to help you. The maintenance team responds in a timely manner. On top of that, the apartments are gorgeous and the location is great. Highly recommend!
I love living here! The community is beautiful and always clean. My neighbors are always so nice when I run into them. I really like that its so quiet at night. Very courteous neighbors! I would highly recommend someone to live here! :) :) :)
The move in process was more difficult than it needed to be. I have had numerous problems that are unable to be solved due to new management. If I wouldve known it would be this hard to have heating and cool air in a brand new apartment, I wouldve never touched this property. The lack of communication and knowledge of running this property under new management is concerning. It is in anyones best interest to avoid this property at this current time or else you may be stuck with a laundry list of unsolved problems with no help.
Management transition could not have gone less smoothly. Great initial experience, truly hope our experience improves.
Maintenance and front office have always been helpful, informative, and courteous in all interactions. I appreciate them providing solutions to service in these times.
It is a safe place to live and the amenities are okay
I highly recommend this apartment because everything is very close by: like HEB, 183, 45, Sam’s etc
I loved the inside of my apartment even though it was smaller than I was use too.
Living at Lakeline Crossing has been a wonderful experience for me.The very few issues that I have experienced have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. M leasing office personnel is the absolute best-- with special kudos to Stephen and Jessica!
The staffs are awesome. Apartment is nice. Neighbors are loud at night and some scream a lot and you can hear through the wall.
The community is great may apartment is definitely Home and the value is good for the area.
Poor parking, too many empty apartments to feel safe, extremely poor cell phone and internet reception. Stephen in the office is great and maintenance emergencies handled well.
I already recommend living here! Everything has been pretty much perfect since I moved in. No complaints from me!
I would like to see a few more safety mirrors around corners.
I Love It Here! The office and maintenance staff are AMAZING!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We love having you as our neighbor!
I love the inside of the apartment. Spacious, good quality, nice design.
The community has been great so far. Steven Barber has been so helpful and is a great asset to Lakeline Crossing. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
It's a very nice apartment complex and I have no complaints, but the location isn't convenient for me or anyone I know.
Overall the unit itself is what I was expecting minus the damage upon move-in. Everything was taken care of in fairly short order though. I have had no problems since move-in.
I love Lakeline Crossing. Not only is it a beautiful community, the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond.
The staff at Lakeline Crossing is by far the most pleasant, helpful and considerate staff I?ve ever met! This is coming from my experience not only living in apartment communities but being a realtor and bringing clients to communities. I have had a couple issues that needed resolved and each time they were handled in a timely manner and by positive communication.
Quite atmosphere. Complex is kept very clean. Other residents seem friendly, without being intrusive. Apartments are nice.
Nice and new apartment complex but the leasing office micro manages their residents. Without notification, the office people will enter the apartment, go thru the apartment and leave the electricity turned on for hours. This is a huge invasion of privacy and they should at least notify any resident before entering!
I absolutely love the community and the Office staff was extremely helpful with my move-in and went above and beyond assisting me with all my accommodations during my move-in.
My only problem is that our apartment is in the main building and internet and cell phone reception is atrocious and is costing me a lot of money in lost business because of it.
I LOVE, LOVE this place. Its so beautiful and well maintained. People are nice, and keep to themselves and aren't loud, and the apartments ARE GORGEOUS. THE STAFF IS AMAAAAAZINGGGG FIVE STARS.
yes
I would recommend this property based on the friendliness, professionalism, and support of the office personnel that I have received and highly appreciate. I do strongly believe, however, that cleaning properly prior to move in date along with proper replacement of worn out, scratched, dented, overused and dirty items should be addressed, and the person moving in should not have to clean after the previous tenant.
Everything has gone very smoothly and the apartment is great. I haven't seen any bugs or had any problems and it's very quiet. My main concern since moving in has been parking. There seems to be very limited parking around my building (building 1)
I would recommend, except I wouldn't recommend living on the first floor. Too much noise can be heard from residents above me.
Staff is easy to work with, responsive, and approachable. Apartments are quiet inside, built well, and higher end fridge than most apts
I like the apartments, very nice on the inside and not too busy. close to shopping and grocery stores.
Relocated to a new city and the leasing agents made effortless and did a great job of setting expectations, answering questions and making this a seamless process from first phone call to move in. Thank you
The ceilings seem a bit thin. I have not heard any next door/same floor neighbors but I believe with the laminate floorboards there's little to block sound coming from above.

I would recommend apartment to people looking for a great place to stay that?s by shopping centers.
I have no complaints about the community. I like living here and the price is very reasonable for all of the amenities available.
I am giving it a 10, but I also don't want to recommend it to friends until I move in, so there is space for me! lol
I have recommended it to a friend, she chose a diferent community in the end.
The walls are thin. I hear everything in my neighbors living room. They are awake all times during the night. I love my apartment not my neighbors.
