I have been a resident at LMO for over 13 years! Not only do I love and trust our maintenance staff, but I adore the front office staff as well!! The best!!!!! They get it done!!!

This is a great family, dog or pet living area . Apartments has great living space and updated appliances with is a huge win. I am going to be happy here and you could be to.

Way too expensive for the poor management, low quality appliances, and abandoned decrepit recreation services.

Office management and maintenance staff are the best ever!

Excellent leasing staff, kind, attentive, and helpful. They took the time to have real conversations, were considerate of my circumstances. Everyone is attentive, supportive, and helpful. The valet garbage service is truly an accommodating consideration that I am grateful for.

I am loving living here. It is peaceful and clean.

Moving in was a breeze, Mary, Linda, and Faridah were sooo helpful and friendly. The apartments are updated and the floor plans are perfect. Walls are thick and can’t even hear my boyfriend calling my name from the other bedroom!! Love it here.

Lakemont Orchard is the best managed and maintained apartment complex I've ever lived in. I recommend it to friends and coworkers.

Love love this community! Its like a giant forest and so serene. The staff is always quick to help and has consistent smiles on their faces! My partner and I love our new home and are planning on being here for a while.

Don't do it, buy a house you will pay more for rent then you will on a mortgage payment. The apartments are out dated.

It's a gated community, I feel very safe. Beautiful appliances, flooring. Newly renovated! Staff is super nice and helpful.

We just moved in this month but it has been an incredible easy process! Mary up front is on top of things! The apartment is clean and has TONS of storage and closets. The updated kitchens and bathrooms are so pretty and I'm not having to wonder how old the oven is and when problems are going to arise. Gated community. Right next to I-90 so it's a quick commute to Bellevue. Really love this place so far!

Our apartment itself is great, I've been here for 3 years and it is one of the cheaper apartments in this expensive area, although with my new lease, rent is going up 21%. It's a very convenient location being seconds away from I-90 and a little over 2 miles form the transit station. The grounds are very well taken care of and I'd give maintenance a 2.5/5...they are timely when something breaks but may not always 100% fix the problem. The walls must be so thin because I can hear both my upstairs and downstairs throughout the day. I can hear talking without being able to make out words, I can hear drawers opening, the washing machine, vacuuming, walking/stomping...something you need to get used to if you live in an apartment. Parking is rough, at night its extremely difficult to find a place to park. I've had to park in front of the office and down the street several times because there was no parking, and you'll get ticketed or towed if you're parked illegally. Carports are currently $40/month so you have that option. Management is friendly which is nice to have while living in an apartment.

These apartments are okay, but you can definitely find a better deal for your money. When we first moved in, I felt like the price was decent for the area, but when our lease was up, our rent went up $130/month. That was very disappointing. By the time we were advised of the dramatic increase, there was just not enough time to find a new place and save for deposits. Pros: The remodeled apartments look nice. They are very appealing to the eye. Now, maintenance responds pretty quickly and works well with my very abnormal schedule. Our 3rd floor apartment has a beautiful moutain view. Location is very quick and easy access to I-90. The office staff has always been very friendly. Cons: Parking!!! It is very common to not find ANY parking spots between the hours of 9 PM-7 AM. Because of the location, there is no such thing as street parking here. If there are no parking spots in the parking lot, there is nowhere to park. Every night, there are people parked in the fire lanes because there was nowhere else for them to park. When I asked the office staff about a solution for where to park when I get off of work in the middle of the night, the only suggestion was to pay an extra $40 per month for a reserved spot. While the remodeled apartments look nice, I feel like our remodeled unit is constantly falling apart. The cabinet doors are ALWAYS falling off of the hinges, the accordian style closet doors have fallen off numerous times since we moved in about 18 months ago, and the screen door just will not stay on the track. Overall, this apartment complex is okay, but the price is crazy for what it is. The complex itself seems to be getting better, but there are a few big issues (especially the parking) that REALLY need to be resolved.
