Great area to live by everything you need is close by. Maintenance is great and responsive. Rent is fairly priced. Could use permanent assigned spots for parking, sometimes you have to park far away from building you live. Landscaping service could be better they blow stuff right into your patio and gutters could be cleaned out and trimming from bushes also be raked out and picked up as well

The staff very warm and welcoming from the very first time I step foot at Lakepointe At Jacaranda . They show you the property , take time to explain rules and regulations, very professional. I was hunting for apartments during the holiday time and yes, it was depressing, but the staff at Lakepointe at Jacaranda made it worth while . I had opportunity to go to other apartments to call home, but Lakepointe At Jacaranda that’s my home , for me and my family, and my new addition to our family. I’m a new grandma, and must I say , a very young grandma. I’m so proud to call Lakepointe At Jacaranda my new home and I do plan to renew my lease when it expires.

Living in this place was one of the worst experiences of my life. The place had mold from the time I moved in but just didn’t know. The water was another issue ruined my skin and also my partners. Living here and trying to get out caused so much stress in my life. I wish I would of never moved here.

Lakepointe at Jaccaranda has been our home for 20 years in two different apartments. This year i came close to moving to North Carolina, because of prices increasing in florida. I went I looked and found could not leave Lakepointe yet, it is our home, the community is so well located, staff and maintenance are friends to us , we have never had a problem here and am very thankful to havea wonderful home. we are reaching the age where we may have to move in year or so , but I will always cherish the years we have lived in this community. It is our Home!

Beautiful community and very helpful staff. Upgraded amenities and regular social events. Very well maintained. One drawback is that the rent prices have soared significantly.
Super friendly staff. Pretty easy going community. Not too strict and uptight like others I've lived in. Neighbors mind their own business. The pool is nice. I love the location. They have a few waterfront units, overlooking a beautiful lake.There is a whole plaza that's walking distance so it's super conveniently located. The mall is 5 minute drive, the airport is 15 minutes away. The beach is just 20 minutes away. The location is perfect.

Beautiful apartments and all the amenities are newly upgraded. Very hard working, friendly and helpful staff in leasing office. However, it is a little expensive now and prices have increased a lot this year.

It’s been a good experience staying here overall. However, since the community is not gated, it feels a bit unsafe sometimes. Apart from that we love the community events and fun parties that happen every few months

From the moment we moved in up until now ot has been wonderful. We are so glad to have wonderful and friendly neighbours. The community is well taken care of and the staff are always taking the time to help.
Beware of the spiders inside and outside. Pest control DOES NOT help! Management does nothing to get rid of them. They told me to get peppermint spray, but they didn't get it. Also, read the lease agreement carefully because they don't verbally tell you about the additional fees for water, sewage, and garbage pickup, plus to get a separate utility bill from FPL. Fortunately I read, but I've noticed that some are surprised. The spiders are the worst!
I've lived here for the past 3 years. I now have an AC issue. I'm now going into my 6 day with no air. The company used to purchase the unit, does not have a return policy and with a very nonchalant attitude in addressing the issue. Management keeps claiming the issue is being addressed but I am still in 6 days no air. Horrible experience and I would not suggest doing a viewing in this complex. The only thing they are up on is cutting the grass but not taking care of the shrubs that's all over the property. The maintenance response is mediocre. If you are looking for a place to rent, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT attempt to consider this property. Both my cars has been broken into and with no response from Management. Back to the AC. They should create a policy. "WE SWITCH OLD UNITS AROUND TO MAKE YOU FEEL YOU'RE NOT BEING CLOWNED."
I'VE LIVED HERE OVER A YEAR AND ALL WAS GREAT UNTIL THERE WAS AN INCREASE IN CAR BREAK-INS/THEFT.
